Westerners Beware

I was almost scammed by this company.
I am in no persons or company's employ.
A simple rule for Westerners, BOYCOTT CHINA
China is a TOTALITARIAN NATION OCCUPYING a neighboring country, TIBET and exports brainwashed PEOPLE to infiltrate our civilization. They plan to block water to other nations by damming major river systems. Chinese immigrants are permitted to occupy positions of sensitivity (eg: lord mayor) yet often ignore laws, regulations. China has a long term strategy which Bt kissing politicians ignore. You cannot tame or cage a dragon, only starve it or kill it.
As for YOUTUBE selling you out, they did that a long time ago. These corporations, including eBay, GM, TEMU et al, indulge criminal organizations and have no regard for Western law or peoples and utter contempt for our living standards.

Your company have supplied a faulty item.
The travel adapter does not support the unit and it falls out of the socket.
I would not be requesting a return if the units were functional.
Your company should come up with a solution to correct the problem.
Your company knew we were in Australia and you provided a unit with a different fitting to our use.
This is not acceptable, and the responsibility is yours to correct.

Equiwarm -- COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM! STAY AWAY! As other disappointed, frustrated victims of this scam have said, the adaptor is useless as the thing cannot support its way. The "Help Centre" is a completely fraudulent loop that goes nowhere.

And trustpilot, thank you but there's no point in the checkbox below to "let Equiwarm know about the review" because like everything else with Equiwarm, they do not care and it will go to a useless 'unmonitored email address'.

I was DUDDED

Here in Australia, we're lulled into a false sense of security because it's illegal to falsely represent a product and sell a product that isn't fit for purpose.
Consequently two weeks ago, when an ad for Equiwarm cropped up in the middle of a document I was reading, I noted the claims of efficiency, and that it was developed by an Australian (all of which turns out to be lies of course). I ordered one (1) and one day later received an email acknowledging my order for THREE (3)! .. and a debit against my credit card for just under $200. Included in the email was a statement to the effect that due to 'world conditions' my delivery may be indeterminable. I haven't received any further communication from them. At the bottom of the email is a link to a Contact page. When I clicked on the link, my anti-virus program prevented me from going there, saying the site was listed as malware.
I've been dudded. And can't be compensated.

PLEASE anyone reading this BE WARY of any online purchase, especially from a company or country that as a habit shows NO REGARD FOR ETHICS OR HONESTY.

To use in Australia

To use in Australia (where it is heavily promoted) the unit falls out of the socket because the adapter increases its weight.
A useless product in this country.

Buyer Beware

Total scam company - BUYER BEWARE. My husband bought 2 of these units thinking they would be great for our cold ensuite. Unfortunately, he did not check the reviews! Yes, they arrived and the heater could work.....if you can put something under it to support its weight or stand there holding it in position??? They supply an adapter plug which means the product sits out from the wall and does not support the weight, so disconnects from the power. After trying several times to contact the company, which is impossible - always "something goes wrong" with the process. This company has no morals or principles and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR SERVICE. Don't waste your money, don't buy from China.

Frustating experience based on misguiding marketing

I purchased three Equiwarm heaters expecting effective heating, but they failed to deliver. None of the units provided adequate warmth, even in a tiny 2 square meter room, contrary to the 10-minute heating promise.
Additionally, the heaters lack a standard plug for Australia, restricting mobility, and are quite heavy. The included UK adapter requires an additional purchase of a 3-pin sturdier adapter to comply with Australian standards, increasing the overall cost and inconvenience.
Returning the product (I confess I haven't read their policy) has been equally frustrating, with a $40-50 return fee charged by the Post Office, or more if you use a mail company that provides tracking (apparently this requirement is a must to identify your case as a return/refund one), on top of other deductions applied by the Company (e.g, restocking fee), making it unlikely to recover the full amount. This product is a poor investment. I advise others to avoid this heater and seek more reliable alternatives.

Scam heating product

This review is based on the company's Youtube ad which has many false and misleading claims.
The product is (in Denmark) claimed to have been developed by two named Danish engineers. Funnily they come from whichever country you're viewing the ad.

The product is an ordinary resistive heater that claims to save electricity and is much more efficient than any other heater. Can't be, unless it defies physics.

Youtube should now allow ads like this.

I'd call that a professional scam

I'd call that a professional scam. Throwing buzz words into flashy and almost heart warming commercial, which have nothing to do with high speed heating, as if those nobodies found a way to cheat physics. The internet warns you. Trustpilot warns you. If you believe, you get such a magical divice for about 50 bugs, go on and buy ten for the discount price.

Wrong information, over-promising, don't buy

Wrong information. Inventers always depend on from which country you see the ad.
It doesn't save any electricity.
It is just a scam, overpriced, over-promising, false information: web site full of mis-information.
Don't buy and send back in case you ordered.

Actually they even fake their trustpilot reviews on their webpage... Those reviews don't exist on trustpilot, just on their web. Beware!

Card fraud attempt while trying to buy.

Why can we not write zero-star reviews? Interestingly, my Revolut card was instantly compromised, the moment I hit Pay Now, by someone buying an Easy Twist Tricylcle! I have never been so pleased to have my card declined. Thank you, Revolut!
In future I will always read reviews first.

Scam

Wait, this was invented by two British engineers! Well, that’s what the Youtube ad says. I can’t find them anywhere.
If an ad claims it was ‘invented by an ex employee or scientist’ then it is almost certainly fake

DO NOT BUY

Regrettably I bought 3 of these heaters this morning before reading other reviews. Within an hour my “bank “ called me regarding a recent transaction, very believable and professional , however I was doubtful as banks don’t call you so I rang off.
Within seconds my landline was called, exactly the same conversation took place so I let it run. Having been asked my full name I was assured that no personal questions would be asked. The next question was my date of birth !!! So I rang off and called the bank on the fraud number. After a considerable time they assured me that this was a scam. On checking my credit card transactions there was already a small charge of £23 which wasn’t by me , so this was not allowed to clear. BE WARNED these people are just crooks.
