I have bought skins from shadowpay for a long time and everything has worked flawlessly with few problems every once in a while, such as getting ip randomly ip banned for few hours and so on. Otherwise great place to buy.

Site is actually great, but the only thing i dont understand is why i got IP banned on both my PC and my Phone as soon as i had 2 pending withdrawals. Ive used the site for an entire year without this problem but as soon as i have 2 pending withdrawals i suddenly get IP banned on both my PC and Phone???


I would like you to remove both of the IP bans asap.
Please provide me with a support email i can contact you on since i CANNOT open your support website since im IP banned there aswell.

Help please!

Many items are listed with low prices, but are in fact fake and cannot actually be bought. You will just get a message reading: "Trade cancelled", "Buyer offline", or some other "Error".

I don’t know how to use websocket so I asked support for help. Support quickly help me. Then I found out that their websocket is returning significantly lower prices compare with their prices displayed on the website. So I reported it to the support. Honestly I didn’t expect they will fix it, but I was pleasantly surprised they actually after 3 days fixed it.

Using ShadowPay from summer 2023 and already sold for 50 k usd. Good market with crypto and card withdraw, great support which solve any request like increasing withdrawal limit. Fast transaction like 5-10 min. Opportunity to instant sell skins for lower price. Definitely recommend for sellers and buyers.

Wow i was buying skins without problem and than boom ip ban. Very nice shadowpay you let me deposit money but when i try to buy something you give me this amazing suprise. Now i will have to spend hours trying to resolve this without any compensation thank you very much shadowpay.

Very reliable marketplace. Withdrawing balance isnt an issue, and in my experience the process doesn't ever take longer than a week even via PayPal. Items you put on the marketplace are sold nearly insantly thanks to the amount of people already on the site. Support is swift with answers to virtually any question. Commissions are fair for the service. Great all around.

It worked in overall but prices of items are overpríced, there were issues with withdrawing the money, felt like it was scam until finally received money... But most prices aren't real keep that in mind.

I regularly use the ShadowPay website, and it's my favorite platform for selling items. It would be great if there could be a longer approval process or a different system in place after an item is sold. Additionally, it would be beneficial if lower withdrawal fees were considered. Thank you.

I was quite surprised by the experience of using this site.

Good prices, a variety of choices, easy to purchase items, convenient selling utilities & an intuitive and detailed UI, great for exploring the market.
If a trade gets cancelled, you immediately get refunded on your items or money, nothing shady there.
Haven't tried withdrawing funds thus far, so no opinion on that aspect, although I've read some good reviews about it.

Overall, I can only recommend using the platform based on my experience as of writing this review. If anything changes, I'll make sure to update it as well.

I deposited $10 to buy some skins in rust, when I go to buy them it tells me that I need to enter my steam trade url, I enter it and it tells me that it is outdated, even though I restarted it and also no one answers the support(UPDATE)I have been banned from the website for no reason

It was a great experience , at first i was afraid to deposit skins because i have had bad experiences with skins and got scammed before , but shadowpay is great and easy to proceed.
Their online support is the best, i sold an expensive knife for 5 minutes and the day after the money got in my bank account . Fast, safe and low commissions.
Would recommend 10/10.

Usually, I don't write reviews, but I feel it's necessary to leave feedback about this platform. I've been using Shadowpay for over a year now. I must commend the website structure; it's easy to use this platform. Withdrawal of funds is quite straightforward and secure, so there are no issues with cashing out. Skins are delivered within a few minutes, which is unmatched!

However, I have some observations. There are two major shortcomings:

Betting systems: Often, I want to purchase certain items at my desired price, and for that, such a system would be necessary.
The biggest downside is the lack of bulk buy options. For example, if you want to buy 100 cases, you have to sweat it out and click on each box separately...
When buying 50 items (50 being the maximum limit), purchasing is a relatively lengthy process because each item is bought individually, so completing a full basket purchase takes about ~2 minutes (though it could be instantaneous).

There weren't any problems with the site except for when you try to buy an item, it disappears, which can be very annoying. Although I wish it were easier to find promo codes, when you deposit, everything was fine.

No real serious problems, however the site runs terribly sometimes. Shopping cart getting empty for no reason, prices change the moment you add something to the cart, and before buying anything you have to confirm an email, which wouldnt be a problem if the emails werent sent hours later with already expired links :|
