Used the chat function to get some immediate advice on soft box set (even thought it was late evening!) - easy to place order, great kit and fast delivery - will use again! As far as I’ve found these sell the best optimum daylight bulbs for artists.

Needed some kit to photograph goods for an online shop. Bought a couple of LED light sets, and a folding shooting table, and - a few days later - a muslin backdrop & support.
Have used them all and am delighted. Well worth the (relatively modest) expense to get decent photos.
Delivery was next day for both orders.
Also sought advice on a Sunday morning and had quick, informative response.
Much impressed with these guys.

As a pro photographer I can’t believe how well made these products are. Used octagon soft box on location for over a year now and no more inserting and bending rods to set up, the umbrella type mechanism takes seconds. Just bought 2 - 90 x 60 boxes for home studio and the light is so clean and bright.

Great company, were very helpful on the website chat while I decided on which product, and then my lights arrived first thing on the day I asked them to be delivered, despite being close to New Year. Superb product too, exactly what I need. Would definitely use LuxLight again and happily recommend them. Very positive experience.

I am writing this review before receiving my order, but whatever happens from here on doesnt change the excellent service I have already received. Helpful, jovial online service with rapid response to online chat. (Tracking the order as it moves swiftly through Europe).
Good prices and prompt dispatch. I live in France and LuxLight (in Newcastle) seemed to have gone that extra mile in getting the goods over the Brexit and Covid hurdles with the minimum of fuss and have adopted a helpful position on the unknown of who pays VAT etc. Bravo

Postscript:- Apparently I needed to add the date of my "experience"! So I thought that I would also take the opportunity to say that the goods arrived really swiftly and in first class condition. So nothing that has happened subsequent to the original review has changed my opinion of first class service

The light modifiers are rock solid for the price, the service even with pandemic restrictions still have a quick turn around (included in the price).

Good communication too.

Reason I keep coming back!

Also bought some of the cheep bags to carry the lighter stuff around. First impressions are good, actually surprising. Was expecting it to be more like a cheep tarpaulin material but its slightly padded and rather sturdy.

I will be back again.

Very helpful advice from your online chatroom. I went on to buy a number of your vivid pro 30w bulbs which have proved absolutely perfect for my photography. They work in my Interfit system without any issues. No flicker and no colour correction required on the images now which has saved hours of work! I'm delighted.

Great value for money!
Quick delivery turnaround and arrived well packaged.
I purchased the Softbox Lighting Kit 11,000 Lumens and the quality of each component is great, easy to assemble and dissemble - Very quick
The use of these lights are great, easy to manoeuvre, turn and tilt helping light up the perfect scene

The backdrop I purchased is designed to be crease resistant but it was visibly creased on arrival. As far as I'm concerned crease resistant is crease resistant, there are no id's, buts's or maybe's. Unfortunately this is Nothing more than a bed sheet. One of the reasons I bought it is because its supposed to provide a "crisp and clear white backdrop for your photos or video". However, this isn't the case. Even with my ringlight the background in my video looks grey, not the slightest bit white. Save your coins guys.

Excellent pre-purchase customer service - answering my queries comprehensively and clearly. Product arrived very quickly and seems to be of good quality although I have yet to try it out fully. I have quickly set up the soft boxes and they are very easy to use. Haven't used the backdrop stand yet. The stands don't see very substantial but perfectly ok for what I need them for and as I haven't really used them this will probably only be something I could properly evaluate when I have used the system a few times.

I can't fault Luxlight, i needed a larger octabox and one of my old umbrella shafts broke on my other octa, they sent me a replacement shaft the next day and supplied a spare with my new one. Really happy with their customer service and prompt delivery. Would definitely recommend

I’ve found the world of camera and studio accessory buying to be a bit of a minefield, unfortunately there is a lot of poor quality stuff out there with little to zero customer support. Happy to say that these guys provide a great product and offer great communication where needed, which is increasing rare online these days. Happy to recommend that you can buy your lighting bits from these guys with confidence

Quick service, helpful online messaging system that got me the answers I needed. The item seems good and well made generally but the main diffuser panel could do with being better measured as it’s a slightly baggy. Generally very happy.

Brilliant service. I was unsure which light to choose for my beginner experience and business, so I chatted with Simon and he guided me through to the best ones for me. This was the second purchase from here, the first been the light table. I now have a full set up at a good price which has made such a huge difference to my photos!
Wouldn’t hesitate at ordering again and it’s the first place I’ll go if I need anything else.

Delivery was very quick, came a day before delivery date, which I was very impressed with as I had some recording to do.
The back drop and tripods a descent size, which is very good as you can move around with it.
However it is a little flimsy and not as steady as I expected. The only problem I have; the Backdrop is a little to heavy for tripod so it twist and turns a lot.

Purchased two softboxes (Bowens compatible) and they arrived quickly and well packed. Already been using them and they are well designed and easy to use - most importantly, the results are effective! For the cost, these really are great.

Ordered the backdrop support stand for my sister’s 16th birthday and I was little skeptical of when they’d arrive however the delivery only took 2 days and the product is of very good quality!
