Anthony Hungerford was the son of Sir Anthony Hungerford and Sarah Crouch.2 He married Rachel Jones, daughter of Rice Jones.3 He died on 18 August 1657.1
He lived at Blackbourton, Somerset, EnglandG.2 He lived at Fairleigh Castle, Somerset, EnglandG.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Malmesbury in 1640.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Malmesbury from December 1643 to March 1644.1 In 1653 he succeeded his half-brother Sir Edward in the Hungerford estates generally but as owner of Farleigh Castle allegedly only (possibly because of confusion as to who was its rightful owner arising from the Civil War.)1 He lived at Black Bourton, Oxfordshire, England.1 He had 8 other children (none of whom, if male, seem to have married and left surviving male issue.)1
