     Major William Hedworth Williamson was born on 9 September 1906.2 He was the son of Frederick Charles Williamson and Phyllis Hunter.3,2 He married Diana Mary Lambton, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Hon. Charles Lambton and Lavinia Marion Garforth, on 10 December 1936.1 He died on 31 October 1942 at age 36 at Middle EastG, killed in action.3,4
     He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He fought in the Second World War.3 He lived at Whitburn Hull, County Durham, EnglandG.3 He gained the rank of Major in the 102 Anti-Tank Regiment, Royal Artillery.4

     Patrick George Thomas Buchan-Hepburn, 1st and last Baron Hailes was born on 2 April 1901.1 He was the son of Sir Archibald Buchan-Hepburn of Smeaton Hepburn, 4th Bt. and Edith Agnes Karslake.1 He married Diana Mary Lambton, daughter of Brig.-Gen. Hon. Charles Lambton and Lavinia Marion Garforth, on 7 June 1945.1 He died on 5 November 1974 at age 73, without issue.3
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He was Honorable Attaché to Constantinople between 1925 and 1927.1 He held the office of Councillor for the London City Council between 1930 and 1931, North Kensington.1 He held the office of Parliamentary Private Secretary in 1931, to Rt. Hon. Oliver Stanley.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)      He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Williamson, of East Markham, co. Nottingham [E., 1642] on 8 April 1946.3 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of officer in the 4th/7th Royal Dragoon Guards.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.2
