     Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk was born in 1443/44 at Stoke-by-Nayland, Suffolk, England^G.³ He was the son of John Howard, 1st Duke of Norfolk and Catherine de Moleyns.^4,3 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Tylney, daughter of Sir Frederick Tylney and Elizabeth Cheney, on 30 April 1472.⁵ He married, secondly, Agnes Tylney, daughter of Hugh Tylney, on 8 November 1497.³ He died on 21 May 1524 at Framlingham Castle, Framlingham, Suffolk, England^G. He was buried on 26 June 1524 at Thetford Abbey, Norfolk, England^G.
     He was educated at Ipswich Grammar School, Ipswich, Suffolk, England^G.³ He was educated at Thetford Grammar School, Thetford, Norfolk, England^G.³ Circa 1466 a yeoman in King Edward IV's household.³ He fought in the Battle of Barnet on 14 April 1471.³ He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk and Suffolk in 1476.³ He held the office of Esquire of the Body to King Edward IV.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Norfolk in 1478.³ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in January 1477/78.³ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) between 1483 and 1485.³ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) between 1483 and 1485.³ He held the office of Steward of the Household from 1483 to 1484.³ He was created 1st Earl of Surrey [England] on 28 June 1483.^4,3 He held the office of Warden of the East and Middle Marches.³ In 1485 he was attainted by King Henry VII.³ In 1489 his attainder was reversed for the Earldom only.³ He was appointed Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1491.³ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) in 1501.³ He held the office of Lord High Treasurer between 1501 and 1522.³ He held the office of Earl Marshal of England on 10 July 1510, for life.³ He fought in the Battle of Flodden on 9 September 1513.³ He was Lieutenant-General of the forces in the North on 9 September 1513.³ He resigned as as Earl of Surrey in favour of his son on 1 February 1513/14.³ He succeeded as the 2nd Duke of Norfolk [E., 1483] on 1 February 1513/14, which was created for him with precedence of any previous Dukedoms of Norfolk, effectively a restoration of his father's attainted title.³

     Elizabeth Tylney was born in 1447. She was the daughter of Sir Frederick Tylney and Elizabeth Cheney.¹ She married, firstly, Sir Humphrey Bourchier, son of John Bourchier, 1st Lord Berners and Marjorie Berners.¹ She married, secondly, Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk, son of John Howard, 1st Duke of Norfolk and Catherine de Moleyns, on 30 April 1472.¹ She died on 4 April 1497.
     Her married name became Bourchier.¹ She was also known as Elizabeth Tilney. From 30 April 1472, her married name became Howard.¹ After her marriage, Elizabeth Tylney was styled as Duchess of Norfolk.³

     Lord Thomas Howard was born between 1497 and 1536. He was the son of Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk and Agnes Tylney. He died in 1536 at Tower of London, London, England, as a prisoner.¹
     He tried to marry Lady Margaret Douglas, daughter of Margaret, Dowager Queen of Scots, hence was attainted.¹

     Elizabeth d'Amorie, Baroness d'Amorie was born before 23 May 1318.¹ She was the daughter of Roger d'Amorie, 1st Lord d'Amorie and Elizabeth de Clare.^1,2 She married John Bardolf, 3rd Lord Bardolf, son of Thomas Bardolf, 2nd Lord Bardolf and Agnes de Grandson, in 1326.¹ She died on 5 February 1360/61.³
     She succeeded as the 2nd Baroness d'Amorie, [E., 1317] in 1322. From 1326, her married name became Bardolf.¹

     Lady Katharine Howard was born between 1497 and 1545. She was the daughter of Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk and Agnes Tylney. She married, secondly, Henry Daubeney, 1st and last Earl of Bridgwater, son of Giles Daubeney, 1st Baron Daubeney and Elizabeth Arundell.² She married, firstly, Rhys ap Griffith, son of Sir Grufudd ap Rhys and Catherine St. John, before 1522.² She died circa 8 May 1554.¹ She was buried on 11 May 1554 at Howard Chapel, Lambeth, Surrey, England^G.¹
     Her married name became Daubeney.¹

     William Bardolf, 4th Lord Bardolf was born on 21 October 1349.¹ He was the son of John Bardolf, 3rd Lord Bardolf and Elizabeth d'Amorie, Baroness d'Amorie.¹ He married Agnes de Poynings, daughter of Michael de Poynings, 1st Lord Poynings and Joan Rokesley, after 10 February 1365/66.^1,2 He died on 29 January 1385/86 at age 36.¹
     He fought in the wars in Scotland and Ireland.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Lord d'Amorie [E., 1317] on 5 February 1361. He succeeded as the 4th Lord Bardolf [E., 1299] circa July 1363.¹

     Agnes Tylney was born in 1480 at Skirbeck, Lincolnshire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Hugh Tylney. She married Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk, son of John Howard, 1st Duke of Norfolk and Catherine de Moleyns, on 8 November 1497.² She died in May 1545 at Thetford, Norfolk, England.¹
     From 8 November 1497, her married name became Howard. After her marriage, Agnes Tylney was styled as Duchess of Norfolk on 1 February 1513/14.

     Sir Edward Stafford was born circa 1552.² He was the son of Sir William Stafford and Dorothy Stafford.² He married, firstly, Robsart Chapman, daughter of Alexander Chapman.² He married, secondly, Hon. Douglas Howard, daughter of William Howard, 1st Baron Howard of Effingham and Margaret Gamage, on 29 November 1579.¹ He died on 5 February 1605.²
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Mitchell in 1571.² He was educated at St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Heytesbury in 1572.² He was educated at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.² He held the office of Ambassador to France between 1583 and 1590.¹ He was appointed Knight in October 1583.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Winchester in 1593.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Queenborough from 1604 to 1605.²

     Lady Dorothy Howard was born between 1497 and 1545. She was the daughter of Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk and Agnes Tylney.¹ She married Edward Stanley, 3rd Earl of Derby, son of Thomas Stanley, 2nd Earl of Derby and Anne Hastings, circa 21 February 1530.¹
     From circa 21 February 1530, her married name became Stanley. After her marriage, Lady Dorothy Howard was styled as Countess of Derby circa 21 February 1530.

     Lady Elizabeth Howard was born between 1497 and 1534. She was the daughter of Thomas Howard, 2nd Duke of Norfolk and Agnes Tylney.² She married Henry Radcliffe, 2nd Earl of Sussex, son of Robert Radcliffe, 1st Earl of Sussex and Lady Elizabeth Stafford, before 21 May 1524.² She died on 18 September 1537.¹
     From before 21 May 1524, her married name became Radcliffe.²
