    Dangerous Drugs Board


    • the policy-making and strategy-formulating body
    in the planning of formulation of policies and
    programs on drug prevention and control

    PDEA
    • The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency was
    also created under the Office of the President.
    • It is the lead anti-drug law enforcement agency. It
    is responsible for preventing, investigating, and
    combating any dangerous drugs, controlled
    precursors, and essential chemicals within the
    Philippines
    • It is headed by a Director General responsible for
    the general administration and management of
    the agency.
