Starting from the West Linn Boat Launch, paddlers will need some upper arm strength to navigate slightly upriver on the right side, heading into the picturesque Narrows. The journey to the Narrows takes approximately 30 minutes, offering a myriad of breathtaking narrow passages to explore.

Join us for an exhilarating half-day paddle from Barton to Riverside Park! This 5-hour

adventure is perfect for novices and is one of our most popular and fun trips, often booked quickly. The route features faster-moving water with easy whitewater rapids

(Class 1-2), making it suitable for participants aged 13 and older. A shuttle service is required, and please note that parking at Barton requires a fee. Expect an easy and enjoyable paddle with plenty of opportunities to cool off in the water. It's common for at least one person to take an unintentional swim, adding to the fun. We take two 15-minute breaks for swimming and a 30-minute lunch and bathroom break at Carver. The river is famous for summer tubing down the rapids, so we recommend weekdays to avoid large crowds. Plan to spend the day, including shuttle time, and be sure to check out the videos on our website for a visual preview of the adventure

Enjoy a beautiful 2.5-3 hour urban paddle on slow-moving water with no shuttle needed and no parking fee. This scenic route takes you past charming homes and businesses, under railroad bridges, through parks and golf courses, and into a wildlife refuge. Here, you'll have the chance to see turtles, deer, herons, and more in their natural habitat.

Suitable for participants aged 13 and older, this paddle requires some upper arm strength to navigate occasional stronger currents, but is overall an easy and enjoyable experience. Perfect for newcomers, this adventure is available from spring to mid-October.

-Sunset Night Tour with Light at Salem River Front        Video

This route is ideal for older teenagers and adults, requiring some upper arm strength to paddle upriver for 30 minutes along the slow side near Minto Brown Island before turning around to float back downriver.

For a quieter experience, opt for cooler days when there's less activity from college-goers. This spot is a favorite among kayakers and paddle boarders and is also popular for our fall tours. We offer tours here year-round, making it a fantastic destination no matter the season.

 Join us for the most popular Willamette River tour, a 3-hour adventure perfect for participants aged 13 and older. This stretch of the river offers consistent currents throughout the summer, making for an easy, calm, and relaxing paddle. Along the way, we have one scheduled bathroom break for your convenience. Don't forget to bring sunscreen to reapply and protect yourself from sunburn. This tour promises a delightful and enjoyable experience on the beautiful Willamette River. (SHUTTLE NEED)

-Dayton Yamhill River by West Salem        Video

Embark on a serene 2.5 to 3-hour paddle from the West Salem boat launch, featuring slow-moving water and no need for a shuttle or parking fee. This excursion is perfect for all ages and families. As you paddle left from the boat launch towards the locks, the river's current may pick up slightly, requiring some upper arm strength to reach the end. The locks are a must-see, offering a remote and tranquil setting.

Along the way, enjoy the opportunity to spot wildlife such as turtles and herons. This paddle is best experienced from spring until August, as the river slows down and debris accumulates later in the season. Join us for a peaceful and picturesque journey on the beautiful Yamhill River in Dayton..

-Wheatland Ferry to the Slough Willamette River        Video

Enjoy a family-friendly 3-hour paddle perfect for all ages, featuring a beautiful beach-like setting. This adventure requires some upper arm strength to reach the slough but is ideal for a fun and relaxing day. Bring everyone along for a sunset tour, BBQ, and a day of lounging by the river. Conveniently drive up and park right at the launch with no shuttling needed.

The river's slow flow makes it perfect for paddling from late spring through September, with minimal impact from rain. Families can learn river safety, enjoy paddle lessons, and benefit from a tour guide who will lead you on a 45-minute paddle upriver to the slough. Here, you can search for agate rocks, and spot herons and bald eagles, before drifting back downriver towards the Wheatland Ferry.

We also offers family-friendly sunset tours for a minimum of three people. These tours include kayak shuttling, river safety lessons, and a guide to the slough. If paddling without a guide, park on the West Salem side along the river rock bar, just left of the Wheatland Ferry. Avoid the Keizer side and do not paddle past the islands downriver. -Eugene Canoe Trail        Video

Enjoy a delightful 2-hour paddle near Oregon's Autzen Stadium off I-5, featuring slow-moving water and no shuttle needed. With no parking fee, this family-friendly outing is perfect for nature enthusiasts. Please note, there is no formal boat launch; you'll enter the water from the bank, requiring some bending and possibly stepping into the water to get in and out of your kayak.

In the spring, marvel at the baby ducks and geese swimming around your kayak, and listen to the enchanting calls of the famous Red-Winged Blackbird. This area is rich with wildlife, offering sightings of turtles, beavers, otters, nutrias, herons, and more.

While this paddle is generally easy, some upper arm strength is needed to navigate the slight current into the canoe trail. Recommended for ages 13 and older, this route takes you to the end near I-5 before turning around. Along the way, enjoy views of a beautiful willow tree and stunning homes. Although you can paddle here year-round, the best times are from spring to summer when wildlife is most active

-2hr Salem (Wallace Marine) to Keizer Rapids Park Excursion

Join us for a scenic 2-hour downriver excursion on the Willamette River, launching from Wallace Marine Park in Salem and ending at Keizer Rapids Park. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to spot bald eagles, hawks, herons, and search for agate rocks. This paddle is perfect for the warmer months and is kid-friendly.

Please note that shuttling is required, but there is no parking fee. Enjoy this delightful adventure from late spring through September
