Sponsorship Program Details
Reservations are currently available through the end of 2024. Placements are first-come, first-serve with regards to scheduling and booking. Limited placements are available each month. Visibilities must be booked at least 2 weeks out from desired deploy date, and content is due 1 week out from deploy. Payment is due one week after your scheduled deploy date. Partners with outstanding invoices will not be allowed to book additional placements until accounts are balanced.
If graphic design/copywriting services are needed to assist partners with content, an additional $50/hour charge will apply. Most projects can be completed in under 3 hours, including revisions.
All content is subject to approval by The Midwest Clinic, and partners are responsible for the accuracy of content and permission to use/share their content and any linked pages. Placements are available at the discretion of Midwest Clinic, and timing and content of TMC emails is subject to change. All changes will be communicated to clients for sign-off before content is deployed, and partners will have the opportunity to review their content in the final layout before it is scheduled.
TMC will provide post-deploy metrics on engagement and reach upon request, no earlier than 1 week after deploy. No TMC audience data will be shared with partners (lists are not “for rent”).
