ONE ENTHRALLING PULSEATING TRIP!
Well, now here's one that feels like doesn't just feel like another machine-made piece from off the assembly line. Here is a movie that feels like it has it's own ideas, thoughts, edges and all.

" On the eve, of a wedding a group of friends head to Las Vegas for a bachelor party, where a prostitute is hired for entertainment. Horrible things, happen as the hooker dies horribly. So now, the friends are left with a moral and ethical dilemma. Do the right thing, and report the death? Or cover it up? There is also the problem, of the bride who is obsessed with the perfct wedding, the extremely neurotic groom, and the bat shit crazy, unhinged “friend”. It’s the bachelor party. From "

" Cast : Christian Slater, Jon Favreau, Cameron Diaz, Jeremy Piven, Jeanne Tripplehorn What was it about? A prostitute is killed during a bachelor party and the attendees turn on each other as the wedding approaches. "Re-watch - June 13th The trailers for Rough Night keep making me think of Very Bad Things, so since I have no interest in seeing the former I decided to revisit the latter instead. I still have a blast with every moment of this film. The plot is fairly ridiculous, but the actors sell it wonderfully and maintain the insanity and energy throughout the film. I can't recall how long it's been since I last sat through it, but I'll try not to wait so long next time around."
"The film's premise could have worked, either as a straight up drama, or a dark comedy, but film just keeps trying to top itself in terms of shock value, but with no wit, rhyme or reason, resulting in a throughly unpleasant, grim, and extremely empty experience. 2.8/10"
"When: June 29th First-Time Viewing: Yes. How: DVD from the library. What'd I Think?: High concept comedy is cruel, nasty and mean, but without any kind of point, making it a hollow, bitter mess. My Rating: 3/10 Other Notes: NA."
