it's quite frustrating when smaller genre tags are flooded with incorrectly tagged artists, especially when it's extremely popular pop artists, people need to stop doing it. there are smaller genres than brutal death metal where the tags are also flooded with pop that doesn't fit the genre. it is very frustrating, it's not very funny.

You must be quite new to Last.fm, otherwise you'd know that tag abuse has been a problem ever since users were allowed to tag artists, albums, and tracks. Complaining won't do much, as the staff can't and won't do anything about it. Just get yourself the LastfmMassTagger and tag the songs correctly: https://sourceforge.net/projects/lastfmmasstag/

Wonderful genre. Now I like 95% of the vocal styles these bands have to offer. However, there tends to be weird af vocals with a few bands. Cephalotripsy has these bizarre vocals I cannot describe and they kinda ruined it for me. I only gave them one chance. I was also not particularly into Human Mincer's vocals on the first album. However, I love Heinous Killings and Vaginal Mastication... they have mondo bizarro vocals. Especially Heinous Killings, they have those Predator (ya know Predator from the movie Predator) vocals. Try to figure that one out. I might give Cephalotripsy one more chance...
