All purchases are bought AS IS, WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees are applicable to any purchases.
There are no Returns or Refunds.
There is a 19% buyer's premium applied to the invoice along with applicable taxes. There is a 3% discount when paying with cash, debit or e-transfer.
It is your responsiblity to determine the authenticity and quality of the item(s) your bidding on. That by bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in it’s present condition and with description provided whether accurate or not.
When using our online auction services you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract.
You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network and Old Yale Auctions will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion.
The Auctioneer controls the bidding, and in case of a dispute the decision by the Auctioneer will be final.
You agree that all sales are final. Upon your becoming the Purchase of an item, that item shall immediately become your responsibility and be at your risk (whether you have paid for that item or not). You agree that Old Yale Auctions and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and will not reimburse or discount items for any type of loss. Items must be removed within 5 days of the auction, unless shipping has been arranged. ALL ITEMS NOT PICK UP BY THE LAST DAY OF PICKUP WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CHARGES AT THE RATE OF $50.00 PER WEEK. ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BY 10 DAYS 14 DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION WILL THEN BECOME PROPERTY OF THE AUCTION.
Payment Methods – Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), Debit, Cash, & E-transfer. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.
Items will not be released/ retrieved until full payment is received and clearance is given. No exceptions. Credit Cards will be automatically processed for payment 48 hours after auction concludes if payment and pick up has not been prearranged.
