The Killing ties together three distinct stories around a single murder including the detectives assigned to the case, the victim's grieving family, and the suspects. - Critics' reviews
-
-
"[4th Season Review]: 'The Killing' shines brightest when its stars aren't mired in gloom and their characters just do their jobs."
-
"[4th Season Review]: It took a circuitous route, with two cancellations and a move to Netflix, but it sticks the landing with this affecting, impressive final season."
-
"[3rd Season Review]: It's too early yet to know if the writing can avoid the pitfalls of the 'Who Killed Rosie Larsen?' story, but this is off to a promising start."
