Synopsis
In the near future during humanity's war against an invading alien race, untrained soldier William Cage (Tom Cruise) is thrown into a time loop, fighting and dying repeatedly. One day as he's about to be killed again, a female soldier named Rita Vrataski (Emily Blunt) tells him to find her when he wakes up. He goes to her to find out what’s happening to him and she tells him she experiences the same thing. She asks for his help in winning the war and offers to train him.
