Mrk Grim

Marco Hidalgo a.k.a: MRK GRIM is a DJ and Producer born in the Dominican Republic, based in Montréal, Canada. From a very young age, he was always passionate about music and arts in general. He first started his own project of Extreme Metal as a vocalist and songwriter along with local metal-heads in Santo Domingo when he was just 17 years old. He was always attracted to the darkest melodies and melancholy in music that’s the reason for his alias MRK GRIM (MRK: an abbreviation for his name Marco and GRIM: means Sinister, Dark, etc.) and you can feel that in his music. Early 2019 was a significant year in his career when The Chinese Laundry one of the most important promoters of the country invited him to share the stage with Paco
