Geerk

Geerk is a project of musician George Vasiliadi, based in the Ukrainian city of Odessa. George is better known for his experimental dub-techno project Methodub. Geerk's music, on the contrary, is oriented on more usual progressive and melodic sound, but it is not limited by any rigid stylistic frames. In general terms, the idea behind Geerk's music can be characterized as an attempt to move away from the usual format of disparate tracks to a more coherent, conceptual and meaningful kind of musical narrative. In other words, the idea is more important than the style.
