Actor Kim Woo Bin has kicked off the new year with a generous donation. Recently, he donated 100 million KRW (approximately $68,020) to Asan Medical Center to help cover the medical expenses of vulnerable patients.
Kim Woo Bin's philanthropic efforts have been well-known for years. Since 2014, he has anonymously contributed to assisting low-income teenagers. Every year, through Asan Medical Center, he has consistently supported pediatric cancer patients and marginalized communities. His total contributions now exceed 1.1 billion KRW (around $750,000). Notably, Kim Woo Bin has always stepped in to support during times of social crises, including the COVID-19 pandemic, wildfires, and flood disasters.
Additionally, this Christmas, Kim Woo Bin sent year-end gifts to over 150 young patients in the pediatric ward of Asan Medical Center, spreading his encouragement. He has made it a tradition to send Christmas gifts to these children each year, offering warmth and kindness.
Along with the gifts, Kim Woo Bin sent a handwritten card that read, “I hope more miracles happen this Christmas. May 2025 be filled with health and happiness. Fighting! Merry Christmas.”

Meanwhile, Kim Woo Bin is set to showcase his romantic comedy talents in the upcoming Netflix series 'All The Love You Wish For' and will host the 2025 Kim Woo Bin Fan Meeting, 'Woo Bin’s Diary,' on January 11th at the Konkuk University New Millenium Grand Theater.
