This evolution journey consists of several generations start with 1G followed by 2G, 3G, 4G, and under research future generations 5G is still going on. The advancement of remote access innovations is going to achieve 5G mobile systems will focus on the improvement of the client stations anywhere the stations. The fifth era ought to be an increasingly astute innovation that interconnects the whole society by the massive number of objects over the Internet its internet of thing IOT technologies. In this paper present a review of advancement mobile generations by contrasting the type, data transmission rate, challenges, techniques, features and applications used to give by comparing and clarifying the enhancements have been produced till the upcoming 5G revulsion. Also, highlights on innovation 5G its idea, necessities, service, features advantages and applications.

A proliferação de dispositivos móveis entre os usuários de bibliotecas nos últimos anos está ocasionando a necessidade do desenvolvimento de sítios web e catálogos OPAC formatados para estes artefatos. Neste sentido, as bibliotecas universitárias devem promover este novo espaço de interlocução utilizando para isso aplicativos que fazem uso da geolocalização para que os usuários possam interagir com seus pares que se encontram naquele ambiente trazendo sugestões e conquistando prêmios de forma lúdica e inovadora. O artigo apresenta um olhar do marketing baseado na geolocalização utilizando-se de dispositivos móveis em bibliotecas universitárias.

"Networks are mathematically directed (in practical applications also undirected) graphs and a graph is a one-dimensional abstract complex, i.e., a topological space. Network theory focuses on various topological structures and properties, dynamic properties, and functionality-topology relationship, etc. There are some common mathematical foundations, theories and methodology for network analysis, in which graph theory, statistics, and operational research, etc., are the fundamental sciences of network analysis. Various emerging biological networks, at both micro- and macro- levels, will provide numerous sources for the development of general network theory and methodology and also facilitate the development of theory and methodology of biological networks.

Biological network analysis is a fast moving science. Many core scientific issues, for example, ecological structure, co-evolution, co-extinction and biodiversity conservation in ecology, and cancer development and metabolic regulation in health science, etc., are expected to be addressed by network approaches and network analysis. Network analysis is becoming the core methodology to treat complex biological systems. As the fast development of this area, more and more papers on biological networks are published.

At present explosive numbers of quality papers on biological networks are being published each year. The initiation of the journal, Network Biology, will provide a public and unified platform for the publication of these studies. From this integrated and unique journal, researchers, university teachers and students will thoroughly have an in-depth and complete insight on knowledge, methodology and recent advances of biological networks.

In the view of system dynamics, biological networks are always self-organized systems with emergent, autonomous and adaptive properties. Their dynamics can be represented by agent-based modeling, individual-based modeling and some other methodologies like neural network modeling. Therefore, agent-based modeling, individual-based modeling, self-organization of biological systems, and neural network modeling, etc., fall into the aims and scope of the journal, Network Biology.

The NETWORK BIOLOGY (ISSN 2220-8879) is an open access, peer-reviewed online journal that considers scientific articles in all different areas of network biology. It is the transactions of the International Society of Network Biology.It dedicates to the latest advances in network biology. The goal of this journal is to keep a record of the state-of-the-art research and promote the research work in these fast moving areas. The topics to be covered by Network Biology include, but are not limited to:

Mobile  ad  hoc  networks  (MANETS)  is  a  set  of  complex distributed  systems  consisting  of  wireless  mobile  nodes which  self-configures  freely  into  “ad-hoc”  network topologies,  enabling  people  and  devices  to  internetwork in places  without  any  pre-existing  communication infrastructure.  Having  being  around  for  over  two decades, the ad hoc networking  concept  is not  a new  one. Emergence  of  new  technologies  has  been  firing  up  the interests  in  research  and  development  of  MANET.  The purpose  of  this  research  is  to  overview  mobile  ad  hoc networks  (MANET),  the  different  routing  protocols,  and review of  MANET  in  a  vehicle-to-vehicle communication.

People are more and more using social networking sites (SNSs) like Facebook and MySpace to engage with others. The use of SNSs can have both positive and negative effect on the individual; however, the increasing use of SNSs might reveal that people look for SNSs because they have a positive experience when they use them. Few studies have tried to identify which particular aspects of the social networking experience make SNSs so successful. In this study we focus on the affective experience evoked by SNSs. In particular, we explore whether the use of SNSs elicits a specific psychophysiological pattern. Specifically, we recorded skin conductance, blood volume pulse, electroencephalogram, electromyography, respiratory activity, and pupil dilation in 30 healthy subjects during a 3-minute exposure to (a) a slide show of natural panoramas (relaxation condition), (b) the subject's personal Facebook account, and (c) a Stroop and mathematical task (stress condition). Statistical analysis of the psychophysiological data and pupil dilation indicates that the Facebook experience was significantly different from stress and relaxation on many linear and spectral indices of somatic activity. Moreover, the biological signals revealed that Facebook use can evoke a psychophysiological state characterized by high positive valence and high arousal (Core Flow State). These findings support the hypothesis that the successful spread of SNSs might be associated with a specific positive affective state experienced by users when they use their SNSs account.

It is estimated that by 2020 there could be as many as 4 million visually impaired or blind people living in the UK. These visually impaired or blind people will use assistive technologies such as screen readers to access website content on the internet. Currently the governing body of the internet, the World Wide Web Consortium has released and continues to develop a new standard of the HTML markup language which is used to code website content. This new HTML standard, HTML 5 has been heralded as a new semantically correct markup language. HTML 5 should be more accessible to users of assisted technologies and should also facilitate the incorporation into websites of rich internet applications and other media in a more accessible way. However the Royal National Institute for Blind People (RNIB) have suggested that the opposite may be proving to be true and that HTML 5 websites may be more inaccessible than websites coded in earlier versions of HTML. This study employs a mixed methods methodology, including screen reader accessibility testing and web developer interviews. This methodology will establish the accessibility of HTML 5 coded websites and prove or disprove the hypothesis of the RNIB while adding granularity and perspective to the results of the testing.

Mobile messaging applications is rapid adopted globally. They allow mobile users to send messages to individuals or groups for very minimal fee, even some are totally free as long as the smartphones are connected to internet. WhatsApp is one of the top mobile messaging applications among a handful number of applications that have entered the market. The goal of this paper is to investigate the most favourable mobile messaging apps among IIUM students and to provide a feature comparison between a few selected mobile messaging applications. Despite the obvious of being a free application, this paper intends to investigate the other factors causing the widespread adoption of this mobile application especially among students. An online survey was distributed to 52 students from IIUM by using Google Docs to validate which mobile messaging applications are mostly used.

In 2011, the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) began authorizing emergency management officials to broadcast Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEAs) to cellular phones and other mobile devices to help notify people of imminent hazards. WEAs are 90-characters long, geographically targeted emergency messages sent by government alerting authorities through the nation's mobile telecommunications networks, which, for the first time, allow officials to directly notify at-risk publics where they live and work. The use of WEAs has outpaced investigation of their benefits, limitations, and actual and potential consequences. To address this critical gap in scholarship and public understanding, we integrate literature from the fields of public warning, instructional crisis communication, and mobile health communication. Combining these literatures, we outline a theoretical and applied communication research agenda for public warning messages delivered over mobile devices.

"Traffic measurements, road safety studies, and surveys are required for efficient road planning and ensuring the safety of transportation. Unfortunately, these methods can be cumbersome and very expensive. In this paper we point out a source of transportation information that is based on collaborative community-based navigation applications, such as Waze. Partial and anonimized information publicly exposed by Waze through their application provides valuable information that can significantly ease the future of transportation studies. Moreover, we show that Waze user reports may expose locations plagued with accidents but in lacking police coverage. This knowledge may help police departments to improve road safety by relocating the police units to these locations. Lastly,
the data discussed in this paper connects transportation and
road safety research to location based services and social network platforms."
