Investment and Team Size. The important difference between agile and heavy methodologies is the adaptability for
project changes. In agile methodologies changes do easily but heavy methodologies are static and do not adapt with
changes. Also in this paper there are the usage of each groups of methodologies and how can work two groups
together. In addition, some types of heavy and agile methodologies have been described.

Faisalabad is known for its various industries such as textile, ghee, paper and tanneries etc. There is scarcity of water so irrigation in Faisalabad is mostly done by recycle waste water from these industries. This review focuses on effects of different industrial effluents on various vegetables grown in the Faisalabad city. Waste water from different industries such as textile and paper industries etc. is discharged into streams and land with or without any secondary or tertiary treatment. This results in severe effect on the surface and underground water and also affects the quality of crops. Under different amounts of effluents there are improved seedling and root lengths of various vegetables and on the other side at high concentration of numerous effluents there is a decreased germination and reduced growth. Untreated textile effluent decreased biomass of root and shoot but treated textile effluent resulted in a prominent growth, increase sugar and protein percentage. Waste water from textile, ghee and various industries contains heavy metals that accumulate in vegetables and has negative impacts on vegetables grown. Heavy metals such as Ni, Cr, Zn, Cd, Cu, As and Pb results in inhibition of root growth, reduced yield due to less uptake of water and nutrients and reduced plant growth and seed germination.

The incidence of fire in heavy trucks has been shown to be about ten times higher under crash conditions than occurs in passenger vehicles. Fuel tank protection testing defined in SAE standard J703 was originally issued in 1954 and presently echoes federal regulations codified in 49 CFR 393. These tests do not reflect dynamic impact conditions representative of those that can be expected by heavy trucks on the road today. Advanced virtual testing of current and alternative fuel tank designs and locations under example impact conditions is reported. Virtual testing methods can model vehicle to vehicle and vehicle to fixed object impacts. These results can then be utilized to evaluate and refine fuel tank protection system design approaches.

Assessment of spring water from Ikare-Akoko, a rural setting in southwest, Nigeria for microbial and chemical contaminants was carried out. Total heterotrophic bacteria count of 4.0 x 10 6 CFU/mL was highest during the peak of the rainy season in Omi-idu spring (Igbede community) while the lowest population of 0.14 x10 6 CFU/mL was in Agadagidi spring (Ishakunmi community). The highest coliform population of 2.8 x 10 6 CFU/mL was at Isunpaiye (Oyinmo community), while the lowest value of 0.19 x10 6 CFU/mL was recorded at Agadagidi (Ishakunmi). The multiple tube fermentation technique was employed to determine the most probable number (MPN) of coliforms per 100 mL of water sample. The highest MPN/100 mL value of 76 ± 2.1 for coliforms was recorded at Isunpaiye while the lowest value of 5.1 ± 2.1 was in Agadagidi spring. Physico-chemical properties of the spring waters were mostly within the WHO benchmark for potable water. Arae had the highest total dissolved solids (TDS) value of 969 mgL-1 (benchmark, 500 mg/L), total hardness values were normal except at Arae (260 mg/L). Heavy metals levels in the spring water were generally low except in Omi-idu spring.

This study was designed to assess and compare the awareness, approach, and practices of dengue positive and dengue negative patients regarding dengue fever in a tertiary care hospital of Lahore district, Pakistan from April to May 2012. A total of 250 samples (125 dengue positive and 125 dengue negative) were collected and tested for Dengue IgM and IgG antibodies test by ELISA technique. Pretested questionnaire was used for data collection after the informed consent of the patients. Out of 250 study participants, 78% stated fever as major symptom of dengue virus, 70% had knowledge about the vector, 76% had idea about mosquitoes breeding sites and 80% considered dengue a treatable disease. For 50%, the main source of information about dengue was their TV/Radio. Regarding preventive practices, out of 80% who stored water at home, 52% used to cover their water containers, 64% used to wear protective clothing and 22% used mosquito repellents. Overall, 32% were satisfied from Governmental efforts against the spread of dengue fever. The study indicated that the community was quite familiar with Dengue, but there were some confusion about vaccination and water storage for domestic use.

Human activities can have dramatic effects on animal populations around urban areas with heavy metal contamination being a primary cause of harm. Amphibians, as residents of aquatic systems and with their semi-permeable skin are especially susceptible to heavy metal contamination. To better understand the effect of heavy metals on Wild African Tiger frogs (Hoplobatrachus occipitalis) and the resulting production of oxidative stress enzymes, the concentrations of the heavy metals, cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), lead (Pb) and nickel (Ni) were investigated in the tissues of H. occipitalis as well as in water and sediment samples collected from five different locations in Lagos State, Nigeria. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), reduced glutathione (GSH) and level of lipid peroxidation product, malondialdehyde (MDA) were analyzed in the liver of the sampled frogs. Most measured physicochemical characteristics of the water varied significantly across the sampling locations (P<0.05). The levels of metals (mg/kg dry weight) in muscle tissues also varied significantly across the locations (P<0.05) and ranged as follows:

A study was conducted at the Centre for Agricultural Research and Extension, Federal University of Technology Owerri. To evaluate the relative comparism of impact of humanure on selected soil heavy metals at 45days after planting and at post harvest in Owerri Nigeria. Five treatments were used for the experiment, the treatments comprised of T1=Control (0t/ha), T2=NPK (240kg/ha), T3=Humanure (10t/ha), T4= Humanure (15t/ha), T5= Humanure (20t/ha). The experiment was laid in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with treatments replicated three (3) times to give a total of fifteen (15) plots. Data collected on selected soil heavy metals were: Cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), Copper (Cu), Chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni) and Zinc (Zn). Raw data obtained was analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and significant means were separated using Fisher least significant difference (F-LSD) at probability level of P=0.005.The results obtained indicated that application of humanure at 10t/ha, 15t/ha and 20t/ha did not increase the solubility of selected soil heavy metals beyond the FEPA and WHO standard at 45days after planting and at post harvest. The result of selected heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Cu, Cr, Ni and Zn) declined at post harvest compared to the result at 45days after planting. This could be as a result of soil decompositing the degraded humanure in a form of chemical reaction that lead to its deformation and subsequent reduction in concentration. Therefore humanure could be regarded as a good source of organic manure and farmers should do away with its use as the humanure has proved to be a good replacement to mineral fertilizer.

A new multibody simulation tool, allowing the simulation of moving parts on flexible bodies, is described. This methodology is implemented by an approach using computer-aided design and mode-component synthesis, and illustrated with a test case on a reinforced concrete highway bridge under traffic testing. Dynamic traffic tests and relative multibody simulations are reported and compared in terms of acceleration.
