Foxtel has been sold to sports streaming service DAZN in a deal worth $3.4 billion.

CEO Patrick Delany says the sale will strengthen the business and allow it to compete with local and international streamers.

Foxtel has struggled in recent years due to competition and the escalating cost of buying sports broadcast rights.

Blake Lively has filed a legal complaint accusing It Ends With Us director and co-star Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment and an effort to "destroy" her reputation.

In the complaint, Lively accuses Baldoni of embarking on a "multi-tiered plan" to damage her reputation after a meeting in which she addressed "repeated sexual harassment and other disturbing behaviour".

Baldoni's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, called the claims "completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious".

A nine-year-old boy and four women were killed in the Christmas market attack in the eastern German city of Magdeburg, local officials said.

A senior German minister said the suspected driver in the car-ramming attack held "Islamophobic" views, but declined to comment on his motive.

Locals came together to pay tribute to the five people killed and the 200 others injured, with candles and flowers left near where the attack took place.

Prince Andrew says he has ceased all contact with the businessman.

They spent nearly two decades in an Indonesian prison over a drug smuggling plot.  

They say they are immensely grateful to the country's new president.
