Podman has some early support for this already. Once stable, we can add GPU using services/clients/things on macOS into NiceNode. We could already do this on Linux, but have prioritized other things.

TIL Erigon very rapidly (~1 minute) "uses" ~600GB when starting it even though it hasn't downloaded anything for its snapshot yet. Some trick and benefit to around reserving lots of pages of data storage?
