It also presents the clear picture of Nepali colleges/campuses whether the proficiency criteria are introduced or implemented. The three major questions the book revolves around are: What is the level of knowledge and understanding of teachers in Tribhuvan University Constituent Campuses (TUCCs) and Tribhuvan University Affiliated Campuses (TUACs) in terms of their proficiency? How can the level of proficiency between teaching staff of TUCCs and TUACs be compared? What may be the possible suggestive measures to teaching staff of TUCCs and TUACS to enhance efficiency?

Critically analyzing power discourse, it reveals that Nepali Gaine narratives and rhetoric embody the deep rooted mechanism of social power discourse produced and practiced by various sociopolitical
and economic institutions and the tycoons associated with them. This relation has played a phenomenal role in text formation, consumption and distribution constructing Gaine identities as per elite interests through discursive use of actions and interactions, and influencing entirely socio-cultural belief systems. As a result, Gaines are deprived of basic rights, representation, and access to or control over any state resources including media, government’s plans and policies.
This deprivation is caused by elite control where power mechanisms
manipulate and exploit the Gaine discourses controlling Gaine belief system, and their way of living strategically. The power discourse thus serves the interests of the social power mechanisms, elites, media-persons and policy makers. Destructively it ignores the true concerns of the Gaines by silencing their voices and tactically using discourse. Thus this research advocates redefining the roles of Nepali Gaines to shape up the new identities amid repeated socio-cultural prejudices.

It suggests how carvings of such nature contribute as epistemic system be interpreted hence they imply as a discipline and praxis of epistemology.

But, the Buddhist definition of equanimity includes the features like impartiality, sublimity, calmness, and love with equality, wisdom and complete serenity. It is complicated task to be impartial as we are so much moved by the phenomenal world and its activities. The attainment of perfect equanimity requires the most refined and sublimated state of mind that has the presence of calmness, love with a sense of equality, wisdom and complete tranquility where person is neither sensational nor sensual. It is where one practises seeing the things as they really are rather than in their false and fake appearances. The balance in a person to observe in an impartial eye without any feeling of hatred, hostility, discrimination and boastful nature leads him/her towards the path of enlightenment. Thus, equanimity is a door to gyana (wisdom) with an utmost power of sharp distinction and differentiation. Equanimity is one of the primary Brahmaviharas literally means to view impartially, that is with neither attachment nor aversion. It is not hedonic difference but perfect equanimity or well-balanced mind. Upekkha is the Pali term to refer to equanimity which is considered to be one of the basic notions in the entire Buddhist line of thought.
