Penelitian ini mencoba mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi pilihan pembelian pelanggan dan harga barang halal di minimarket 212 Medan Baru. Informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari survei dengan kuesioner yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi seperangkat pertanyaan yang tertulis kepada responden yang berjumlah 101 responden dan kemudian untuk dijawab, yakni kuesioner yang sudah disediakan jawabannya, sehingga responden tinggal memilih dan menjawab secara langsung. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Analisis regresi linier berganda, uji statistik nonparametrik Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S), dan uji multikolinieritas jika VIF (faktor inflasi varian) adalah metode analisis data yang digunakan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap produk halal (0,006 < 0,05), Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh harga terhadap produk halal (0,001 < 0,05). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh keputusan pembelian terhadap produk halal (0,012 < 0,05). Dari hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh 0,509 atau 50,9% menunjukkan bahwa variasi nilai kualitas produk, harga produk dan keputusan pembelian mencerminkan nilai kehalalan produk. Sisanya sebesar 49,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya.
The purpose of this training is to improve the understanding and skills of LAZISMU administrators... more The purpose of this training is to improve the understanding and skills of LAZISMU administrators in managing and utilizing digital technology, especially affiliate-based crowdfunding websites as an effective means of raising ZISWAF funds. The methods used in the implementation of training consist of the stages of identifying partner problems, implementing training, and evaluation. The results of the problem identification include low understanding of digital fundraising strategies, limited access and knowledge of effective digital platforms and tools, and lack of skills in managing online fundraising campaigns. Training is carried out through lectures, discussions, and case studies. Evaluation is conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires to training partners. The evaluation results showed that this training succeeded in improving the understanding and skills of administrators in managing fundraising digitally. This training provides solutions to previously identified problems and provides significant benefits for LAZISMU in developing sustainable fundraising strategies. Thus, digital fundraising strategy management training at LAZISMU Langkat Regency can be considered successful in improving the understanding and skills of administrators in raising funds effectively through digital technology.

In addition, residents of Aisyiyah Percut Sei Tuan District still use usury-based cooperative savings and loan services. To improve knowledge and literacy, the purpose of this service is to provide management training on the establishment and management of sharia cooperatives, so that Sharia cooperatives can be formed at the Aisyiyah Percut Sei Tuan Branch. The stages of implementing this activity are preparation, training and evaluation of program success. From the results of the evaluation, the training participants gained an understanding and succeeded in forming a sharia cooperative under the name Tajri Aj Ma'a. In this activity, it was also decided the monthly contribution of cooperative members which must be paid.

The purpose of this training is to improve MSMEs' understanding of digital marketing, recognize the opportunities offered by digital technology, and learn best practices in utilizing digital media to promote their products and services. The methods used include training needs analysis, preparation, training implementation, and evaluation. The results of the training showed a significant increase in understanding, skills, and benefits for MSMEs. This training has a positive impact in improving the growth and sustainability of MSME businesses, and has significant practical implications in local economic development and employment improvement. It is recommended to involve more MSMEs and develop sustainable training programs to ensure the continuity of the use of digital marketing strategies by MSMEs in Pematang Siantar City.
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) managed by mustahik under LAZISMU of Medan City have ... more Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) managed by mustahik under LAZISMU of Medan City have been negatively impacted by the covid-19 pandemic. Decreased sales, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, hindered production and distribution, financial constraints, limited knowledge of information technology, and hindered business networks, have all contributed to the mustahik's economic challenges. This community service program aims to help mustahik in overcoming these problems by providing training and guidance in utilizing digital marketing technology as a solution in promoting their businesses and expanding their markets. This Community Service Program (PKM) combines both quantitative and qualitative methods, with training and mentoring activities conducted for 30 mustahik recipients of MSME programs from LAZISMU of Medan City. The results showed that 82% of training participants were able to understand and apply the training material, improving their entrepreneurial and economic abilities.

Setiap usaha tersebut memiliki ciri khas yang menjadi pembeda antara usaha tersebut dengan usaha yang lain. Tetapi usaha-usaha tersebut masih memiliki keterbatasan yang menjadi permasalahan, seperti strategi pemasarannya yang masih belum terorganisir dengan baik. Dalam hal ini, digital marketing menjadi solusi yang tepat yang harus dilakukan oleh pelaku pebisnis UMKM. Work activities resumed in the office at the beginning of 2022, although productivity remained low. As a result, initiatives to encourage employee performance development, such as through training to increase employee work ethic, are required. Identification of partner issues, training, and evaluation are the three stages of this program. Participants were satisfied with the substance and design of the training delivered, according to the evaluation results. This program has a great influence since it teaches employees how to enhance their work ethic and make work activities meaningful as worship.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, bagai... more Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, bagaimana pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya secara simultan pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) Sumatera Utara. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) Sumatera Utara 2019 dimana seluruhnya berjumlah 37 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket (Questioner), kemudian dilakukan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa secara parsial, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja bepengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan kinerja karyawan Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) Sumatera Utara.
