The 1400mm ground screw + bracket system is designed to overcome sloping ground and heavier/two-storey buildings. The 1400mm ground screws can ONLY be installed using our electric installation machines. For standard garden rooms and outdoor buildings on flat ground, 750mm ground screws are the preferred choice.
We aim to deliver in 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification upon purchase and another notification when your order has shipped. If you would like to select a preferred delivery date please do so using our delivery date selection tool at checkout.

Flat rate £35+VAT (£42 inc. VAT) shipping fee.
Deliveries are made from 8 am - 6 pm on weekdays. You will receive a text message notification with your estimated delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
