Charles W. Buttz
Charles Wilson Buttz (November 16, 1837 – July 20, 1913) was a U.S. Representative for South Carolina. He was a member of the Republican Party.
He was born in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He died in Lisbon, North Dakota.
