6 TBSp Cocoa Powder
(optional ingredients for additional flavor vanilla extract, mini chocolate chips, pure maple syrup)
Ganache Ingredients
2-3 Tbsp plant based milk
1/4 cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
vanilla extract non-alcoholic (optional)
Combine the dates, nuts, cocoa powder, in a food processor. Process until completely smooth, scraping down as needed – if too dry I add water or plant based milk. Transfer dough to pan and press very firmly until dough is evenly distributed in the pan.If you want them thick use a loaf or mini pan.In a bowl, combine cocoa, maple syrup and milk. Stir until mixture forms a paste or gets creamy, frost your brownies. Place in the fridge for an hour or so. Store leftovers covered at room temperature for a day, or up to 2 weeks in the fridge, or 1-2 months in the freezer.
I later topped them with hemp seeds delicious !!!!! If you like this recipe follow this blog for more, or follow me on instagram at https://www.instagram.com/kitchendiaries29/
