Abstract
POSTUPAK ZA DOBIVANJE NOVIH DERIVATA DIFENILPROPILAMINA, opšte formule I: gde R1 je vodonik ili metil grupa, R2 je vodonik, metil ili n-decil grupa, Z je fenil grupa supstituisana sa R3, R4 i R5, gde R3 je vodonik, fluor, hlor ili brom ili nitro, C1-12alkil, C1-4alkoksi, fenoksi ili benziloksi grupa, R4 i R5 predstavljaju vodonik, hlor ili hidroksi, alkoksi, benziloksi grupu, ili R4 i R5 zajedno grade metilendioksi grupu ili Z može biti 4-metoksinafdtil ili 4-etoksinaftil grupa, i R6 je vodonik ili fluor, uz ograničenje da svaki od R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 i R6, be nigz ustivremeno biti vodonik kada R2 je metil, kao i njihovih fiziološki prihvatljivih adicionih soli, naznačen time, što se defenilpropilaminski derivat opšte formule II gde je A je vodonik, i R6 je kao što je definisano napred podvrgava reduktivnoj kondenzacionoj reakciji sa ketonom opšte formule II gde je R2 i Z su kao što je definisano napred, u jednom stupnju ili, ako se želi, u dva stupnja, u organskom rastvaraču ili sredini bez rastvarača na temperaturi od 20-90В°C pod pritiskom od 100 do 1 000 000 Pa i ako se želi jedinjenje opšte formule I, gde je R1 je vodonik i R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 i Z su kao što je definisano napred se prevodi u tercijerni amin metilovanjem na azotu i ako se želi tako dobiveno jedinjenje opšte formule I se prevodi u adicionu so kiseline sa neorganskom ili organskom kiselinom.
