进一步的,烘箱10顶部设有箱盖15,箱盖15上设有便于将其开合的把手16,蓄水箱4上设有用于向其内部添加水量的注水口5以及用于平衡蒸汽压力的安全阀18。
进一步的,为了便于移动该装置,所述底座2底部对称设有多个滚轮1,滚轮1为自锁式滚轮。
在使用时,先将待干燥的塑胶颗粒放于转盘12中并关上箱盖15,然后启动多根电热管3、旋转电机17、第一驱动电机22、第二驱动电机和两部热风机24,多根电热管3将蓄水箱4内水加热升温产生蒸汽并通过导气软管19进入到烘箱10侧壁空心夹层内从而提高烘箱10内部温度,两部第一驱动电机22带动四根转筒13自传,第二驱动电机带动设于偏外侧的转筒13围绕设于转盘12圆心点上的转筒13公转,与此同时,热风机24向转筒13内输送热风并通过各个出气嘴28均匀喷出,四根转筒13上的多根搅拌杆14将烘箱10内的塑胶颗粒均匀翻动,再配合上旋转电机17带动转杆7转动使得两个驱动凸轮8抵住烘箱10底部并带动其上下循环滑动,使得烘箱10内塑胶颗粒在不断的翻动过程中高效均匀受热,从而干燥的更快、效果更好。
实施例2
进一步的,为了减少热量损失,提高烘箱10保温效果,所述烘箱10侧壁内设有用于减少其内部热量散发至外界的隔热夹层9。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明在使用时,先将待干燥的塑胶颗粒放于转盘12中并关上箱盖15,然后启动多根电热管3、旋转电机17、第一驱动电机22、第二驱动电机和两部热风机24,多根电热管3将蓄水箱4内水加热升温产生蒸汽并通过导气软管19进入到烘箱10侧壁空心夹层内从而提高烘箱10内部温度,两部第一驱动电机22带动四根转筒13自传,第二驱动电机带动设于偏外侧的转筒13围绕设于转盘12圆心点上的转筒13公转,与此同时,热风机24向转筒13内输送热风并通过各个出气嘴28均匀喷出,四根转筒13上的多根搅拌杆14将烘箱10内的塑胶颗粒均匀翻动,再配合上旋转电机17带动转杆7转动使得两个驱动凸轮8抵住烘箱10底部并带动其上下循环滑动,使得烘箱10内塑胶颗粒在不断的翻动过程中高效均匀受热,从而干燥的更快、效果更好。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于塑胶制品制造用的干燥装置,包括底座(2)、蓄水箱(4)和烘箱(10),其特征在于,所述蓄水箱(4)固定设于底座(2)上,蓄水箱(4)上对称设有两根支撑柱(6),烘箱(10)左右两侧壁均通过滑块(11)上下滑动安装于两根支撑柱(6)之间,烘箱(10)侧壁为空心夹层结构,蓄水箱(4)内腔底部由前到后等距设有多根用电热管(3),电热管(3)顶部设有导气软管(19),导气软管(19)远离蓄水箱(4)的一端延伸至烘箱(10)侧壁空心夹层内;
    烘箱(10)前后两侧壁上对称且转动嵌设有四个转盘(12),其中两组前后对称的两个转盘(12)之间均通过轴承转动安装有两根转筒(13),两根转筒(13)其中一根设于两个转盘(12)圆心点处,另一根设于转盘(12)偏外侧,每根转筒(13)上均环向等距设有多根搅拌杆(14)以及嵌设有多排出气嘴(28),两组前后对称的两个转盘(12)其中一个上均固定安装有热风机(24),热风机(24)的出风端上通过分流接头(25)分接有两根导风管(26),两根导风管(26)远离热风机(24)的一端均延伸至烘箱(10)内并一一对应分别与两根转筒(13)一端转动连接并与其连通,装有热风机(24)的转盘(12)上还独立设有用于给热风机(24)供电的电源(27)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于塑胶制品制造用的干燥装置,其特征在于,四个所述转盘(12)其中位于烘箱(10)同一侧壁上的两个转盘(12)侧壁上均固定套设有外齿圈(20),烘箱(10)侧壁上固定安装有第二驱动电机,第二驱动电机的输出轴上固定连接有驱动齿轮(23),驱动齿轮(23)与两个转盘(12)上的外齿圈(20)同时啮合,两组前后对称的两个转盘(12)其中远离热风机(24)的一个上均固定安装有第一驱动电机(22),第一驱动电机(22)的输出轴延伸至烘箱(10)内并与两根转筒(13)其中一根一端相连接,两根转筒(13)之间通过皮带传动机构(21)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于塑胶制品制造用的干燥装置,其特征在于,所述烘箱(10)顶部设有箱盖(15),箱盖(15)上设有便于将其开合的把手(16),蓄水箱(4)上设有用于向其内部添加水量的注水口(5)以及用于平衡蒸汽压力的安全阀(18)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于塑胶制品制造用的干燥装置,其特征在于,所述底座(2)底部对称设有多个滚轮(1),滚轮(1)为自锁式滚轮。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于塑胶制品制造用的干燥装置,其特征在于,所述烘箱(10)侧壁内设有用于减少其内部热量散发至外界的隔热夹层(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于塑胶制品制造用的干燥装置,其特征在于,所述两根支撑柱(6)上均设有用于上下滑动卡住滑块(11)的滑槽(30),滑槽(30)内腔底部固定安装有弹力杆(29),弹力杆(29)远离滑槽(30)内腔底部的一端固定连接于滑块(11)上,两根支撑柱(6)下端部之间通过轴承转动安装有转杆(7),转杆(7)上对称套设有两个用于抵住烘箱(10)底部与带动其上下循环滑动的驱动凸轮(8),两根支撑柱(6)其中一根上固定安装有旋转电机(17),旋转电机(17)的输出轴与转杆(7)一端向连接。
  7. 在根据权利要求6所述的用于塑胶制品制造用的干燥装置,其特征在于,所述弹力杆(29)包括插杆(31)和插筒(32),插杆(31)滑动插设于插筒(32)中,插杆(31)位于插筒(32)内的一端与插筒(32)内腔底部之间设有弹簧(33)。
