本发明属于垃圾收集技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置。
现有的垃圾桶样式,主要为地上摆放式结构,一个长方体或圆柱体形状的垃圾桶放在地上,用于收集垃圾并进行后续转运操作。但是该结构样式的垃圾桶存在占用空间大的缺点,这个缺点问题在行人车辆拥挤的地方就更加凸出了,因此只能减少设置垃圾桶的数量,那么垃圾收集能力又下降了,所以该地上摆放的常见垃圾桶样式需要被更新取代。
针对上述问题,市场上已经出现了部分深埋式垃圾桶,即地面开坑,垃圾桶放在坑内,桶上设置具有一定支撑能力的盖板,以达到节约空间的效果,但是此类深埋式垃圾桶又存在垃圾转运至垃圾车内操作不方便的问题,需要先吊起,再翻转垃圾桶以倾倒垃圾,而且更重要的一点是,地上摆放式垃圾桶的盖板较轻,甚至可以没有,因此倾倒垃圾比较方便,而上述深埋式垃圾桶的盖板考虑到需要支撑人走动,因此一般为强度较大的金属结构,这就给倾倒垃圾动作带来较大的麻烦了,常常发生深埋式垃圾桶翻转倾倒垃圾时盖板打开角度较小、垃圾倾倒不彻底的问题,所以市场上急需一种改进型,方便垃圾倾倒的深埋式垃圾桶。

但是该实用新型专利中的深埋式垃圾桶存在不方便垃圾倒出收集的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其能通过在桶体上设置垃圾下料口、桶底板、底板固定板单元、竖向连杆单元以及插接卡合单元的方式,达到深埋桶从下方有效进行垃圾下料操作的效果。本发明具有桶体底部封盖结构稳定性好,不易漏料,桶体提起后下方垃圾下料方式简单高效,避免桶体翻转动作,桶底板建立和解除封盖动作方便快捷,以及深埋桶收纳垃圾和往垃圾车内下料收集垃圾整体操作使用效果好的优点。

在本实施例中,所述弹性阻尼板304a为现有的高强度橡胶板,使得所述竖向连杆单元4处具有一定的弹性阻尼,避免垃圾过多后直接向下拉断所述竖向连杆单元4,而所述连接杆304d螺接限位后对所述螺接固定板301和所述外侧板302之间的拉结动作,则具有两个作用。
第一,在所述弹性阻尼板304a被拉断后保证所述螺接固定板301不会从所述竖向连杆单元4上掉落,所述螺接固定板301不掉那么所述桶底板2也就不会掉,避免所述深埋桶在被吊起时发生意外“漏底”的问题,此时所述螺接固定板301未张紧连接,并以松动状态待位。
第二,在所述弹性阻尼板304a进行正常的阻尼缓冲保护时,若发现所述桶底板2在所述垃圾下料口1上的压紧封堵力度不够时,所述紧固螺母304e就需要主动旋紧,拉动所述螺接固定板301与所述外侧板302更加靠近,此时所述桶底板2对所述垃圾下料口1的封堵强度增大,所述竖向连杆单元4以一个上端向内倾斜的方式,同样可以与所述插接卡合单元5进行固定和解除固定操作,此时所述螺接固定板301一直保持张紧连接状态。
所述竖向连杆单元4包括设置在所述外侧板302上表面上的主体杆401,一端铰接设置在所述主体杆401上端端头侧面位置处并用于插到所述插接卡合单元5上的插入板402;所述插接卡合单元5包括螺接设置在所述桶体12侧向开槽内的一对螺接安装板501,两端分别设置在两个所述螺接安装板501上并用于收纳所述插入板402的U型板502,分别设置在所述U型板502两个内侧面上的两个凸出板503,以及两端插接设置在两个所述凸出板503上并通过对已经旋转插入的所述插入板402进行卡合限位方式以用于固定所述桶底板2的卡合杆504。所述竖向连杆单元4还包括设置在所述主体杆401上端端头侧面位置处的U型铰接板403,以及依次插接所述U型铰接板403和所述插入板402的铰接轴404。所述插接卡合单元5还包括设置在所述凸出板503上并用于卡合设置所述卡合杆504的弧形槽505,所述弧形槽505设有侧边槽口,且圆心角度数范围为280-320°。所述插入板402上远离铰接一端还设有通过连接所述卡合杆504方式以用于拉动所述卡合杆504并对所述卡合杆504进行连接防丢失操作的拉动绳405。所述拉动绳405设置在圆形的所述卡合杆504的端面上。所述插入板402靠近铰接端一侧为宽度与所述U型板502开槽宽度相等进而用于对齐插接的外侧板,远离铰接端一侧为接收所述卡合杆504卡合限位动作的内侧板,所述内侧板的厚度为所述外侧板厚度的1/5-1/4。所述内侧板与所述外侧板之间设有用于过渡的两侧倾斜连接板。
在本实施例中,所述竖向连杆单元4与所述插接卡合单元5之间建立和解除卡合固定的方式及优点如下。
第一,所述深埋桶使用前,先将所述插入板402旋转插入到所述U型板502的开槽内,所述插入板402靠近铰接端较厚的部分贴合在所述U型板502内,避免所述插入板402出现两侧晃动的问题。
第二,所述插入板402远离铰接端较薄的一侧已经位于两个所述凸出板503之间,此时在两个所述弧形槽505上插入所述卡合杆504,即可卡合固定所述插入板402,使其无法旋转,这样所述主体杆401就无法掉落,所述桶底板2也就无法掉落而保证有效封堵状态。
第三,所述深埋桶需要向垃圾车内进行卸料操作并已经被吊起后,先拉动所述拉动绳405,使得所述卡合杆504从所述弧形槽505的开口处挤出,而不是从侧边拔出,最终所述桶底板2顺利打开。
第四,其中所述卡合杆504安装时,所述插入板402还未挤压所述卡合杆504,因此所述卡合杆504可以从弧形槽505的侧边插入,当在卸料时,所述插入板402已经以一个较大的力向外压在所述卡合杆504上,此时所述卡合杆504若还是侧向拔出,则摩擦阻力巨大,磨损程度大,因此采用从开槽缺口处挤出方式,保证取下操作的有效性。
第五,所述拉动绳405的作用是在所述卡合杆504挤出取下时拉结固定所述卡合杆504,避免所述卡合杆504丢失,因为所述深埋桶在向垃圾车卸料时,所述卡合杆504一旦取下,所述竖向连杆单元4以及桶底板2会以一个较大的速度旋转打开,大量垃圾瞬间下落,因此需要所述拉动绳405固定所述卡合杆504,此外,所述拉动绳405处拉动所述卡合杆504脱落的操作,最好是操作人员通过棒状物体去拨动,不推荐手动拉下,否则垃圾容易溅到身上。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种修改。这些都是不具有创造性的修改,只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。
Claims (10)
- 一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,包括设置在地坑(11)上的桶体(12),铰接设置在所述桶体(12)开口位置处并由脚踏方式触发开启的垃圾桶盖板(13),其特征在于:还包括设置在所述桶体(12)下端位置处的垃圾下料口(1),侧边铰接设置在所述垃圾下料口(1)位置处并用于封盖所述垃圾下料口(1)的桶底板(2),设置在所述桶底板(2)下表面上且远离铰接一侧位置处的底板固定板单元(3),设置在所述底板固定板单元(3)上的竖向连杆单元(4),以及设置在所述桶体(12)侧面位置处并通过卡合阻挡已经旋转的所述竖向连杆单元(4)的方式以用于压紧固定所述桶底板(2)的插接卡合单元(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述底板固定板单元(3)包括设置在所述桶底板(2)下表面上的螺接固定板(301),用于设置所述竖向连杆单元(4)的外侧板(302),分别设置在所述螺接固定板(301)下表面和所述外侧板(302)下表面上且相互铰接的两个铰接板(303),以及设置在所述螺接固定板(301)和所述外侧板(302)之间并用于调节所述底板固定板单元(3)对所述桶底板(2)支撑高度的连接板部(304)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述连接板部(304)包括两边分别螺接固定在所述螺接固定板(301)下表面和所述外侧板(302)下表面上的弹性阻尼板(304a),设置在所述螺接固定板(301)下表面上的铰接柱(304b),设置在所述外侧板(302)下表面上的孔板(304c),一端铰接设置在所述铰接柱(304b)上另一端插接设置在所述孔板(304c)上的连接杆(304d),以及螺接设置在所述连接杆(304d)上并通过在所述孔板(304c)上拉动所述螺接固定板(301)方式以用于增大所述桶底板(2)封盖时封盖压力的紧固螺母(304e),所述连接杆(304d)被拉动时所述弹性阻尼板(304a)受压弯曲,所述竖向连杆单元(4)呈倾斜状态保持拉结紧固状态。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述竖向连杆单元(4)包括设置在所述外侧板(302)上表面上的主体杆(401),一端铰接设置在所述主体杆(401)上端端头侧面位置处并用于插到所述插接卡合单元(5)上的插入板(402);所述插接卡合单元(5)包括螺接设置在所述桶体(12)侧向开槽内的一对螺接安装板(501),两端分别设置在两个所述螺接安装板(501)上并用于收纳所述插入板(402)的U型板(502),分别设置在所述U型板(502)两个内侧面上的两个凸出板(503),以及两端插接设置在两个所述凸出板(503)上并通过对已经旋转插入的所述插入板(402)进行卡合限位方式以用于固定所述桶底板(2)的卡合杆(504)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述竖向连杆单元(4)还包括设置在所述主体杆(401)上端端头侧面位置处的U型铰接板(403),以及依次插接所述U型铰接板(403)和所述插入板(402)的铰接轴(404)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述插接卡合单元(5)还包括设置在所述凸出板(503)上并用于卡合设置所述卡合杆(504)的弧形槽(505),所述弧形槽(505)设有侧边槽口,且圆心角度数范围为280-320°。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述插入板(402)上远离铰接一端还设有通过连接所述卡合杆(504)方式以用于拉动所述卡合杆(504)并对所述卡合杆(504)进行连接防丢失操作的拉动绳(405)。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述拉动绳(405)设置在圆形的所述卡合杆(504)的端面上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述插入板(402)靠近铰接端一侧为宽度与所述U型板(502)开槽宽度相等进而用于对齐插接的外侧板,远离铰接端一侧为接收所述卡合杆(504)卡合限位动作的内侧板,所述内侧板的厚度为所述外侧板厚度的1/5-1/4。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种新型深埋桶垃圾收集装置,其特征在于:所述内侧板与所述外侧板之间设有用于过渡的两侧倾斜连接板。
