Abstract
Description
本発明の使い捨ておむつは、縦方向Xに腹側領域Aおよび背側領域Bと、それらA,Bの間に位置する股下領域Cとを備え、腹側領域Aと背側領域Bとに亘って吸収体23を有し、吸収体23の縦方向Xの前後端部23A,23Bそれぞれから外方に位置して横方向Yに延びる腹側ウエストフラップFA及び背側ウエストフラップFBを有している。ここで、腹側領域Aとは使い捨ておむつの着用時に着用者の腹側に配される領域であり、背側領域Bとは使い捨ておむつの着用時に着用者の背側に配される領域である。そして、腹側ウエストフラップFAとは、吸収体23の縦方向Xの腹側領域A側の前端部23Aの端縁から縦方向X外方に位置して横方向Yに延びる領域と、吸収体23の縦方向Xの腹側領域A側の前端部23Aから横方向Yに延びる領域とを合わせた領域を意味する。また、背側ウエストフラップFBとは、吸収体23の縦方向Xの背側領域B側の後端部23Bの端縁から縦方向X外方に位置して横方向Yに延びる領域と、吸収体23の縦方向Xの背側領域B側の後端部23Bから横方向Yに延びる領域とを合わせた領域を意味する。
また、おむつ1は、図2に示す、縦方向(X方向)に延びる縦中心線CL1に対して左右対称形となっている。尚、図2中のCL2は、おむつ1を二分する横方向(Y方向)に延びる横中心線であり、縦中心線CL1に直交している。
また、図2に示すように展開させかつ伸長させた状態を平面視して、横方向(Y方向)に隣り合う融着部列42L,42Lどうしの間隔は、汗の拡散性向上の観点から、4mm以上であることが好ましく、6mm以上であることがより好ましく、そして、20mm以下であることが好ましく、16mm以下であることがより好ましく、具体的には、4mm以上20mm以下であることがより好ましく、6mm以上16mm以下であることがより好ましい。
また、肌側シート4を構成する窪み部41を除く部分の厚みd2の測定は、肌側シート4に0.05kPaの荷重を加えた状態で、厚み測定器を用いて測定する。厚み測定器にはオムロン社製のレーザー変位計を用いる。厚み測定は、10点測定し、それらの平均値を算出して窪み部41を除く部分の厚みとする。
開孔44の外周部分43が、融着部42の内周壁42eに向かって徐々に厚みが薄くなっていることは、前記融着部42の内周壁42eから外方に前記深さ(d3)の0.50倍離れた位置での厚みが、前記融着部42の内周壁42eから外方に前記深さ(d3)の1.5倍離れた位置での厚みより小さいことで確認できる。
また、肌側シート4における該窪み部41を除く部分の厚みd2(図4参照)は、非肌側シート5から肌へ汗が戻らない観点から、から、600μm以下であることが好ましく、350μm以下であることがより好ましく、下限は100μmである。
また、横方向(Y方向)に隣り合う接合部列8L,8Lどうしの間隔は、吸収した汗の蒸発性向上の観点から、4mm以上であることが好ましく、6mm以上であることがより好ましく、そして、20mm以下であることが好ましく、16mm以下であることがより好ましく、具体的には、4mm以上20mm以下であることがより好ましく、6mm以上16mm以下であることがより好ましい。
また、おむつ1の胴回り下部伸縮部G2では、複数本の弾性部材71が、外側固定領域3T1と本体側固定領域3T2との間に亘って配されており、それらの弾性部材71は、外側固定領域3T1と本体側固定領域3T2とのそれぞれにおいて、非肌側シート5と外層シート6との間に固定されている一方、外側固定領域3T1と本体側固定領域3T2との間においては、非肌側シート5及び外層シート6の何れにも固定されていない。おむつ1の胴回り下部伸縮部G2では、一対の本体側固定領域3T2,3T2の間に、弾性部材71が配されていないか、或いは、弾性部材71が、弾性伸縮性を発現しないように細かく分断される等の処理を施された状態で配されている。
肌側シート4は、疎水性の繊維で構成された疎水性の不織布等からなるシートであり、非肌側シート5は、親水性の繊維で構成された親水性の不織布等からなるシートである。
おむつ1では、外装体3を構成する肌側シート4が外層シート6の折り返し部分6Rで形成されているので、折り返し部分6R(肌側シート4)を含む外層シート6の全体が疎水性の繊維で構成された疎水性のシートで形成されており、外層シート6とは別体の非肌側シート5が親水性のシートで構成されている。
〔繊維の接触角の測定方法〕
接触角の測定には、例えば協和界面科学株式会社製の接触角計MCA-Jを用いる。具体的には、外周部分43を構成する繊維の表面に、イオン交換水を滴下(約20ピコリットル)した後、直ちに前記接触角計を用いて接触角度の測定を行う。測定は、融着部42の内周壁42e近傍を構成する繊維、又は窪み部41の外縁近傍を構成する繊維の5箇所以上の箇所で行い、それらの平均値を接触角とする。尚、測定環境温度は20℃とする。
おむつ1では、図2~図5に示すように、少なくとも背側ウエストフラップFBが、疎水性の肌側シート4と親水性の非肌側シート5とを有し、疎水性の肌側シート4が、非肌側シート5側に向かって窪んだ窪み部41と、各窪み部41内に開孔44を備えている。そして、肌側シート4の窪み部41の厚みが開孔44に近づくほど小さくなっている。即ち、構成繊維の繊維間距離が、開孔44に向かって徐々に狭く形成されている。その為、おむつ1の着用中に、着用者の汗が、窪み部41を除く部分から窪み部41に引き寄せられ易く、そして、窪み部41の厚みが開孔44に近づくほど小さいので、開孔44から汗が親水性の非肌側シート5に素早く移行し易い。このように移行した親水性の非肌側シート5内の着用者の汗は、再び疎水性の肌側シート4や肌に戻り難くなっている。このように、非肌対向面側の非肌側シート5に移行した着用者の汗が肌に触れ難いので、湿疹、汗疹、かぶれ等の皮膚トラブルを低減することができる。
外周部分43における開孔側薄領域43STを構成する繊維の繊維間距離、及び窪み部41の外縁近傍を構成する繊維の繊維間距離は、下記の方法により測定する。下記の方法により測定する繊維間距離は、その値が小さくなれば、水との親和性が高くなることを意味する。
測定する部分それぞれにおいて、坪量、厚み、および繊維デニールを測定し、[数1]の式により繊維間距離を算出する。同一のシートの異なる部分を測定する場合、シートの坪量および繊維デニールに変化はなく、厚みのみが変化する。厚みは以下のように測定する。シートの厚みの測定は、測定部を含むように、ナイフ、カッター、剃刀等を用いて切断面が潰れないように厚み方向にカットして、カット断面を顕微鏡観察し、測定部の厚みを測定する。厚み測定は、異なる10点を測定し、それらの平均値を算出して測定部の厚みとする。
また、開孔44の外方側(外周部分43における窪み部41の外縁近傍)を構成する肌側シートは、イオン交換水との接触角が、120°以上であることが好ましく、130°以上であることが更に好ましい。該構成する肌側シートの接触角の上限は180°であれば十分に満足すべき効果が得られる。
さらに、開孔44側(開孔側薄領域43ST)の肌側シートとイオン交換水との接触角と、開孔44の外方側(外周部分43における窪み部41の外縁近傍)とイオン交換水との接触角差が、大きいことが好ましい。詳述すると、その接触角差は、10°以上であることが好ましく、20°以上であることが更に好ましい。
外周部分43における開孔側薄領域43STを構成する肌側シート、又は外周部分43における窪み部41の外縁近傍を構成する肌側シートと、イオン交換水との接触角は、下記の方法により測定する。下記の方法により測定する接触角は、その値が小さくなれば、水との親和性が高くなることを意味する。
株式会社キーエンス製のマイクロスコープVHX-1000に中倍率ズームレンズを90°に倒した状態で使用して計測を行った。測定用サンプルは、MD方向150mm×CD方向70mmの大きさにカットしたシートを用いた。測定環境は、20℃/50%RHであり、測定用サンプルは、測定面を上向きにした状態として、シートのCD方向から観察できるように測定ステージにセットした。次いで、測定ステージにセットされた測定用サンプルの測定したい部分(外周部分43おける開孔側薄領域43ST及び外周部分43における窪み部41の外縁近傍)に、イオン交換水を3μL付着させ、画像を取り込む。シート上の水滴の両端もしくは片端における焦点が鮮明な観察結果それぞれ10点の接触角を計測し、それらの平均値を「接触角」とした。
同様の観点から、非肌側シート5は、その厚みが、窪み部41を除く部分において、100μm以上であることが好ましく、150μm以上であることが更に好ましく、そして、800μm以下であることが好ましく、500μm以下であることが更に好ましく、具体的には、100μm以上800μm以下であることが好ましく、150μm以上500μm以下であることが更に好ましい。非肌側シート5の厚みの測定は、非肌側シート5に0.05kPaの荷重を加えた状態で、厚み測定器を用いて測定する。厚み測定器にはオムロン社製のレーザー変位計を用いる。厚み測定は、10点測定し、それらの平均値を算出して厚みとする。
非肌側シート5のクレム吸水高さは、下記の方法により測定する。
パンツ型使い捨ておむつの外装体から、非肌側シート5を取り出す際に、肌側シート4、非肌側シート5及び外層シート6が、熱融着又は接着剤により固定されている場合には、該固定された部分を、溶剤又はドライヤー等による熱風により溶融等して取り除き、非肌側シート5を取り出す。取り出した非肌側シート5をサンプルとして、JIS P 8141の試験方法に準じてクレム吸水高さを測定する。具体的には、取り出した非肌側シート5を、幅(おむつ1の縦方向(X方向)の長さ)30mm、長さ(おむつ1の横方向(Y方向)の長さ)150mmにカットする。カットに際しては、押し切りカッターなど、サンプルを押しつぶす可能性のある切断方法は、結果に影響を及ぼす可能性が高く好ましくない。そのため、カットに際しては、ナイフ、カッター、剃刀等を用いてサンプルの切断面が潰れないようにカットする。次に、JIS P 8141に規定する冶具にカット後のサンプルをセットし、試験液に水を用いて、60秒後のクレム吸水高さを測定する。吸い上げ高さの判別を容易にするため、青色1号やメチレンブルー等の染料で試験液を適宜着色してもよい。以上の測定を5回行い、その平均値を、非肌側シート5のクレム吸水高さとする。尚、測定環境温度は22℃とする。
以上であることが好ましく、100g/m2以上であることが更に好ましい。非肌側シート5の飽和吸水量の上限に特に制限はないが、300g/m2であれば十分に満足すべき効果が得られる。
非肌側シート5の飽和吸水量は、下記の方法により測定する。
非肌側シートを幅50mm、長さ50mmに切断して,測定試料を作製する。測定試料を、25℃に調温したイオン交換水に浸漬させる。浸漬開始から5分後に試料をイオン交換水から取り出し、30秒間垂直状態に吊るして水切りする。吸水後の試料の質量を測定し、次式に従って目的とする飽和吸水量を算出する。飽和吸水量(g/m2)=(吸水後の試料の質量(g)-吸水前の試料の質量(g))/(測定試料面積 0.05m×0.05m)として算出する。以上の測定を5回行い、その平均値を、非肌側シートの飽和吸水量とする。
例えば、上述したおむつ1は、外装体3を構成する肌側シート4は、図2に示すように、1枚の外層シート6の折り返し部分6Rで形成されているが、外層シート6とは別体の疎水性のシート(不織布)であってもよい。このような別体の肌側シート4を配置する場合、腹側ウエストフラップFA及び背側ウエストフラップFBの内の少なくとも背側ウエストフラップFBにのみ、別体の肌側シート4を配置すればよい。
縦方向に腹側領域および背側領域と、それらの間に位置する股下領域とを備え、前記腹側領域と前記背側領域とに亘って吸収体を有し、該吸収体の縦方向の前後端部それぞれから外方に位置して横方向に延びる腹側ウエストフラップ及び背側ウエストフラップを有する使い捨ておむつであって、少なくとも前記背側ウエストフラップは、肌当接面を形成する疎水性の肌側シートと、該肌側シートの非肌対向面側に位置する親水性の非肌側シートとを有し、前記肌側シートは、前記非肌側シート側に向かって窪んだ複数の窪み部と、各該窪み部内に該肌側シートを貫通する開孔とを備え、前記肌側シートの前記窪み部は、その厚みが、前記開孔に近づくほど小さくなっている、使い捨ておむつ。

前記使い捨ておむつは、前記非肌側シートの非肌対向面側に疎水性の外層シートと、該非肌側シートと該外層シートと間に前記使い捨ておむつの横方向に伸長した状態で配され且つ該使い捨ておむつの縦方向に間欠的に配された複数の弾性部材とを備え、前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に融着部を有し、
該弾性部材が収縮して形成されたギャザー部を、断面視して、前記肌側シートの非肌側に凹む凹部の深さd4の半分の位置から凸部側(肌対向面側)に、前記融着部の全体の、60%以上が配置されていることが好ましく、75%以上が配置されていることが好ましく、上限は100%であることが好ましい前記<1>~<32>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。

前記窪み部における前記肌側シートを構成する構成繊維の繊維間距離は、前記開孔側の方が該開孔の外方側に比べて小さいことが好ましい前記<1>~<33>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
前記開孔の外周部分内の、前記窪み部を除く部分の厚みd2の70%以下の厚みである薄領域内の、厚みd2の40%以下の厚みである開孔側薄領域を構成する繊維の繊維間距離は、前記外周部分における前記窪み部の外縁近傍を構成する繊維の繊維間距離の、4/5以下であることが好ましく、2/5以下であることが更に好ましい前記<1>~<34>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。

前記開孔の外周部分内の、前記窪み部を除く部分の厚みd2の70%以下の厚みである薄領域内の、厚みd2の40%以下の厚みである開孔側薄領域を構成する前記肌側シートは、イオン交換水との接触角が、120°以下であることが好ましく、110°以下であることが更に好ましい前記<1>~<35>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。

前記開孔の外周部分における前記窪み部の外縁近傍を構成する前記肌側シートは、イオン交換水との接触角が、120°以上であることが好ましく、130°以上であることが更に好ましい前記<1>~<36>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。

前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を有し、該融着部近傍とイオン交換水との接触角と、前記開孔の外周部分における前記窪み部の外縁近傍とイオン交換水との接触角差が、大きいことが好ましく、その接触角差は、10°以上であることが好ましく、20°以上であることが更に好ましい前記<1>~<37>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。

前記非肌側シートは、その坪量が、10g/m2以上であることが好ましく、20g/m2以上であることが更に好ましく、そして、50g/m2以下であることが好ましく、30g/m2以下であることが更に好ましい前記<1>~<38>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
前記非肌側シートは、その厚みが前記窪み部を除く部分において、100μm以上であることが好ましく、150μm以上であることが更に好ましく、そして、800μm以下であることが好ましく、500μm以下であることが更に好ましい前記<1>~<39>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<41>
前記非肌側シートは、その構成繊維全体に対する親水性繊維の配合率が、80質量%以上であることが好ましく、90質量%以上であることが更に好ましく、下限は70質量%であることが好ましい前記<1>~<40>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<42>
前記非肌側シートは、JIS P 8141に準じて測定された30mm幅のクレム吸水高さが、60秒で20mm以上であることが好ましく、60秒で25mm以上であることが更に好ましい前記<1>~<41>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
<43>
前記非肌側シートは、イオン交換水の飽和吸水量が、75g/m2以上であることが好ましく、100g/m2以上であることが更に好ましい前記<1>~<42>の何れか1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
Claims (43)
- 縦方向に腹側領域および背側領域と、それらの間に位置する股下領域とを備え、前記腹側領域と前記背側領域とに亘って吸収体を有し、該吸収体の縦方向の前後端部それぞれから外方に位置して横方向に延びる腹側ウエストフラップ及び背側ウエストフラップを有する使い捨ておむつであって、
少なくとも前記背側ウエストフラップは、肌当接面を形成する疎水性の肌側シートと、該肌側シートの非肌対向面側に位置する親水性の非肌側シートとを有し、
前記肌側シートは、前記非肌側シート側に向かって窪んだ複数の窪み部と、各該窪み部内に該肌側シートを貫通する開孔とを備え、
前記肌側シートの前記窪み部は、その厚みが、前記開孔に近づくほど小さくなっている、使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記肌側シートの前記開孔は、その直径が、0.5mm以上3mm以下である請求項1に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートの前記開孔の周縁部の厚みは、該開孔の直径の1/10以下である請求項1又は2に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートの前記開孔は、前記肌側シートにおける前記窪み部を除く部分の厚みの70%以下の厚みである該窪み部の薄領域内に形成されている請求項1~3の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記窪み部の前記薄領域は、円環状であり、その直径が、前記開孔の直径の1.5倍以上である請求項4に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、前記融着部は、前記肌側シートの構成繊維が溶融して該構成繊維どうしが隙間なく融着している部分を含み、前記開孔は、前記融着部内に形成されている請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記窪み部における前記肌側シートの水との親和性は、前記開孔側の方が該開孔の外方側に比べて、大きい請求項1~6の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記使い捨ておむつは、前記非肌側シートの非肌対向面側に疎水性の外層シートと、該非肌側シートと該外層シートと間に前記使い捨ておむつの横方向に伸長した状態で配され且つ該使い捨ておむつの縦方向に間欠的に配された複数の弾性部材とを有し、縦方向に隣り合う前記弾性部材どうしの間に、前記肌側シートの前記開孔が配されている請求項1~7の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、前記肌側シートと前記非肌側シートとは、接着剤を介して接着されており、前記接着剤の配された位置が、前記肌側シートの前記融着部と重なっている請求項1~8の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、該融着部は、融着している部分がフィルム化している請求項1~9の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記使い捨ておむつは、前記非肌側シートの非肌対向面側に疎水性の外層シートを有し、前記肌側シートが、前記外層シートの折り返し部分で形成されている請求項1~10の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、前記開孔は、前記肌側シートの全域に間欠的に配されている請求項1~11の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、該融着部は、前記開孔を有し、かつ縦方向に沿って一列をなすように間欠的に配されており、その複数の融着部からなる融着部列が、横方向に間隔を開けて複数列配されている請求項1~12の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 縦方向に延びる前記融着部列を構成する縦方向に隣り合う前記融着部どうしの間隔は、1mm以上20mm以下である請求項13に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 横方向に隣り合う前記融着部列どうしの間隔は、4mm以上20mm以下である請求項13又は14に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、該融着部の内周壁における窪み部の深さをd3とした場合に、該融着部の前記内周壁から外方に前記深さd3の0.50倍離れた位置での厚みは、該窪み部を除く部分の厚みd2の、20%以上75%以下である請求項1~15の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、該融着部の内周壁から外方に前記深さd3の1.5倍離れた位置での厚みは、該窪み部を除く部分の厚みd2の、55%以上95%以下である請求項1~16の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、該肌側シートの前記融着部は、該融着部の内周壁の厚みd5が、60μm以下であり、下限は10μmである請求項1~17の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートの前記開孔は、その直径L1が、0.5mm以上3mm以下である請求項1~18の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を備え、該融着部の内周壁の厚みd5は、前記開孔の直径L1の、1/10以下であり、下限は1/50である請求項1~19の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートの前記開孔は、該開孔一つの開孔面積が、0.5mm2以上5mm2以下である請求項1~20の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートの全面積に対する全体の前記開孔面積の比率は、1%以上15%以下である請求項1~21の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートの前記開孔は、前記窪み部の外周部分内の、前記肌側シートにおける前記窪み部を除く部分の厚みd2の70%以下の厚みである薄領域内に形成されており、さらに、前記薄領域内の、厚みd2の40%以下の厚みである開孔側薄領域内に形成されている請求項1~22の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートにおける前記窪み部を除く部分の厚みd2は、600μm以下であり、下限は100μmである請求項1~23の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記窪み部における前記開孔の外周部分の薄領域は、前記外周部分と同様に、円環状に形成されている請求項1~24の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記窪み部の薄領域は、その直径L2が、前記開孔の直径L1の、1.5倍以上であり、上限は3倍である請求項1~25の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、坪量が、30g/m2以下であり、9g/m2以上である請求項1~26の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記背側ウエストフラップ及び前記腹側ウエストフラップは、非肌側シートと外層シートとが、散点状に配置された複数の接合部にて接合固定されて形成されている請求項1~27の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記非肌側シートの非肌対向面側に疎水性の外層シートを有し、前記腹側領域及び前記背側領域それぞれのウエスト伸縮部から胴回り下部伸縮部に亘る領域に、前記非肌側シートと前記外層シートとの接合部が、縦方向に沿って一列をなすように間欠的に配されており、その複数の接合部からなる接合部列が、横方向に間隔を開けて複数列配されている請求項1~28の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 縦方向に延びる前記接合部列を構成する縦方向に隣り合う前記接合部どうしの間隔は、1mm以上20mm以下である請求項29に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 横方向に隣り合う前記接合部列どうしの間隔は、4mm以上20mm以下である請求項29又は30に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記使い捨ておむつは、前記非肌側シートの非肌対向面側に疎水性の外層シートと、該非肌側シートと該外層シートと間に前記使い捨ておむつの横方向に伸長した状態で配され且つ該使い捨ておむつの縦方向に間欠的に配された複数の弾性部材とを備え、前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に融着部を有し、
縦方向に隣り合う前記弾性部材どうしの間に、前記融着部が配されており、前記肌側シートの前記開孔が配されている請求項1~31の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記使い捨ておむつは、前記非肌側シートの非肌対向面側に疎水性の外層シートと、該非肌側シートと該外層シートと間に前記使い捨ておむつの横方向に伸長した状態で配され且つ該使い捨ておむつの縦方向に間欠的に配された複数の弾性部材とを備え、前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に融着部を有し、
該弾性部材が収縮して形成されたギャザー部を、断面視して、前記肌側シートの非肌側に凹む凹部の深さd4の半分の位置から凸部側に、前記融着部の全体の、60%以上が配置されており、上限は100%である請求項1~32の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。 - 前記窪み部における前記肌側シートを構成する構成繊維の繊維間距離は、前記開孔側の方が該開孔の外方側に比べて小さい請求項1~33の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記開孔の外周部分内の、前記窪み部を除く部分の厚みd2の70%以下の厚みである薄領域内の、厚みd2の40%以下の厚みである開孔側薄領域を構成する繊維の繊維間距離は、前記外周部分における前記窪み部の外縁近傍を構成する繊維の繊維間距離の、4/5以下である請求項1~34の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記開孔の外周部分内の、前記窪み部を除く部分の厚みd2の70%以下の厚みである薄領域内の、厚みd2の40%以下の厚みである開孔側薄領域を構成する肌側シートは、イオン交換水との接触角が、120°以下である請求項1~35の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記開孔の外周部分における前記窪み部の外縁近傍を構成する肌側シートは、イオン交換水との接触角が、120°以上である請求項1~36の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記肌側シートは、各前記窪み部内に該肌側シートの構成繊維どうしが融着した融着部を有し、該融着部近傍とイオン交換水との接触角と、前記開孔の外周部分における前記窪み部の外縁近傍とイオン交換水との接触角差が、10°以上である請求項1~37の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記非肌側シートは、その坪量が、10g/m2以上50g/m2以下である請求項1~38の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記非肌側シートは、その厚みが前記窪み部を除く部分において、100μm以上800μm以下である請求項1~39の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記非肌側シートは、その構成繊維全体に対する親水性繊維の配合率が、80質量%以上であり、下限は70質量%である請求項1~40の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
- 前記非肌側シートは、JIS P 8141に準じて測定された30mm幅のクレム吸水高さが、60秒で20mm以上である請求項1~41の何れか1項に記載の使い捨ておむつ。
