Definitions
- the present invention relates to an absorbent article having an elastic member extended in the longitudinal direction or the width direction of the absorbent article, and a method for manufacturing the absorbent article.
- Patent Document 1 a stretchable region in which an elastic member in an expanded state is disposed between two sheets constituting a disposable diaper as an absorbent article, a non-stretchable region in which an elastic member in a non-stretched state is disposed, A method of manufacturing an absorbent article in which the slabs are alternately formed is disclosed.
- an adhesive is applied to at least one of the two sheets so as to form a strongly bonded portion and a weakly bonded portion, and then the elastic member is disposed in an expanded state. After fixing with the strong bonding portion, the elastic member is cut at the weak bonding portion. The elastic member that has been stretched in the weakly bonded portion contracts, and only the elastic member fixed to the strong adhesive remains. Thereby, a stretchable region and a non-stretchable region are formed.
- a method of forming a strong adhesive portion and a weak adhesive portion on two sheets is a method of applying an adhesive by changing the amount of adhesive applied to one sheet, or a method of alternately arranging two types of adhesives having different adhesive strengths. And a method of intermittently applying an adhesive to the sheet.
- the method for manufacturing an absorbent article described above has the following problems.
- the application device When changing the amount of adhesive applied to the sheet, the application device must be controlled to adjust the discharge amount of the adhesive as needed, and the boundary between the strong and weak adhesive portions is applied. It is difficult to adjust the amount, and it is difficult to clearly distinguish between strong and weakly bonded portions.
- different types of adhesives if different types are to be applied, it is necessary to control each of the application devices corresponding to the two types of adhesives, and it is difficult to adjust the amount of application at the boundary between the strong and weak adhesive portions. In addition, it is difficult to clearly form a strong bonding portion and a weak bonding portion.
- the adhesive when the adhesive is applied discontinuously to the sheet, the adhesive is not applied to the weakly bonded portion. If the adhesive is not applied to the weakly bonded part, when the elastic member arranged in the weakly bonded part is cut, the elastic member arranged in the weakly bonded part cannot be held at the intended position, and the elasticity is shrunk. There is a possibility that the member moves out of the weakly bonded part or the elastic member contracts too much in the weakly bonded part, resulting in an uncomfortable appearance or a deteriorated wearing feeling.
- the present invention can alternately arrange an elastic member in a stretched state and an elastic member in a non-stretched state, and maintains the position and shape of the elastic member in a non-stretched state, thereby suppressing a sense of discomfort and a feeling of wearing. It is an object to provide an absorbent article that can be produced and a method for producing the absorbent article.

Even when the width is narrow, the skin can be covered with the exterior body 1B, and the occurrence of leakage can be suppressed.
- the third application region R5 is provided on the outer side in the width direction of the elastic material covering sheet 43, and is provided along the outer side in the width direction of the central elastic material non-extension region R8. Therefore, even if the weakly bonded central elastic material 44 is peeled off, it does not move in the width direction so as to protrude from the elastic material covering sheet 43, and the appearance can be ensured.
- the direction changing rotator 107 includes a plurality of adsorbing portions (not shown), and the adsorbing portion rotates around an axis along the radial direction of the rotating body while holding the absorptive main body 1A by the adsorbing portion. Convert the direction of 1A.
- the absorbent main body 1A reaches the direction changing rotator 107 in a continuous state in the front-rear direction, is rotated by 90 ° by the direction changing rotator 107, and is conveyed in a state of being spaced apart in the width direction. And the absorptive main body 1A is arrange
- the subsequent steps can be realized by the above-described method for manufacturing an absorbent article.
- the central elastic member 44 is arranged in the outer direction OUT with respect to the leak-proof sheet (the absorber back sheet 30 and the leak-proof side sheet 32), the central elastic member 44 is continuous as in the present embodiment. Even if it is a case where it is cut after being arranged in, it is not necessary to provide a gap (for cutback) etc. in the part surrounded by the leakproof sheet, maintaining the sealing property of the leakproof sheet wrapping the absorber, Liquid leakage can be prevented.
- this invention is in the state extended
- the central elastic member 44 to be disposed can be suitably used when the length (in this embodiment, the length of the first application region) is relatively short.
- the elastic member to be cut back When the length of the central elastic member 44 arranged in the extended state after cutting is relatively short with respect to the length of the central elastic member 44 arranged in the extended state before cutting, the elastic member to be cut back This is because the length ratio becomes longer and the influence on the appearance becomes larger. Furthermore, when the expansion ratio of the elastic member is small, the length of the elastic member to be cut back is increased, which is effective.
- the ratio of the length of the central elastic member 44 arranged in the extended state after cutting to the length of the central elastic member 44 arranged in the extended state before cutting is about 0.19
- the stretching magnification is 2.0 times (100% stretching)
- the total length (front side + rear side) to be cut back is about 260 mm.
- the proportion of the stretched region is smaller than the proportion of the non-stretched region. Especially when the stretch ratio of the elastic member is lowered, the length of the free elastic member that is not bonded and fixed becomes longer, but in that case the appearance is also good Can be kept in.
- the ratio of the length of the central elastic member 44 arranged in the extended state after cutting to the length of the central elastic member 44 arranged in the extended state before cutting is desirably 1/2 or less, particularly 1 Effective when / 3 or less.
- the stretching magnification is effective when the magnification is relatively low.
- the expansion ratio is set high, the thickness of the elastic member becomes thin and the bonding area becomes small, so that it is difficult to contract while maintaining the expansion locus of the elastic member.
- the expansion ratio is set high, the return stress of the elastic member also becomes strong. Therefore, when the expansion ratio is set high, it is necessary to increase the amount of transmission by increasing the amount of adhesive applied.
- the expansion ratio of the central elastic member 44 is desirably 1.2 to 3.0 times, and particularly preferably 2.5 times (150% elongation) or less.
- the manufacturing method of the absorbent article according to the present embodiment is configured such that the central elastic continuum 44C is joined to the main body continuum 11C immediately before the absorbent main body 1A is attached to the exterior body 1B.
- the main body continuous body 11C is contracted by the central elastic continuous body 44C when the main body continuous body 11C is transported.
- the main body continuum 11C may partially hit.
- unintentional shrinkage and warping of the main body continuum 11C can be prevented. .
- FIG. 10A is a diagram showing a third application region R5 provided in the absorbent main body according to the first modification.
- the third application region R5 of Modification 1 has a smaller area than the third application region R5 of the embodiment.
- the area to which the adhesive is applied is small, and the product can be finished softly while exhibiting the effects of the present invention.
- the third application region R5 of the embodiment is provided so as to cover the entire surface of the elastic material covering sheet 43, but the third application region R5 of the modification is an extension fixing portion (first application region) of the central elastic material 44. R1) is not provided, but is provided discontinuously. Further, in the third application region R5 of the modified example, the coating length of the portion to be applied broadly is made shorter than the third application region R5 of the embodiment, and both the front side and the rear side are shortened.
- the third application region R5 is discontinuously arranged at the butt side portion, which is the starting point of the rising with respect to the rising due to the shrinkage of the leak-proof elastic material 33.
- the raised portion falls inward and closes the top sheet serving as the absorption surface, which may reduce the absorption performance.
- the standing height on the butt side it is possible to suppress a decrease in absorption performance due to the standing height becoming too high on the butt side.
- FIG. 10B shows a second application region R3 according to the second modification.
- the second application region R ⁇ b> 3 of Modification 2 is provided between both sides in the width direction of the elastic material covering sheet 43 and between the adjacent central elastic materials 44.
- FIG. 10C shows a second application region R3 according to the third modification.
- the second application region R3 of Modification 3 is provided at the front-rear direction end of the elastic material covering sheet 43. According to such a configuration, the whole of the end portion in the front-rear direction of the elastic material covering sheet 43 can be bonded to the absorber back sheet 30, and the opening of the elastic material covering sheet 43 can be reduced.
- FIG. 10D shows an elastic material covering sheet 43 according to the fourth modification.
- the length in the front-rear direction of the elastic material covering sheet 43 according to the modified example 4 is shorter than the length in the front-rear direction of the absorbent main body 1A, and is disposed only in the portion where the elastic member is stretched and fixed.
- the length of the elastic material covering sheet in the front-rear direction and the length of the central elastic material 44 can be reduced, and the cost can be reduced.
- the length in the width direction of the elastic material covering sheet 43 of Modification 4 is about twice that of the elastic material covering sheet 43 of the embodiment, and is folded in two in the width direction.
- the arrangement process of the elastic material covering sheet 43 and the central elastic material 44 according to the modified example 4 includes, for example, applying an adhesive to a region where the central elastic material of the central elastic continuous body is fixed in an extended state, and the center of the covering continuous body After the adhesive is applied to the region where the elastic material is fixed in the stretched state, the central elastic continuum is pasted between the coated continuous bodies and folded in half. And an adhesive agent is apply
- the adhesive is applied so as to straddle the region where the central elastic member is fixed in the extended state and the region where the central elastic member is not fixed in the extended state.
- the coating continuum and central elastic continuum are then cut into individual product lengths.
- the adhesive applied from the outside of the coated continuous body permeates through the inside of the coated continuous body, whereby the central elastic material cut back can be held in a region where the central elastic material is not fixed in an extended state.
- the pants-type disposable diaper has been described.
- the present invention is not limited thereto, and is applied to an open-type disposable diaper, an incontinence pad, a sanitary napkin, and the like. Also good.
- the adhesive is applied to the surface of the absorbent main body 1A on the absorber back sheet side by the third adhesive coating device, but the configuration is not limited thereto.
- the adhesive applied to the surface of the exterior body 1B on the absorbent main body side passes through the inside of the elastic material coating sheet 43 and is exposed to the surface of the elastic material coating sheet 43 on the absorber back sheet 30 side. Also good.
- the third application region is arranged including the extension region and the non-extension region, but is not limited to this configuration.
- the third application area only needs to include at least a non-extension area.
- the elastic material covering sheet through which the adhesive permeates is made of a non-woven fabric.
- the absorbent main body that is continuous in the front-rear direction is cut and then turned 90 degrees to be attached to the exterior body 1B.
- the present invention is not limited to this configuration.
- the absorber 40 has a two-layer structure of the first layer 41 and the second layer 42.
- the absorber 40 of the wearing article according to the present invention has only one or three layers of the first layer. It may be composed of layers or more.
- Absorbent article and absorption capable of alternately arranging stretched elastic members and non-stretched elastic members, and maintaining the position and shape of the non-stretched elastic members to suppress a sense of discomfort and a feeling of wearing
- the manufacturing method of a property article can be provided.

Abstract
