Abstract
The invention relates to an alternative emergency hydraulic brake system for semi-trailers or trailers, which is independent of the original system. The system of the invention supports the original system in the event of a reduction in the braking power of the original system or it replaces same and stops the trailer by itself in the event of a full system failure.
