Description

Slide fastener
The present invention relates to a slide fastener, and more particularly, to a slide fastener box bar, box body, and butterfly stick.
As a conventional slide fastener, a plurality of fastener elements are arranged along a pair of opposing planar element attachment edges of a pair of waterproof fastener tapes having a waterproof layer covering the surface of the belt-like core material, A box bar and a butterfly stick are opposed and integrated on both front and back surfaces of one end of the flat surface where the fastener element of the fastener tape does not exist, and has a slider inserted into the fastener element. One having a butterfly pin fixing member that extends from the side surface to both front and back surfaces of the fastener tape and is integrally fixed is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2007-97840
By the way, in the slide fastener described in Patent Document 1, injection molding is performed to form a box bar, a box, and a butterfly bar on the fastener tape. However, since a waterproof layer made of synthetic resin is provided on the surface of the fastener tape, and the tape pressing member that presses the edge of the fastener tape on which the box bar, the box, and the butterfly bar are formed has a pin shape, The pressing force is weak, and the position of the fastener tape may move due to pressure during injection molding.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a slide fastener capable of reliably fixing the position of a fastener tape at the time of injection molding.

According to the slide fastener of the present invention, since the concave portions that are long in the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape are formed on the front and back surfaces of the box bar and the butterfly bar, the concave portion is formed at the time of injection molding and the tape pressing member that presses the fastener tape is pressed. The area can be made larger than that of a conventional pin-shaped tape pressing member, and the position of the fastener tape at the time of injection molding can be reliably fixed. Thereby, since the position of the fastener tape at the time of injection molding is stabilized, the attachment strength of the box bar and the butterfly bar to the fastener tape can be greatly improved. Further, since the pressing area of the tape pressing member is large, the amount of resin used can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

(First embodiment)
First, a first embodiment of a slide fastener according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the slide fastener 10 of the present embodiment is waterproofed made of a synthetic resin thermoplastic elastomer (for example, a polytel elastomer or a polyurethane elastomer) on both the front and back surfaces of a woven and knitted tape material. A pair of left and right fastener tapes 20 having a layer 21, and a pair of left and right fastener element rows 30 each having a plurality of fastener elements 31 arranged along the opposing tape side edges 20 a of the pair of left and right fastener tapes 20; An upper opening slider 40A and a lower opening slider 40B that allow a pair of left and right fastener element rows 30 to be inserted, meshed and separated, and a lower end portion (one end portion) where a plurality of fastener elements 31 of the right (one) fastener tape 20 do not exist. A box bar 50 attached to both the front and back sides; The upper end of the pair of left and right fastener tapes 20, and the upper end of the pair of left and right fastener tapes 20, where the plurality of fastener elements 31 do not exist. And an upper stopper 70 attached to each part.
The waterproof layer 21 is a layer that does not allow water to pass through the waterproof layer 21 and includes not only water but also liquid (fluid) such as oil and gas. The tape material may be a non-woven fabric other than woven or knitted. Further, the upper stopper 70 can be provided on the pair of left and right fastener tapes 20, and further, the upper stopper 70 can be omitted. In this case, when the slide fastener 10 is attached to an adherend such as clothes, the upper opening slider 40A is attached so as not to come off.
Each of the pair of left and right fastener element rows 30 is composed of a plurality of fastener elements 31. The fastener elements 31 are made of, for example, a synthetic resin such as polyamide, polyacetal, polypropylene, polybutylene terephthalate, and the like. The tape side edge 20a is injection molded.
The upper-opening slider 40A and the lower-opening slider 40B are sliders with an automatic stop function, and are arranged so that the rear opening sides face each other. Then, when the pulling handle 41 is pulled and the upper opening slider 40A is moved upward (in the direction away from the lower opening slider 40B), the pair of left and right fastener element rows 30 in the separated state engage with each other and move downward (approach the lower opening slider 40B). When moving in the direction), the pair of left and right fastener element rows 30 in the meshing state are separated. Further, when the pulling handle 41 is pulled to move the lower opening slider 40B upward (in the direction approaching the upper opening slider 40A), the pair of left and right fastener element rows 30 in the meshing state are separated, and downward (in a direction away from the upper opening slider 40A). ), The pair of left and right fastener element rows 30 in the separated state mesh with each other.
The box bar 50 and the butterfly bar 60 are made of, for example, a synthetic resin such as polyamide, polyacetal, polypropylene, polybutylene terephthalate, and the lower end of the tape side edge 20a of the fastener tape 20 as shown in FIGS. It is injection molded.
The box bar 50 is a substantially prismatic member, and the lower half of the box bar 50 is formed such that the width direction dimension increases as the distance from the fastener element 31 in the longitudinal direction (downward direction) of the fastener tape 20 increases. Further, the side surface of the upper end of the box bar 50 facing the butterfly bar 60 is engaged with an engagement recess 62 of the butterfly bar 60 described later, and as shown in FIG. A stopper 51 for determining the insertion position is formed. Moreover, as shown in the enlarged portion of FIG. 8, the width direction both ends of the lower end of the box bar 50 come into contact with the guide pillar 42 and the flange 43 of the lower opening slider 40B to stop the lower opening slider 40B from coming off. The retaining portions 52 are respectively formed.
The butterfly stick 60 is a substantially prismatic member, and on the side surface facing the box bar 50 at the upper end thereof, as shown in FIG. An engaging portion 61 is formed to engage with. An engaging recess 62 that engages with the stopper 51 of the box bar 50 is formed on the side surface of the butterfly bar 60 below the engaging part 61. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a stepped portion 63 is formed on the surface of the substantially central portion of the butterfly stick 60 to which the stop claw 44 of the lower opening slider 40 </ b> B is locked. As shown in FIG. 7, the thickness of the lower side of the step part 63 is thinner than the upper side. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the side surface of the lower end portion of the butterfly bar 60 on the side away from the box bar 50 extends from the side surface toward the outer side in the width direction (direction away from the box bar 50). A butterfly stick fixing member 64 formed on both front and back sides of the fastener tape 20 is formed. Further, the thickness of the butterfly stick fixing member 64 is set to be thinner than that of the butterfly stick 60.
In the above embodiment, the butterfly bar 60 is a member inserted from the left side of the guide column of the upper opening slider 40A, and the box bar 50 is a member that holds the upper opening slider 40A and the lower opening slider 40B. For this reason, the butterfly stick 60 and the box stick 50 are accommodated inside the upper opening slider 40 </ b> A and the lower opening slider 40 </ b> B, and are formed to have larger dimensions in the front and back directions than the fastener tape 20. For this reason, in the state in which the butterfly stick 60 and the box stick 50 are accommodated inside the slider, they come into contact with the flange of the slider and are prevented from coming out in the width direction.
Here, the slide fastener 10 will be described. With the upper opening slider 40A and the lower opening slider 40B moved to the lower end (box bar 50), the butterfly bar 60 is inserted from the upper opening slider 40A, and the box bar 50 is inserted. Then, the upper opening slider 40A is moved upward to engage the left and right fastener element rows 30 and close the slide fastener 10. When the downward opening slider 40B is moved upward in this state, the left and right fastener element rows 30 are separated from the box bar 50 and the butterfly bar 60 side.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, recesses 11 and 12 having a depth reaching the fastener tape 20 from the front surface and the back surface are formed on both the front and back surfaces of the box bar 50. Concave portions 11 and 11 having a depth reaching the fastener tape 20 from the front surface and the back surface are formed on both the front and back surfaces. When the box bar 50 and the butterfly bar 60 are injection-molded, the recesses 11 and 12 are formed by a tape pressing member 81 (the mold on the butterfly bar 60 side is not shown) of the mold 80 shown in FIGS. It is formed by pressing the tape 20. Accordingly, the recesses 11 and 12 are formed on the inner side (on the fastener tape 20) than the tape side edge portion 20 a of the fastener tape 20. 9 and 10 is a cavity 82 filled with molten resin for injection molding the box bar 50, and 83 is an element accommodating space for accommodating the fastener element 31 during injection molding. It is. Since the tape pressing member 81 presses the fastener tape 20 along the tape side edge portion 20a, the tape side edge portion 20a does not wave in the front and back direction.
Further, the recess 11 on the side of the fastener element row 30 of the box bar 50 and the recess 11 of the butterfly bar 60 are formed in an oval shape along the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 20, and the lower side of the box bar 50 (on the above-described recess 11). The concave portion 12 on the lower side is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape so that the width direction dimension increases along the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 20 and away from the fastener element 31 in the longitudinal direction (downward direction) of the fastener tape 20. The As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, two trapezoidal concave portions 13 and three circular concave portions 14 are formed on the front and back surfaces of the butterfly stick fixing member 64. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1, oval concave portions 15 are formed along the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 20 on both the front and back surfaces of the top stopper 70.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, the right fastener tape 20 has fixing through-holes 22 at positions above the concave portion 11 of the box bar 50, between the concave portions 11 and 12, and below the concave portion 12, respectively. It is formed. As a result, the box bars 50 on both the front and back sides of the fastener tape 20 are connected in the front and back direction by the connecting portions 22 a formed through the three fixing through holes 22. Note that the fixing through hole 22 penetrates the fastener tape 20 in the front and back direction.
Further, in the left fastener tape 20, fixing through holes 22 are formed at positions above the recess 11, between the recesses 11, 11, and below the recess 11, respectively. Thereby, the butterfly sticks 60 on both the front and back sides of the fastener tape 20 are connected in the front and back direction by the connecting portions 22 a formed through the three fixing through holes 22. Further, a fixing through hole 23 similar to the fixing through hole 22 is formed at a position between the concave portions 14 and 14 on the upper side of the butterfly stick fixing member 64.
Furthermore, fixing through holes 24 are formed at the molding positions of the fastener elements 31 of the pair of left and right fastener tapes 20, respectively. Thereby, the fastener elements 31 on both the front and back sides of the fastener tape 20 are connected in the front and back direction by the connecting portion 24 a formed through the fixing through hole 24.
As described above, according to the slide fastener 10 of the present embodiment, the recesses 11 and 12 that are long in the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 20 are formed on the front and back surfaces of the box bar 50 and the butterfly bar 60. The pressing area of the tape pressing member 81 for forming the recesses 11 and 12 and pressing the fastener tape 20 can be made larger than that of the conventional pin-shaped tape pressing member, and the width direction and the front and back direction of the fastener tape 20 at the time of injection molding Can be securely fixed. This stabilizes the position of the fastener tape 20 at the time of injection molding when forming the box bar 50 and the butterfly bar 60 on the fastener tape 20 having the waterproof layer 21. The mounting strength can be greatly improved. Further, since the pressing area of the tape pressing member 81 is large, the amount of resin used can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, the recesses 11 and 12 are longer in the longitudinal direction than in the width direction, preferably 2 times or more, more preferably 3 times or more.
Further, according to the slide fastener 10 of the present embodiment, the fixing through hole 22 is formed at a position between the recesses 11 and 12 (11, 11) of the fastener tape 20, and the fastener tape 20 is securely pressed. Since the front and back are connected through the fixing through hole 22, the attachment strength of the box bar 50 and the butterfly bar 60 to the fastener tape 20 can be further improved.
Further, according to the slide fastener 10 of the present embodiment, the recess 12 formed in the box bar 50 is formed so that the width direction dimension increases as the distance from the fastener element 31 in the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 20 increases. The pressing area of the tape pressing member 81 can be further increased on the lower end side of the fastener tape 20, and the position of the fastener tape 20 at the time of injection molding can be more reliably fixed. Further, since the amount of resin used can be further reduced, the manufacturing cost can be further reduced.
Further, in order to maintain the strength of the box bar 50 and the butterfly bar 60, the recess 11 of the butterfly bar 60 is preferably formed below the engaging part 61 as shown in FIG. Thereby, in the state which the engaging part 61 engaged with the fastener element 31 of the lowest end by the side of the box stick 50, it can fully endure lateral pulling force. Further, among the plurality of recesses 11 of the butterfly stick 60, the lower recess 11 is on the left side of the contact position between the stepped portion 63 and the stop claw 44 in a state where the lower opening slider 40 </ b> B is in contact with the stepped portion 63. Located in. As a result, the stop pawl 44 of the lower opening slider 40B is prevented from fitting into the recess 11. Moreover, since the recessed part 11 of the box bar 50 is formed below the surface where the stopper 51 engages with the engaging recessed part 62 of the butterfly stick 60, the mounting strength can be maintained.
In addition, according to the slide fastener 10 of the present embodiment, a plurality of recesses 11, 11 are formed in the butterfly stick 60, and a step 63 is provided on the surface of the butterfly stick 60 at a position between the plurality of recesses 11, 11. Therefore, the step part 63 can be formed at a suitable position of the butterfly stick 60 in which the plurality of recesses 11 and 11 are formed.
As a modification of the present embodiment, the waterproof layer 21 may be provided only on the surface of the fastener tape 20 as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12.
(Second Embodiment)
Next, with reference to FIG.13 and FIG.14, 2nd Embodiment of the slide fastener which concerns on this invention is described. Note that portions that are the same as or equivalent to those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and description thereof is omitted or simplified.
In the slide fastener 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, an opening tool is used instead of the reverse opening tool composed of the box bar 50, the butterfly bar 60, and the lower opening slider 40 </ b> B of the first embodiment. 90 is used. Therefore, although not shown, the slide fastener 10 of the present embodiment includes only the upper opening slider 40A.
The opening tool 90 is formed at the lower end of the tape side edge 20a of the left fastener tape 20 and the box bar 50 and the box 55 formed at the lower end of the tape side edge 20a of the right fastener tape 20. And a butterfly stick 60 that can be inserted into the box 55.
The box body 55 is integrally formed at the lower part of the box bar 50, and a butterfly bar insertion space 56 into which the butterfly bar 60 is inserted is formed in the left half of the box body 55 in the vertical direction. In addition, a slit 57 a into which the butterfly stick fixing member 64 of the butterfly stick 60 is inserted is formed in the side wall 57 on the butterfly stick 60 side forming the butterfly stick insertion space 56. Furthermore, a rectangular recess 16 having a depth reaching the fastener tape 20 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 20 on both front and back surfaces of the right half of the box 55. In the present embodiment, the box bar 50 and the box body 55 are integrally formed. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the box bar 50 and the box body 55 are formed separately to form a lower part of the box bar 50. The box 55 may be engaged and fixed.
As described above, according to the slide fastener 10 of the present embodiment, the concave portions 11 and 16 that are long in the longitudinal direction of the fastener tape 20 are formed on the front and back surfaces of the box bar 50, the box body 55, and the butterfly bar 60. Therefore, the recesses 11 and 16 can be formed at the time of injection molding, and the pressing area of the tape pressing member for pressing the fastener tape 20 can be made larger than that of the conventional pin-shaped tape pressing member, and the width of the fastener tape 20 at the time of injection molding can be increased. The position in the direction and the front and back direction can be securely fixed. Thereby, since the position of the fastener tape 20 at the time of injection molding at the time of forming the box stick 50 and the butterfly stick 60 on the fastener tape 20 having the waterproof layer 21 is stabilized, the box stick 50 with respect to the fastener tape 20, the box body 55, And the attachment strength of the butterfly stick 60 can be significantly improved. In addition, since the pressing area of the tape pressing member is large, the amount of resin used can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
About another structure and an effect, it is the same as that of the said 1st Embodiment.
In addition, this invention is not limited to what was illustrated to the said embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, it can change suitably.
For example, the above-mentioned fastener element row can be arranged on the tape side edge portion 20a with a coil-like fastener element in which monofilaments are formed in a coil shape, in addition to those that are injection molded.
