- the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing disposable wearing articles.
- Patent Document 1 a method for manufacturing disposable wearing articles while conveying a sheet and a core in a longitudinal direction orthogonal to the waistline direction has been proposed.
- a laminated body is formed by intermittently disposing a core that absorbs liquid between a continuous top sheet and a back sheet, and then the laminated body is disposed individually. Cut into worn articles.
- a main object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a disposable worn article that is less likely to cause stuffiness at the waist and does not waste material.
- a method for manufacturing a disposable wearing article according to an aspect of the present invention has an absorbent main body in which a core that absorbs liquid is sandwiched between a liquid-permeable top sheet and a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and air permeability.
- each absorbent main body is detachable on the continuous sheet, And disposing intermittently and cutting the continuous sheet between the absorbent main bodies adjacent to each other to obtain individual wearing articles in which the absorbent main body is disposed on the exterior sheet I have.
- an absorptive main body is arrange
- the waist part of the exterior sheet is not covered with the absorbent main body. Therefore, by adopting a material having good air permeability (for example, non-woven fabric) as the exterior sheet, the air permeability of the waist portion is improved, and there is no possibility of stuffiness.
- the top sheet and the back sheet form an absorbent main body that is smaller than the exterior sheet. Therefore, the areas of the top sheet and the back sheet are significantly reduced. Therefore, no material is wasted.

Abstract
