技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域, 特别涉及一种接入控制方法、 系统和设 备。
背景技术
家庭接入( Home access )是 3GPP和非 3GPP标准组织提出的一种新的接 入模式。 在家庭接入模式中, 用户设备(User Equipment; 筒称: UE )通过家 庭无线接入点,使用许可的频谱例如: UMTS陆地无线接入网( UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network; 简称: UTRAN )、 演进的 UTRAN ( Evolved UTRAN; 筒称: E- UTRAN )、 码分多址接入( Code Division Multiple Access; 筒称: CDMA )、微波存取全球互通 ( Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access; 简称: Wimax )、 无线局域网 ( Wireless Local Area Network; 简称: WLAN )、 高速分组数据 (High Rate Packet Data; 筒称: HRPD)等无线接入网络使用的频 谱, 通过通用的 IP接入网络例如: 数字用户线( Digital Subscriber Line; 简称: DSL ). 电缆宽带 ( Cable broadband )等连接到运营商的移动网络。
在家庭接入的系统中为了限制 UE接入特定的家庭无线接入点或者特定的 无线接入点, 引入了封闭用户组(Closed Subscriber Group; 简称: CSG )机制。 一个 CSG区域(area ) 包括一个小区或者几个小区, 通过这些小区对 UE接入 进行限定, 一个 CSG区域以 CSG标识(如: ID )来标识。 UE或者网络侧的 签约数据中保存有允许 UE接入的 CSG列表( Allowed CSG List; 简称: ACL ), 也叫做准入 CSG列表, 或 CSG白名单( CSG White List )。 ACL中包含一个或 者几个 CSG ID,也称为 CSG ID列表, UE只允许接入到该 UE的 ACL中 CSG ID对应的 CSG小区。一个 CSG小区( Cell )的接入模式可以是闭合模式( Closed Access Mode )、 开放模式 ( Open Access Mode )或混合模式 ( Hybrid Access Mode )。 当 CSG小区的接入模式为闭合模式时 , 只允许 CSG用户接入不允许 非 CSG用户接入这个 CSG小区。当 CSG小区的接入模式为混合模式,则 CSG 和非 CSG用户都能够选择这个 CSG小区接入。 不同能力类型的接入网、 核心网和 UE, 所能支持或者识别的接入模式可 能不同, 如有些家庭接入网 (如家庭(演进)基站)与核心网设备(如移动性 管理实体(Mobility Management Entity; 简称: MME )、 服务通用分组无线业 务支持节点 ( Serving GPRS Supporting Node; 简称: SGSN )等)仅支持闭合 ( Close )与开放(Open )模式, 不支持混合( Hybrid )模式。 为了描述方便, 将只支持闭合与开放两种接入模式的设备称为 R8设备, 将能支持闭合、 开放 和混合三种接入模式的设备称为 R9设备。 当 R9设备的接入网釆用混合接入 模式时,向 UE广播混合模式,若不具备 CSG能力的 UE接收到该广播消息后, 会向接入网发起接入请求时 , 该接入网网元将该 UE的接入请求转发给核心网 网元 , 并且在接入请求消息中包含该 UE请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。 由于 R8的核心网侧不支持混合模式,在接收到接入网网元发送的 CSG标识后, 将该接入网的接入方式默认为闭合模式, 对该 UE进行接入控制, 导致该 UE 无法接入到网络。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种接入控制方法、 系统和设备, 用以解决现有技术中 因核心网与接入网的网络配置的设备能力不一致,造成的接入网处于混合模式 下但一些 UE无法接入网络的问题, 实现了在接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 但核心网不能处理混合模式的情况下, 用户设备可以正常网络。
本发明实施例提供一种接入控制方法, 包括:
接入网网元接收用户设备的接入请求消息;
所述接入网网元确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式 , 并且确定核心网不识 别混合模式;
所述接入网网元允许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网。
本发明实施例又提供一种接入网网元, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收用户设备的接入请求消息;
确定模块, 用于确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 并且确定核心网不识 别混合模式;
接入模块 , 用于允许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网。
本发明实施例还提供一种接入控制系统, 包括: 接入网网元, 用于接收用户设备的接入请求消息; 在确定接入网的接入方 式为混合模式, 并且确定核心网不识别混合模式后, 允许请求接入的用户设备 接入到所述核心网;
核心网网元, 用于接收所述接入网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息, 并确定是否允许所述用户设备接入。
本发明实施例提供的接入控制方法、 系统和设备, 在接入网的接入方式为 混合模式, 但核心网不识别混合模式的情况下, 釆用接入网网元对请求接入的 用户设备进行接入控制, 不用区分用户设备是否具有 CSG能力, 可以保证用 户设备正常接入网络, 提高家庭接入模式的服务质量。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例, 对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
图 1为本发明实施例中家庭接入的系统架构图, 如图 1所示, 家庭接入的 系统包括家庭无线接入点, 家庭无线接入点使用许可的频谱通过通用的 IP接 入网络将 UE 连接到运营商的移动网络(也称为 Femtocells )。 其中运行在 UTRAN频谱的家庭无线接入点为家庭基站( Home NodeB; 简称: HNB ); 运 行在 E-UTRAN频谱的家庭无线接入点为家庭演进基站( Home evolved NodeB; 筒称: HeNB ); 运行在非 3 GPP网络(如 CDMA、 Wimax、 WLAN、 HRPD等 网络)频谱的家庭无线接入点为非 3GPP 家庭无线接入点 (Home non-3GPP wireless access point; 简称: Home non-3 GPP WAP )。 家庭无线接入点对应的网 关网元, 执行家庭无线接入点管理和接入控制、 汇集家庭无线接入点、 路由和 转发家庭无线接入点和移动网络中网元之间的信令的数据等功能。 家庭接入的 系统还包括: MME、 SGSN、 非 3GPP网关 (non-3GPP GW )、 归属用户服务 器( Home Subscriber Server;简称: HSS )、认证授权计费服务器( Authentication, Authorization and Accounting Server; 简称: AAA服务器)、 家庭接入管理服务 器(Home Management Server; 简称: HMS )等。 MME负责 E-UTRAN网络 中的控制面移动性管理, 包括用户上下文和移动状态管理, 分配用户临时身份 标识等。 SGSN用于实现 GPRS/UMTS网络中路由转发、 移动性管理、 会话管 理以及用户信息存储等功能。 非 3GPP网关用于实现非 3GPP网络中的移动性 管理、 会话管理等功能, 其中 WLAN网络的非 3GPP网关为演进分组数据网 关 (Evolved Packet Data Gateway; 筒称: EPDG ); Wimax网络中的非 3GPP 网关为接入业务网络网关( Access Service Network Gateway; 简称: ASN GW ); CDMA网络中的非 3GPP网关为接入网关 (Access Gateway; 简称: AGW ); HRPD 网络中的非 3GPP 网关为高速分组数据月良务网关 (HRPD Serving Gateway; 简称: HSGW )。 HSS用于存储用户签约信息。 AAA服务器用于对 UE执行接入认证、 授权和计费。 HMS负责家庭无线接入点的管理功能, 其中 HMS可以是一个独立的网元, 也可以集成到 HSS中 , HMS也可以直接和家庭 无线接入点相连。
图 2为本发明接入控制方法第一实施例的流程图, 如图 2所示, 该接入控 制方法包括:
步驟 101、 接入网网元接收用户设备的接入请求消息。
在家庭接入模式中, 用户设备 ( User Equipment; 筒称: UE )通过接入网 网元接入核心网网元, 其中接入网网元可以是家庭(演进)基站, 核心网网元 可以是 MME或 SGSN等核心管理网元。
可选地, UE选择是否接入网络时, 可以通过监听广播的方式获取接入网 的工作模式; 家庭接入网关发送广播消息,在广播消息里有 CSG ID与 CSG模 式信元, 例如: 如果 UE具有 CSG能力, 接收到广播是混合模式, 则向接入网 网元发起接入请求消息; 若 UE不具有 CSG能力, 则 UE无法识别混合模式, 接收到广播是混合模式时, 则会默认为是开放模式, 发起接入请求消息。
其中, 在本发明实施例中, 接入请求消息可以是附着请求、 位置更新请求 等等。
步驟 102、 接入网网元确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 并且确定核心 网不识别混合模式。 当 UE发起接入请求以请求接入到网络时, 可以在网络侧对该 UE进行接 入控制, 确定该 UE能否接入到网络。 如有 CSG能力的 UE的接入控制可以在 核心网侧完成, 核心网侧的移动性管理网元根据获取的此 UE 的签约数据中 ACL判断 UE是否接入;没有 CSG能力的 UE,可以由接入网侧完成接入控制。
不同能力的接入网、 和核心网所能识别的接入模式时不同的, 因此为保证 UE 能在混合模式下也能接入到网络, 则接入网网元需要判断接入网和核心网 所支持的能力信息。
可选地 , 接入网网元可以自动获取接入网的接入方式是否为混合模式 , 并 且根据核心网的能力信息确定核心网是否识别混合模式。其中接入网网元获取 需要接入的核心网的能力信息的方法, 具体包括:
在接入网网元根据预先的配置获取该接入网网元接入的核心网的能力信 息; 或
接入网网元从核心网网元获取所述核心网的能力信息。 例如: 接入网网元 向所述核心网网元发送配置请求消息( SI setup request ), 接收所述核心网网元 返回的配置响应消息(SI setup response ), 才艮据所述配置请求消息和所述配置 响应消息获取所述核心网的能力信息。
其中, 核心网的能力信息可以包括核心网所能识别的接入模式, 也可以包 括核心网所不能识别的接入模式,还可以包括核心网所能识别的接入模式和不 能识别的接入模式等等。
在本发明实施例中 ,接入网网元根据获取的核心网的能力信息确定该核心 网不能识别混合模式。
步骤 103、 接入网网元允许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网。
在接入网网元确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 并且确定该核心网不识 别混合模式时, 接入网网元允许请求接入的用户设备接入到该核心网的方法, 包括:
方法一、 若接入网网元确定所述用户设备是 CSG成员, 所述接入网网元 向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中包含所述用户设备请求 接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 否则, 所述接入网网元向所述核心网网元发送 的用户设备的接入请求消息中不包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG 小区的 CSG标识。 接入网网元判断用户设备是否是 CSG成员的具体方法为: 接入网网元查 询请求接入的 UE 的国际移动用户识别码 ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity ; 简称: IMSI )是否在接入网网元允许接入的 IMSI列表中, 如果在, 则接入网网元确定该 UE为 CSG成员,接入网网元向核心网网元上 ^艮 UE请求 接入的 CSG小区对应的 CSG标识。
可选地, 该允许接入的 IMSI列表中保存 UE的 IMSI和是否是 CSG成员 的对应关系, 接入网网元可以根据该 UE的 IMSI和 IMSI列表查询该 UE是不 是 CSG成员。
可选地, 该允许接入的 IMSI列表可以预先配置在接入网网元上, 也可以 是接入网网元从 HMS中获取等等。
如果 UE是 CSG成员,接入网网元向核心网网元上报携带 UE请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识的接入请求消息, 核心网网元根据接收到的接入请求消 息, 获取该 UE的 CSG标识, 则将接入网的接入模式按照闭合模式来处理, 包 果是则允许所述用户设备接入, 否则, 不允许所述用户设备接入。 其中该 CSG 列表是核心网网元从该 UE的签约数据中获得的, 也可以是实现配置在核心网 网元上的。
如果请求接入的 UE 的 IMSI不在允许接入的 IMSI列表中,则接入网网元 向核心网网元发送的接入请求消息中不包含用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识,核心网网元接收到该接入请求消息后,确认该接入请求消息中不包 含 CSG标识, 则核心网网元将接入网的接入模式按照开放模式处理, 不再对 UE进行接入控制, 直接允许 UE接入。
方法二、接入网网元向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中 不包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。
在方法二中, 当接入网网元确定接入网的接入模式为混合模式, 并确定核 心网不识别混合模式时, 接入网网元可以忽略该用户设备所接入的 CSG小区 的 CSG标识, 向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中不包含所 述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。 当核心网接收到的接入请求中 未包含 CSG标识时, 将接入网作为开放模式进行处理, 允许所有请求接入的 UE接入核心网。 可选地, 在方法二中, 为实现对 CSG成员和非 CSG成员的差异化计费, 还需要将该 UE是不是 CSG成员的信息发送给核心网网元。 包括:
当用户设备是 CSG成员时, 所述接入网网元向所述核心网网元发送携带 计费容器信元的请求消息, 所述计费容器信元中携带 CSG标识和 /或所述用户 设备是 CSG成员的指示。
可选地, 计费容器信元中可能携带 CSG标识, 但是由于计费容器信元为 封闭的信元, 核心网网元并不能获取到计费容器信元中的 CSG标识, 仍将接 入网的接入模式按照开放模式处理, 不对 UE进行接入控制, 允许 UE接入。
可选地, 核心网网元能根据直接将计费容器信元转发给计费功能单元, 计 费功能单元解析获取用户设备的 CSG标识和 /或用户设备是 CSG成员的指示 后, 对用户设备进行差异化计费。
本实施例在接入网网元确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式 , 并且与该接入 网相连的核心网不识别混合模式的情况下,接入网网元允许请求接入的用户设 备接入到核心网, 保证了用户设备在混合模式下正常接入网络, 提高了家庭接 入模式的服务质量。
图 3为本发明接入控制方法第二实施例的信令流程图, 如图 3所示, 在本 发明接入控制方法第一实施例的基础上, 以 UE1的 IMSI为 "000Γ , UE2的 IMSI为 "0005"; 并且在接入网元允许接入的 IMSI列表中, IMSI为 "0001" 的 UE是 CSG成员, IMSI为 "0005"的 UE不是 CSG成员,其中 "000 Γ、 "0002" 只是 IMSI的一个示意, 在实际应用中并不能表示一个真正的 IMSI, 该接入控 制方法包括:
步驟 201、 接入网网元接收 UE发送的接入请求消息。
该接入请求消息可以为附着请求消息, 位置更新请求消息等的形式。
可选地, UE选择是否接入网络时, 可以通过监听广播的方式获取接入网 的工作模式, 家庭接入网关发送广播消息,在广播消息里有 CSG ID与 CSG模 式信元。
可选地, 如果 UE具有 CSG能力,接收到广播是混合模式, 则将向接入网 网元发起接入请求消息; 若 UE不具有 CSG能力, 则 UE无法识别混合模式, 接收到广播是混合模式时, 则会默认为是开放模式, 发起接入请求消息。

步骤 202、 接入网网元确定接入网的接入模式为混合模式, 并且确定核心 网不识别混合模式, 则该接入网网元允许请求接入的 UE接入的方法包括: 接 入网网元判断请求接入的 UE的是不是 CSG成员 , 如果是, 执行步驟 203a, 否则执行步骤 203b。
可选地, 接入网网元可以获取核心网的能力信息, 包括:
( 1 )在接入网网元上预配置其接入的核心网的能力信息, 其中核心网的 能力信息可以配置在接入网中的家庭(演进)基站上; 或者
( 2 )接入网网元从核心网网元获取核心网的能力信息。 例如: 在接入网 网元开始工作时, 通过配置(SI SETUP )过程在接入网与核心网之间交换能 力信息, 例如通过配置请求消息 /配置响应消息 (SI setup request/Si setup response ) 交换能力信息。
接入网网元可以自动获取接入网的接入模式为混合模式, 并根据获取的核 心网的能力信息确定该核心网不能识别混合模式。
当接入网网元确定接入网的接入模式是混合模式, 而与接入网相连接的核 心网不识别混合模式时,接入网网元判断请求接入的 UE是不是 CSG的方法包 括:
接入网网元判断请求接入的 UE的 IMSI是否在允许接入的 IMSI列表中, 如果在, 则确定该 UE是 CSG成员; 如果不在, 则确定该 UE不是 CSG成员, 其中允许接入的 IMSI列表是允许接入网络的用户的 IMSI列表,可以接入网网 元预先配置的, 也可以是从 HMS获取的, 这里并不限制获取允许接入的 IMSI 列表的方式。可选地,接入网网元根据获取的 UE1的 IMSI和预先配置的 IMSI 列表, 确定该 UE1的 IMSI在该 IMSI列表上, 则确定该 UE1是 CSG成员; 同样可以确定该 UE2不是 CSG成员。
可选地, UE也可以通过接入请求消息将 UE是否具有 CSG能力的信息通 ^^接入网网元。
步驟 203a、接入网网元向核心网网元发送携带 CSG标识的请求接入消息, 执行步骤 204。
如果 UE请求接入的小区(Cell )是 CSG 小区, 则接入网网元在向核心网 网元发送接入请求消息中可以携带指示信息,指示该 UE接入的小区是 CSG小 区, 例如: 接入网网元在向核心网网元发送接入请求消息时, 可以携带 UE接 入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识; 或者,接入网网元在向核心网网元发送接入请求 消息时携带 CSG 小区指示(indication )信元等。
核心网网元接收到接入网上报的 CSG标识时, 将该接入网的接入模式作 为闭合模式进行处理, 对 UE进行接入控制。
可选地, 接入网网元确定该 UE1是 CSG成员时, 向核心网网元发送的接 入请求消息中可以包含该 UE 所请求接入的 CSG ID信息, 如 CSG ID 为 "10.2.4" , 则该接入请求消息中包含该 UE请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG ID为 "10.2.4"。
步驟 203b、 接入网网元向核心网网元发送未携带 CSG标识的请求接入消 息, 执行步驟 206。
接入网网元确定该 UE的 IMSI不在请求接入的 IMSI列表中时, 向核心网 网元转发的接入请求消息中不包含 UE请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 核 心网网元接收到的接入请求消息中不包含 CSG标识时, 核心网网元将该接入 网的接入模式作为开放模式进行处理, 不再对 UE进行接入控制 , 允许 UE接 入。
可选地,该接入网网元确定该 UE2的 IMSI不在允许接入的 IMSI列表上, 则确定该 UE2不是 CSG成员 , 则向核心网网元发送的接入请求消息中不包含 该 UE2请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG ID。
步驟 204、 核心网网元向 CSG管理服务器或者归属用户服务器 HSS发送 获取 UE的签约数据的请求消息。
可选地, 核心网网元接收到该接入网网元发送的接入请求消息后, 确定该 接入请求消息中包含该 UE1请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG ID, 则获取该 UE1 的签约信息来对 UE1进行认证。
步骤 205、 核心网网元接收 CSG管理服务器或者归属用户服务器 HSS发 送的 UE的 CSG签约数据获取确认消息 , 从 CSG签约数据获取确认消息中可 以获取签约数据, 签约数据中包括的 UE的 ACL, 核心网网元可以根据 UE的 ACL对 UE进行接入控制。
核心网网元接收到接入网网元发送的接入请求消息后 , 经过步驟 204、 步 驟 205获取该 UE的 ACL后, 可以根据接入请求消息中所包含的 CSG标识以 及该 ACL对该 UE进行接入控制: 如果核心网网元接收到接入网网元发送的 CSG标识不在 ACL中, 则拒绝该 UE接入, 如果 CSG标识在该 UE的 ACL 中, 则允许 UE接入。
可选地, 该核心网网元接收到该 UE允许接入的 CSG ID列表( ACL ) 中 包含 ID为 "10.2.4" 的 CSG, 则核心网网元允许该 UE1接入。
步驟 206、 核心网网元向该 UE发送接入接受消息。
其中, 该接入接受消息可以为附着接受或位置更新接受消息等。 可选地, 核心网网元分别向接入网网元发送附着接受消息, 允许 UE1、 UE2接入。
本实施例在接入网网元确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 并且确定核心 网不识别混合模式的情况下, 接入网网元确定该用户设备是否是 CSG成员, 如果是 CSG成员, 则将该 UE的 CSG标识发送给核心网网元, 使核心网网元 对该 UE进行接入控制; 如果不是 CSG成员 , 则使核心网网元不对该 UE进行 控制, 直接允许该 UE接入, 保证了在混合模式下, CSG用户和非 CSG用户 都能正常接入到网络, 从而提高家庭接入模式的服务质量。
图 4为本发明接入控制方法第三实施例的信令流程图, 如图 4所示, 在本 发明接入控制方法第一、 第二实施例的基础上, 该接入控制方法包括:
步驟 301、 接入网网元接收 UE发送的接入请求消息 , 参照步驟 201。 步驟 302、 接入网网元确定接入网是混合模式, 并且确定核心网不能识别 混合模式时, 接入网网元向核心网网元发送未携带 CSG标识的请求接入消息。
可选地, 接入网网元获取与其相连的核心网的能力信息, 并确定该核心网 不能识别混合模式的方法参照步驟 202。
接入网网元自动获取该接入网的接入方式是混合模式, 如果接入网网元确 定与该接入网相连的核心网不识别混合模式时, 则接入网网元可以忽略 UE是 否具有 CSG能力,向核心网网元发送的接入请求消息中都不包含该 UE请求接 入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 使核心网网元将接入网的接入模式作为开放模式 进行处理, 不对 UE进行接入控制, 允许所有的 UE接入网络。
可选地 , 如果核心网网元认为接入网是开放模式 , 允许所有的 UE接入网 络, 那么核心网网元就不能对 CSG成员实行特殊计费策略, 例如: 对 CSG成 员釆用更低的费率计费。接入网网元判断 UE是否是 CSG成员, 具体为: 如果 UE的 IMSI在预配置的允许接入的 IMSI列表或从 HMS获取的 IMSI列表中, 则确定 UE是 CSG成员, 否则确定该 UE不是 CSG成员。
接入网网元向 UE发送的请求消息中可以包含计费容器信元, 该计费容器 信元中可以携带 CSG标识和 /或 UE是 CSG成员的指示。 其中, 该计费容器信 元可以包含在步驟 302的接入请求消息中发送给核心网网元, 也可以单独发送 给核' 网网元。
步驟 303、 如果接入请求消息携带计费容器信元, 且计费容器信元中携带 CSG标识和 /或 UE是 CSG成员的指示, 则核心网网元向计费功能单元上报计 费指示信息, 指示该计费功能单元按照 CSG成员标准对该 UE计费。
步驟 304、 核心网网元向该 UE发送接入接受消息。
本实施例在接入网网元确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 并且确定核心 网不识别混合模式的情况下, 不向核心网上报用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区 的 CSG标识, 保证了用户设备的正常接入, 提高了家庭接入模式的服务质量; 进一步的,如需要对 CSG成员特殊计费,可通过计费容器信元中可以携带 CSG 标识和 /或 UE是 CSG成员的指示, 可以对 CSG成员的 UE实行特殊的计费策 略。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步驟可 以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存 储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步驟; 而前述的存储 介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
图 5为本发明接入网网元实施例的结构示意图, 如图 5所示, 该接入网网 元包括: 第一接收模块 51、确定模块 52和接入模块 53。 其中第一接收模块 51 用于接收用户设备的接入请求消息。 确定模块 52用于确定接入网的接入方式 为混合模式, 并且确定核心网不识别混合模式。 接入模块 53用于允许请求接 入的用户设备接入到所述核心网。
进一步地, 确定模块 52 包括: 获取子模块和确定子模块。 其中获取子模 块用于获取所述核心网的能力信息 , 所述核心网的能力信息包含所述核心网所 能识别的接入模式。确定子模块用于根据所述能力信息确定核心网不识别混合 模式。
此外, 获取子模块可以包括: 预先配置单元和 /或能力获取单元。 其中预先 配置单元用于根据预先的配置获取所述核心网的能力信息。 能力获取单元用于 从核心网网元获取所述核心网的能力信息。
再进一步地, 接入模块 53可以包括: 第一发送子模块和 /或第二发送子模 块。 其中第一发送子模块用于当确定所述用户设备是 CSG成员时, 向所述核 心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 否则, 向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求 消息中不包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。 第二发送子模 块用于向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中不包含所述用户 设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。
所述第二发送子模块, 还用于若确定所述用户设备是 CSG成员, 则所述 接入请求消息中还包括计费容器信元, 所述计费容器信元中携带 CSG标识和 / 或所述用户设备是 CSG成员的指示。
具体地, 在家庭接入模式中, UE选择是否接入网络时, 可以通过监听广 播的方式获取接入网的工作模式; 家庭接入网关发送广播消息, 在广播消息里 有 CSG ID与 CSG模式信元, 例如: 如果 UE具有 CSG能力, 接收到广播是 混合模式, 则将向接入网网元发起接入请求消息; 若 UE不具有 CSG能力, 则 UE无法识别混合模式, 接收到广播是混合模式时, 则会默认为是开放模式, 发起接入请求消息。 接入网网元的第一接收模块 51 可以接收用户设备的接入 请求消息。 确定模块 52确认接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 而核心网只能识 别开放模式和闭合模式、 不识别混合模式。 其中, 确定模块 52确定核心网不 识别混合模式的具体方法为: 确定模块 52的获取子模块获取所述核心网的能 力信息后, 确定子模块可以根据所述核心网的能力信息确定核心网不识别混合 模式。获取子模块获取所述核心网的能力信息的方法有多种,例如: 釆用预先配 置单元预先配置该接入网接入的核心网的能力信息; 或者采用能力获取单元从 核心网网元获取所述核心网的能力信息。
接入模块允许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网的方法具体为: 方法一、 当核心网网元确定所述用户设备是 CSG成员时, 第一发送子模 块向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中包含所述用户设备请 求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 否则, 向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的 接入请求消息中不包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。
其中判断 UE是否是 CSG成员的方法为: 如果 UE的 IMSI在接入网网元 预先配置的或从 HMS获取的允许接入的 IMSI列表中 , UE为 CSG成员。核心 网网元若接收到 CSG标识,则将接入网作为闭合模式进行处理,对 UE进行接 入控制; 若没有接收到 CSG标识则将接入网作为开放模式进行处理, 不对 UE 进行接入控制。 具体地可以参照本发明接入控制方法第一、 第二实施例中的相 关描述。
方法二、 接入网网元也可以是忽略 CSG标识, 由第二发送子模块直接向 所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中不包含所述用户设备请求 接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。 如果需要对 CSG成员进行特殊计费, 该第二 发送子模块发送的接入请求消息还可以携带计费容器信元, 所述计费容器信元 中携带 CSG标识和 /或 UE是 CSG成员的指示。如果 UE是 CSG成员 ,核心网 网元接收到携带计费容器信元的接入请求消息后, 可以向计费功能单元上 "¾计 费指示信息, 指示计费功能单元对该 UE进行计费。 具体地可以参照本发明接 入控制方法第一、 第三实施例中的相关描述。
本实施例中的接入网网元可以为家庭(演进)基站, 接入网网元的第一接 收模块获取核心网的能力信息后 , 若确定模块确定接入网的接入方式为混合模 式且核心网不识别混合模式, 釆用接入模块允许请求接入的用户设备接入到核 心网, 可以保证用户设备在混合模式下正常接入网络, 提高家庭接入模式的服 务质量。
图 6为本发明接入控制系统实施例的结构示意图, 如图 6所示, 该接入控 制系统包括:接入网网元 71和核心网网元 73。其中接入网网元 71用于接收用 户设备的接入请求消息; 在确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式 , 并且确定核心 网不识别混合模式后, 允许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网。 核心网网 元 73用于接收所述接入网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息, 并确定是否 允许所述用户设备接入。
具体地,核心网网元在接收到的所述接入请求消息中包含所述用户设备请 求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识时, 对所述用户设备进行接入控制, 否则直接 允许所述用户设备接入。
一种方法是, 若接入网网元 71确定用户设备是 CSG成员, 例如: 用户设 备的 IMSI在接入网网元 71预先配置的或从 HMS获取的允许接入的 IMSI列 表中, 在接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 但核心网不识别混合模式时, 核心网 网元 73接收接入网网元 71 发送的接入请求消息中包含用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 核心网网元 73将接入网作为闭合模式进行处理, 从 CSG管理服务器或者归属用户服务器获取请求接入的用户设备 75 的签约数 据, 所述签约数据中包括该用户设备 75的准入 CSG列表, 判断所述 CSG标 识是否在所述准入 CSG列表中, 如果是则允许用户设备 85接入, 否则, 不允 许用户设备 75接入。 若接入网网元 71确定用户设备不是 CSG成员, 则核心 网网元 73接收接入网网元 71发送的接入请求消息中不包含用户设备请求接入 的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 核心网网元 73 ^!寻接入网作为开放模式进行处理, 直接允许所述用户设备接入。
另一种方法是, 不管用户设备不是 CSG成员, 在接入网网元 71确认接入 网的接入方式为混合模式, 但核心网不识别混合模式, 接入网网元 71直接向 核心网网元 73发送不包含用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识的接入 请求消息。 核心网网元 73将接入网作为开放模式进行处理, 直接允许所述用 户设备接入。 在这种方法中, 如果需要实现 CSG成员的特殊的计费策略, 在 UE为 CSG成员的情况下, 接入网网元 71向核心网网元发送的接入请求消息 中可以携带计费容器信元, 所述计费容器信元中携带 CSG标识和 /或所述用户 设备是 CSG成员的指示。 然后核心网网元接收到计费容器信元后可以向计费 功能单元上 >¾计费指示信息,指示计费功能单元按照 CSG成员标准对 UE计费。
本实施例在接入网网元确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 并确定并且与 该接入网相连的核心网不识别混合模式的情况下, 允许请求接入的用户设备接 入到所述核心网, 可以保证用户设备在混合模式下正常接入网络, 从而提高家 庭接入模式的服务质量。
最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其限 制; 尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员 应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其 中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的 本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

权利 要求 书
1、 一种接入控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入网网元接收用户设备的接入请求消息;
所述接入网网元确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式, 并且确定核心网不识 别混合模式;
所述接入网网元允许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的接入控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定核心网不 识别混合模式包括:
接入网网元获取所述核心网的能力信息 , 所述核心网的能力信息包含所述 核心网所能识别的接入模式;
所述接入网网元根据所述能力信息确定所述核心网不识别混合模式。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的接入控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网网元允 许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网包括:
若所述接入网网元确定所述用户设备是封闭用户组 CSG成员 , 所述接入网 网元向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中包含所述用户设备请 求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 否则,所述接入网网元向所述核心网网元发送 的用户设备的接入请求消息中不包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG 标识。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的接入控制方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述核心网网元从 CSG管理服务器或者归属用户服务器获取请求接入的用 户设备的签约数据, 所述签约数据中包括所述用户设备的准入 CSG列表; 允许所述用户设备接入, 否则, 不允许所述用户设备接入。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的接入控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述接入网网元允 许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网包括:
所述接入网网元向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中不包 含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的接入控制方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
若所述用户设备是 CSG成员 , 所述接入请求消息中还包括计费容器信元, 所述计费容器信元中携带 CSG标识和 /或所述用户设备是 CSG成员的指示, 以 使所述核心网网元向计费功能单元上报计费指示信息, 指示所述计费功能单元 按照 CSG成员标准对所述用户设备计费。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的接入控制方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取核心网的 能力信息包括:
在所述接入网网元根据预先的配置获取所述核心网的能力信息; 或 所述接入网网元从核心网网元获取所述核心网的能力信息。
8、 一种接入网网元, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收用户设备的接入请求消息;
确定模块 , 用于确定接入网的接入方式为混合模式 , 并且确定核心网不识 别混合模式;
接入模块, 用于允许请求接入的用户设备接入到所述核心网。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的接入网网元, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块包括: 获取子模块, 用于获取所述核心网的能力信息, 所述核心网的能力信息包 含所述核心网所能识别的接入模式;
确定子模块, 用于根据所述核心网的能力信息确定所述核心网不识别混合 模式。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的接入网网元, 其特征在于, 所述获取子模块包 括:
预先配置单元, 用于根据预先的配置获取所述核心网的能力信息; 和 /或 能力获取单元, 用于从核心网网元获取所述核心网的能力信息。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的接入网网元, 其特征在于, 所述接入模块包括: 第一发送子模块, 用于当确定所述用户设备是封闭用户组 CSG成员时, 向 所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中包含所述用户设备请求接入 的 CSG小区的 CSG标识,否则, 向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求 消息中不包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识; 和 /或
第二发送子模块, 用于向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息 中不包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的接入网网元, 其特征在于, 所述第二发送子模 块, 还用于若确定所述用户设备是 CSG成员, 则所述接入请求消息中还包括计 费容器信元, 所述计费容器信元中携带 CSG标识和 /或所述用户设备是 CSG成 员的指示。
13、 一种接入控制系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接入网网元, 用于接收用户设备的接入请求消息; 在确定接入网的接入方 式为混合模式, 并且确定核心网不识别混合模式时, 允许请求接入的用户设备 接入到所述核心网;
核心网网元, 用于接收所述接入网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息 , 并确定是否允许所述用户设备接入。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的接入控制系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
若所述接入网网元确定所述用户设备是封闭用户組 CSG成员, 所述接入网 网元向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中包含所述用户设备请 求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识, 否则,所述接入网网元向所述核心网网元发送 的用户设备的接入请求消息中不包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG 标识; 或
所述接入网网元向所述核心网网元发送的用户设备的接入请求消息中不包 含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的接入控制系统, 其特征在于,
所述核心网网元在接收到的所述接入请求消息中包含所述用户设备请求接 入的封闭用户组 CSG小区的 CSG标识时,对所述用户设备进行接入控制,否则 直接允许所述用户设备接入。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的接入控制系统, 其特征在于,
所述核心网网元从 CSG管理服务器或者归属用户服务器中获取请求接入的 用户设备的签约数据 , 所述签约数据中包括所述用户设备的准入 CSG列表; 所述核心网网元确定所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识是否在 所述准入 CSG列表中, 如果在, 则允许所述用户设备接入, 否则, 不允许所述 用户设备接入。
17、 根据权利要求 13-16任一所述的接入控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述核心网网元, 还用于当所述接入请求消息中包含计费容器信元时 , 将 所述计费容器信元转发给计费功能单元, 以使所述计费功能单元对所述用户设 备进行计费, 其中当请求接入的用户设备是 CSG成员时, 所述计费容器信元中 包含所述用户设备请求接入的 CSG小区的 CSG标识和 /或所述用户设备是 CSG 成员的指示。
