Description

Flexible pouch container holder
The present invention relates to a flexible pouch container holder.
Japanese Patent No. 3268537 discloses a flexible pouch container made of a deformable flexible sheet and capable of being filled with a fluid such as a beverage or liquid detergent inside. This flexible pouch container is a so-called stand pack type that is self-supporting when the bottom portion is placed on a flat plate or the like, and an opening for discharging the internal fluid is formed on the top thereof.
By manually pressing the lower portion of the flexible pouch container, the fluid pressure of the fluid is increased, and the fluid is discharged to the outside from the upper opening.
Patent No. 3268537
When an excessive pressing force is applied to the flexible pouch container, a fluid of a desired amount or more flows out from the opening, but it is not easy to exert an appropriate pressing force on the flexible pouch container. In particular, when the lower portion of the flexible pouch container is pressed with a large amount of fluid filled, even if the pressing force is only slightly larger than the appropriate pressing force, a fluid of a desired amount or more opens It will flow out of the department.
In addition, when the soft pouch container filled with the beverage is stored in the side pocket of the refrigerator, the soft pouch container is pressed by contacting the hard stored item located next to the flexible pouch container and pressing the flexible pouch container. May leak from the opening.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an appropriate pressing force to a flexible pouch container while having a simple structure, and to allow internal fluid to leak from the opening even when an unintended external force is applied. It is providing a holder for a flexible pouch container that can be prevented.
The holder for a flexible pouch container according to the present invention is a resin holder of a flexible pouch container made of a deformable flexible sheet and having an opening at the top for discharging a fluid filled therein, wherein the flexible pouch container is made of A bottom support portion for supporting the bottom portion, and a portion which is located below the opening portion when the bottom portion of the flexible pouch container is placed on the bottom support portion which is open at the top and is continuous with the bottom support portion And a peripheral support portion which is more rigid and elastic than the flexible pouch container.
The bottom support portion and the peripheral support portion may be made of, for example, polypropylene.
A through hole may be formed in the upper portion of the peripheral support portion.
It may be made of a pair of parts that are separable from one another and coupleable to one another.
An engagement protrusion may be formed on one of the opposing surfaces of the pair of parts, and an engagement recess may be formed on the other in which the engagement protrusion is engaged.
In this case, the engagement projection and the engagement recess are formed on the bottom support portion opposite to the opposing bottom support portion, and the bottom surface of the bottom support communicates with the engagement recess. A hole may be formed, and a locking claw that engages with the locking hole may be formed on the lower surface of the engaging protrusion.
The pair of parts may both include the engagement protrusion and the engagement recess, and may have the same shape as each other.
According to the present invention, when the peripheral support of the holder surrounding the portion located below the opening of the flexible pouch is pressed, a part of the pressing force is absorbed by the peripheral support and extends to the side of the flexible pouch Therefore, there is little possibility that an excessive pressing force may be applied to the flexible pouch container. Therefore, even when the flexible pouch container is filled with a large amount of fluid, the desired amount of fluid can be discharged from the opening.
Also, for example, when a soft pouch container filled with a beverage is stored in a side pocket of a refrigerator, even if the next hard storage object comes in contact with the flexible pouch container, this contact force is absorbed by the peripheral support of the holder. There is little risk of the beverage leaking out of the opening.
According to the second aspect, the holder can be manufactured inexpensively.
According to this structure, the fluid can be discharged from the opening of the flexible pouch by directly pressing the flexible pouch through the through hole of the holder. Moreover, generally, when the upper portion of the flexible pouch container is pressed, the desired amount of fluid is discharged from the opening even if the pressing force is somewhat strong, and thus more fluid than the desired amount is discharged from the opening The fear is small.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the holder can be easily attached to the flexible pouch container even if the distance between the upper ends of the parts when assembling the pair of parts is smaller than the maximum width of the flexible pouch container. .
According to the fifth aspect, the pair of parts can be easily assembled.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the engagement projection can be effectively prevented from coming out of the engagement recess.
According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, it is possible to increase the bonding strength between the pair of parts.
Furthermore, since a pair of parts have the same shape, only one type of parts is sufficient. Therefore, it is possible to lower the manufacturing cost of the holder.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10.
1 and 2 show a flexible pouch container 20 to which the holder 10 of the present invention is attached. The flexible pouch container 20 is made of a flexible (deformable) flexible sheet in which a polyester film or the like is laminated on the outer surface of a synthetic resin film having thermal adhesiveness such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and the inner space thereof 21 is filled with fluid A (for example, beverage such as juice, liquid seasoning, or liquid detergent such as shampoo). As shown, an annular mounting portion 23 extends downward from the peripheral portion of the bottom portion 22 of the flexible pouch container 20. Since the annular mounting portion 23 has a short length (vertical length), its rigidity is higher than that of the portion above the annular mounting portion 23. Therefore, when the lower surface of the annular mounting portion 23 is placed on a horizontal surface, the flexible pouch container 20 is self-supporting. That is, the flexible pouch container 20 of the present embodiment is a so-called stand pack type.
Further, at one side in the vicinity of the upper end of the flexible pouch container 20, a discharge projection which protrudes laterally from the main body of the flexible pouch 20 and whose internal space communicates with the internal space 21 of the main body. 24 are formed. Although the tip of the discharge projection 24 is closed, as shown in FIG. 1, the perforation 25 is formed in the middle of the discharge projection 24, so the discharge projection is formed along the perforation 25. When the middle portion 24 is cut, the cut surface of the ejection projection 24 becomes the opening 26 (see FIGS. 8 and 10). When no external force is applied to the ejection projection 24 of the present embodiment, the opening 26 is closed by the elastic force of the ejection projection 24 itself (force to return to the initial shape). A cap (not shown) may be removably attached to the opening 26 or a snap fastener may be formed on the opening 26.
As shown in the figure, when viewed from the side, the flexible pouch container 20 in which the fluid A is maximally filled in the internal space 21, the middle portion in the up and down direction from the lower end of the flexible pouch container 20 The same shape (the same front and rear width) until the), but the part above the middle part becomes a substantially isosceles triangle (the width decreases toward the upper side).
The holder 10 of the present embodiment is composed of a pair of parts 11 having the same shape (symmetrical shape).
The pair of parts 11 is an integrally formed product made of polypropylene, and is a flat bottom support 12 having a substantially semicircular shape in plan view, and a peripheral support 13 extending curving upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom support 12. And have. The bottom support 12 and the peripheral support 13 are elastically deformable. Furthermore, since the thickness of the bottom support 12 is larger than the thickness of the peripheral support 13, the rigidity of the bottom support 12 is higher than the rigidity of the peripheral support 13, and the rigidity of the peripheral support 13 is the flexible pouch 20 ( Higher than the rigidity of the annular mounting portion 23). A pair of hemispherical projections 14 project from the lower surface of the bottom support 12. In the lower half of the opposing surface of the bottom support portion 12 of each part 11, an engagement projection 15 having a rectangular shape in a plan view and a trapezoidal cross section is provided. The plate thickness of the engagement projection 15 is about half that of the bottom support 12, and the engagement projection 15 is parallel to the bottom support 12. Further, on the lower surface of the bottom support portion 12, an engagement recess 16 which is adjacent to the engagement protrusion 15 and has the same shape as the engagement protrusion 15 is provided. Furthermore, a through hole 17 having a circular shape in a front view is formed in the upper portion of the peripheral support portion 13.
In order to mount the holder 10 (a pair of parts 11) in the flexible pouch container 20, as shown in FIG. 2, each part 11 is made to face each other so that the engagement projection 15 and the engagement recess 16 face each other. The parts 11 are made to approach each other such that the gap on the opposing surface of the bottom support 12 is shorter than the front-rear width of the lower portion (annular placement portion 23) of the flexible pouch container 20. Then, the lower portion of the flexible pouch container 20 is inserted from above between the pair of peripheral support portions 13 from the gap formed between the upper end portions of the pair of peripheral support portions 13 (upper end of the pair of peripheral support portions 13 at this time) The anteroposterior spacing between the parts is wider than the anteroposterior width of the lower part of the flexible pouch container 20), and the annular placement part 23 is placed on the upper surfaces of the pair of bottom support parts 12. Then, the pair of parts 11 are linearly moved in the direction approaching each other to bring the opposing surfaces of the bottom support 12 into contact with each other, and at the same time, the respective engaging projections 15 are fitted in the mating recesses 16. Parts 11 are mutually connected (unified). Then, the annular mounting portion 23 of the flexible pouch container 20 is mounted on the upper surface of the bottom support portion 12, and the lower half portion of the flexible pouch container 20 is surrounded by the pair of peripheral support portions 13.
As shown in FIG. 3, since the front shape (lateral cross-sectional shape) of the engaging protrusion 15 and the engaging recess 16 is a trapezoidal shape whose upper end is wider than the lower end, the engaging protrusion 15 fitted with the engaging recess 16 However, since the upper surface of the engagement recess 16 is closed, the engagement projection 15 does not come out of the corresponding engagement recess 16 upward. Further, although the upper surfaces of the bottom support portions 12 of the pair of parts 11 are continuous with each other, since the gaps 18 are formed between the side ends of the pair of peripheral support portions 13, the left and right side portions of the flexible pouch container 20 are It projects from the left and right gaps 18 to the sides of the holder 10.
The holder 10 in the completed state mounted on the flexible pouch container 20 in this manner can be placed upright on the horizontal plate by placing the four hemispherical projections 14 on the horizontal plate.
Further, the front-rear width of the lower half (the part wider than the upper part in the side view) of the flexible pouch container 20 in the state before being inserted between the pair of peripheral supports 13 corresponds to the upper opening of the assembled holder 10. Since the width is smaller than the front-rear width (the front-to-back distance between the upper ends of the pair of parts 11), the corresponding portions on the front and rear sides of the flexible pouch container 20 are slightly pressed (concave) by the upper end portions of the pair of parts 11. Then, since the contact pressure is applied from the corresponding portion of the flexible pouch container 20 to the upper end of the part 11 by the hydraulic pressure of the fluid A inside the flexible pouch container 20, grasping the upper portion of the flexible pouch container 20 and lifting it upwards, The holder 10 also moves upward with the flexible pouch container 20.
The parts 11 may be separated and removed from the flexible pouch container 20 by linearly moving the pair of parts 11 in a direction away from each other to cause the respective engagement projections 15 to escape from the corresponding engagement recesses 16. It can.
For example, when the fluid A is a beverage and the beverage A is filled in the inner space 21, if it is desired to pour a desired amount of the beverage A from the opening 26 of the flexible pouch container 20 into a glass (not shown) As shown in FIG. 8, the lower portion of the pair of peripheral support portions 13 is grasped by the one hand with the through holes 17 of the pair of peripheral support portions 13, and the corresponding portions of the pair of peripheral support portions 13 are pressed in directions approaching each other. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the pressing force is absorbed by the peripheral supporting portion 13 by denting a part of the peripheral supporting portion 13, and the remaining pressing force is obtained from the concave portion of the peripheral supporting portion 13 of the flexible pouch 20. It covers the lower half. Therefore, even if the pressing force on the peripheral support portion 13 is somewhat large, the flexible pouch container 20 is not subjected to an excessive pressing force, so that a desired amount of the beverage A can be poured from the opening 26 into the glass.
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a finger may be inserted into the through hole 17 of the peripheral support portion 13 and the upper portion of the flexible pouch container 20 may be directly pressed by the finger. Since the hydraulic pressure of the drink A located in the part facing the through-hole 17 in the flexible pouch container 20 will increase in this way, the drink A can be poured into the glass from the opening 26. As described above, since the upper end portions of the pair of parts 11 dent the front and rear surfaces of the flexible pouch container 20, the front-rear width of the portion corresponding to the through hole 17 located directly below the concave portion It is narrower than the front-rear width of the lower part (the part pressed in FIGS. 8 and 9). As described above, when pressing a portion having a narrower front and rear width compared to the lower portion, the desired amount of beverage A is discharged from the opening 26 even if the pressing force is somewhat strong, so The beverage A can be poured.
Furthermore, when the flexible pouch container 20 and the holder 10 are stored in the side pocket of the refrigerator and each hemispherical protrusion 14 is placed on the bottom plate of the side pocket, the flexible pouch container 20 and the holder 10 Even if another rigid storage item (for example, a plastic bottle or a glass bottle) accommodated next to one another contacts the holder 10 (peripheral support 13), this contact force is absorbed by the peripheral support 13 of the holder 10, so the flexible pouch The possibility of the fluid A in the container 20 leaking from the opening 26 is small.
As described above, when the holder 10 of the present embodiment is attached to the flexible pouch container 20, such an effect can be obtained.
Moreover, since the holder 10 of this embodiment is made of polypropylene, the holder 10 can be manufactured at low cost.
Furthermore, since the holder 10 is composed of a pair of parts 11 having the same shape (symmetrical shape), only one kind of part 11 is sufficient. Therefore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced as compared to the case where the holder 10 is formed of two types of parts having different shapes.
As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on the said embodiment, this invention can be implemented, giving various change.
For example, the present invention may be carried out in the form of the modified example shown in FIGS.
The basic structure (including the material) of the holder 30 is the same as that of the holder 10, and is composed of a pair of parts 31 having the same shape (symmetrical shape). The part 31 comprises a bottom support 12 and a peripheral support 13.
On the lower surface of the bottom support portion 12, a pair of linear protrusions 32, which are members contacting the horizontal plate when the holder 30 is placed on the horizontal plate, is provided in a protruding manner.
On the opposite surface of the bottom support portion 12 of each part 31, an engagement protrusion 33 which is thinner than the bottom support portion 12 and has a trapezoidal shape in a plan view protrudes, and in the vicinity of the tip of the lower surface of the engagement protrusion 33 The hooking claw 34 having a rectangular shape in plan view protrudes. As shown in FIG. 15, the cross-sectional shape of the locking claw 34 is a triangle, and the amount of downward projection gradually increases from the tip side toward the bottom support 12 side. On the other hand, on the opposite surface of the bottom support portion 12 of each part 31, an engagement recess 35 adjacent to the engagement protrusion 33 and having the same shape as the engagement protrusion 33 is provided. Further, in a portion of the lower surface of the bottom support portion 12 located immediately below the engagement recess 35, an engagement hole 36 having the same planar shape as the engagement claw 34 and communicating with the engagement recess 35 is bored.
Further, on the lower surface of the bottom support portion 12, a bottom claw 37 is provided which is located on the side of one of the linear protrusions 32 and whose tip end projects from the facing surface of the bottom support portion 12. The downward protrusion amount of the bottom claw 37 is smaller than the linear protrusion 32.
As in the case of the part 11 of the holder 10, the pair of parts 31 are connected to each other by bringing the opposing surfaces of the bottom support portions 12 into contact with each other with the engagement projections 33 and the engagement recesses 35 facing each other. (Integrate). When the engaging projection 33 is inserted into the opposing engaging recess 35, the locking claw 34 is fitted into the locking hole 36, so the parts 31 are mutually unless the locking claw 34 is intentionally released from the locking hole 36 There is no separation. Further, when the parts 31 are connected to each other, the tips of the bottom claws 37 contact the lower surface of the other bottom support 12 and the frictional resistance between the pair of parts 31 is increased by that amount. Is more difficult to separate.
Further, the material of the holders 10 and 30 is not limited to the above, and if the rigidity of the peripheral support portion 13 is higher than that of the flexible pouch container 20, it may be formed of a resin material other than polypropylene.
Furthermore, the holder 10, 30 may be an integral body made of one member or may be composed of three or more parts. Further, the peripheral support portion 13 may be configured to have an annular shape in plan view in any of the case where the holders 10 and 30 are integrated and the case where the holders 10 and 30 are formed of a plurality of parts.
