其中, 护盖 10是一侧开口的圆筒状盖体, 扣盖在针筒 11的一端, 以防止针管尖端穿刺 伤害; 针筒 11是一端直径较另一端窄的中空管体,在直径较窄的一端部形成相互对应的扣钩 110,直径较宽的一端部形成环状耳把 111,针筒 11的扣钩 110用于弹簧 12与针座 13的固定, 而内筒 112可存放药瓶 14与可缩式推杆 15, 在注射完成后针座 13、 药瓶 14及可缩式推杆 15存放于内筒 112中; 针座 13中有一个贯穿针座 13中心的针管 135, 该针管 135的一端形 成尖部,且针管 135中形成一输送道 1300,在针座 13的一端设有复数定位槽 131、坡道 132、 旋转滑道 133及贯穿滑道 134,这些复数定位槽 131、坡道 132、旋转滑道 133及贯穿滑道 134 形成近似 U型的回缩滑道,而定位槽 131与针筒 11的扣钩 110形成卡扣,使扣钩 110定位在 定位槽 131内, 当弹簧 12进一步被压缩时, 针筒 11的扣钩 110沿着定位槽 131、 坡道 132、 旋转滑道 133及贯穿滑道 134形成的近似 U型滑道移动, 使得针座 13朝注射反方向回缩, 在针座 13另一端形成一圆盘状的挡片 130, 该挡片 130具有环形凹状的胶圈槽 1301供胶圈 136套设, 在弹簧 12回缩时, 挡片 130可与针筒 11的内筒 112环围壁面抵接; 该药瓶 14是 近似 T状的瓶体, 在药瓶 14中心形成贯穿的容置道 140以放置药剂 142, 另在药瓶 14直径 较大一端套设一个中心是一穿孔的胶塞 141, 并在胶塞 141的后端形成环状凸肋部 143,用于 和可缩式推杆 15的内缩杆 150扣制, 又在药瓶 14直径较小的一端由中心处向环围形成漏斗 状的斜面 Y,用于引导可缩式推杆 15的棒体 1500的置入; 该可缩式推杆 15由中空杆 151及 内縮杆 150相嵌合而成, 内缩杆 150的外环围直径等于中空杆 151内圆的直径, 其中内縮杆 150的一端中心处固定一棒体 1500, 用于经过针座 13的输送道 1300推送药瓶 14中的药剂 142注射进人体中, 然后中空杆 151外环围形成环状凸肋部 1510对应于针筒 11的内筒 112 的凹肋部 113, 复数挡块 1511与耳把 111相抵, 通过针座 13端部的 U状滑道与针筒 11的扣 钩 110及弹簧 12, 构成可自动回缩的针具, 使药剂 142在注射完后, 将针座 13, 药瓶 14及 可縮式推杆 15存放在针筒 11中, 以防止针扎伤害及污染。
参见图 3-1、 图 3-2、 图 3-3及图 4, 是本实用新型提供的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全 针具的药瓶, 针筒与针座结合示意图, 药瓶 14是 T状管体, 在一端套设一胶塞 141, 在药瓶 14的中心形成一容置道 140用以放置药剂 142, 该药剂 142可为胶状或固状, 在使用时, 将 药瓶 14容置在针筒 11的内筒 112中, 并向前推移与针座 13相顶, 使容置道 140—端开口与 针座 13的输送道 1300—端开口相对应,而药瓶 14直径较窄的一端开口形成漏斗状的斜面 Y, 内缩杆 150的棒体 1500可通过斜面 Υ倒入容置道 140而抵制药剂 142并朝一端推进, 当药 剂 142注入人体同时, 该内缩杆 150的内缘一端凹肋部 1502与药瓶 14一端的凸肋部 143相 扣, 使药瓶 14与内缩杆 150结合, 防止回缩时内缩杆 150的滑落, 再将可缩式推杆 15抵制 药瓶 14, 将针座 13朝一端推进, 使扣钩 110经坡道 132脱离定位槽 131滑入旋转滑道 133, 此时, 可缩式推杆 15的中空杆 151的挡块 1511与针筒 11的耳把 111预留有适当距离 X, 可 使中空杆 151与内缩杆 150脱离时有压缩空间, 当扣钩 110滑入旋转滑道 133时, 该弹簧 12 达到完全紧缩状态,再将中空杆 151向前端推进迫使中空杆 151端部的凹肋部 1512脱离内缩 杆 150的凸肋部 1501, 中空杆 151的凹肋部 1512与内缩杆 150的凸肋部 1501脱离之后, 弹 簧 12拉伸, 使得针座 13、 药瓶 14及内缩杆 150回缩存于针筒 11内。
参图 5及图 6, 是本实用新型提供的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具的针座、 药瓶及 内缩杆回缩存放示意图,该可缩式推杆 15的中空杆 151与内缩杆 150经再次推抵使二杆体分 离, 而中空杆 151外环围的凸肋部 1510滑落至针筒 11内筒 112中的凹肋部 113中而固定, 经过弹簧 12的拉伸使扣钩 110由旋转滑道 133滑移至贯穿滑道 134而脱离 (此未标示, 参见 图 1), 将针座 13、 药瓶 14及内缩杆 150向后端推抵至药瓶 14与中空杆 151相抵时停止, 形 成可填装非液态药剂具自动回缩机制的安全针具。
参见图 7, 是本实用新型提供的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具的药瓶与可缩式推杆 相扣的实施例示意图, 该药瓶 14端部的一侧形成凸肋部 143, 其外环围直径同等于或略小于 内缩杆 150的外环围直径, 当药瓶 14中的药剂 142经内缩杆 150的棒体 1500推抵完时, 该 内縮杆 150的一端前缘抵扣在药瓶 14的凸肋部 143中, 使两者结合,在回縮时可以防止内缩 杆 150滑落在针筒 11外。
本实用新型的有益效果是: 可缩式推杆的内缩杆中的棒体推抵药瓶中的非液态药剂, 通 过针座的针管将非液态药剂注射于人体中,在注射完成时,可缩式推杆抵顶药瓶并推抵针座, 实现可缩式推杆的内缩杆的脱离, 同时通过弹簧拉伸带动扣钩, 使针座端部的复数 U型滑道 滑移, 将针座、 药瓶及内缩杆自动回缩存在中空杆中, 而中空杆环围具有凸肋部可以嵌卡在 针筒内的凹肋部, 从而形成一体回收的安全针具, 以防止使用后已感染的针尖因外露而对医 疗人员、 清洁人员, 或任何其它第三者造成针扎伤害及污染, 使用方便, 同时也考虑了使用 者、 清洁人员甚至任何可能意外触及者的健康安全。
以上所述仅为本实用新型较佳实施例, 并非因此限制本实用新型的专利范围。 凡是运用 本实用新型说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换, 或直接或间接运用在其它相关的技术领 域, 均同理包括在本实用新型的专利范围内。

Claims

1 . 一种自动回缩式非液态药剂的针具, 所述针具至少包括: 针筒, 针座, 弹簧, 药瓶 和可缩式推杆;
所述针筒具有复数扣钩以扣持所述针座, 并在注射完成后引导该针座与瓶体回縮至针筒 内; 权
所述针座中心处设置有贯穿所述针座的针管, 所述针管中心有输送道, 所述输送道供予 非液态药剂的导送;
所述弹簧设置在所述针座间, 供针座具有回弹的动力;
所述药瓶近似 T型状, 在中心处填装非液态药剂, 一端设置胶塞及形成环状凸肋部, 另 一端开口处形成同心圆状斜面, 作为所述可缩式推杆的棒体的引导;
所述可缩式推杆包含有两个相互嵌合的杆体, 其中一个杆体直径大于另一个杆体, 且于 一杆体的一端中心有一棒体, 使用时能缩合为同一管体, 所述直径较小的杆体在内缘一端形 成环状凹肋部。 书
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述针座在端部形成复数 近似 U型凹槽滑道。
3 . 如权利要求 2所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述 U型凹槽滑道由定位 槽、 坡道、 旋转滑道及贯穿滑道构成。
4如权利要求 1所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述可缩式推杆的内缩杆外 缘的直径小于中空杆内缘的直径。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述内縮杆可在所述中空 杆内缘滑移。
6. 如权利要求 1 所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述针筒在内缘形成凹肋 部。
7. 如权利要求 1 所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述非液态药剂为胶状或 固状。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述直径较小的杆体的凹 肋部与所述药瓶的凸肋部相互扣制。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述药瓶的一侧平面为凸 肋部。
10. 如权利要求 9所述的自动回缩式非液态药剂的安全针具, 所述凸肋部与所述直径较 小的杆体前端嵌扣。
