Definitions
- the present invention provides laundry washing, rinsing, and dehydration (may be further performed until drying) in a washing and dehydrating tub rotatably disposed in an elastically supported outer tub in the washing machine body.
- the present invention relates to a drum type washing machine.
- the washing / dehydrating tub is arranged in the outer tub with the rotation axis thereof inclined in the horizontal direction or the horizontal direction. For this reason, when the laundry is accommodated in the washing and dewatering tub and rotated, the laundry and water tend to be biased downward, and vibration is likely to occur. In particular, when carrying out the dehydration process by rotating the washing / dehydrating tub at high speed, if the laundry in the washing / dehydrating tub is gathered at a biased position, a large vibration is generated in the outer tub containing the washing / dehydrating tub. To do. In order to suppress such vibration associated with the rotation of the washing and dewatering tub, there is known one that reduces the amplitude of vibration generated by supporting the outer tub with a damper having a large buffering force (for example, Patent Document 1). reference).
- the present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and provides a drum type washing machine that can effectively suppress vibration of an outer tub containing a washing and dewatering tub and can be supported in a balanced manner without causing an increase in weight. provide.
- the outer tub whose center of gravity changes depending on the amount of laundry and the amount of water can be elastically supported in a balanced manner in the outer frame of the washing machine, and the vibration of the outer tub can be effectively suppressed. Can do.

- the wire 51 and the wire 53 connected to the slide member 50 are guided by the pulley 58 and the pulley 59, and are wound and unwound by the wire winding device 52 and the unwinding device 54, and then the slide member 50 is wound.
- the outer tub 33 is supported in a balanced manner.
- the vibration damper 32 includes an oil damper mechanism 78 in which oil (not shown) is sealed in a cylinder 78 a and a coil spring mechanism 79 provided coaxially with the oil damper mechanism 78.
- a support shaft 84 fixed to the lower end of the oil damper mechanism 78 and having a coil spring mechanism 79 disposed on the outer periphery thereof is fixed to a support base 41 fixed to the base of the washing machine outer frame 30 via a cushioning material 42.

Lights 70a and 71a are projected. The distance between the outer tub 33 and the washing machine outer frame 30 is measured by the laser beams 70a and 71a, and the state of the outer tub 33 is detected from a temporal change in the measured distance.

- the outer tub 33 is elastically supported at a predetermined position in the washing machine outer frame 30 with a good balance.
- the vibration of the outer tub 33 is suppressed, and the outer tub 33 collides with the washing machine outer frame 30 even when the outer tub 33 swings vigorously during dehydration activation due to the eccentric load of the laundry 15. That can be suppressed.
- the position of the outer tub may be detected by the state detection unit 61 of the drum type washing machine such as the position detection sensors 70 and 71 described above.
- the outer tub 33 that accommodates the washing and dewatering tub 34 detects the position of the outer tub 33 even if the position of the center of gravity changes depending on the type and amount of the laundry 15 and the amount of water.
- the control unit 39 that receives the outputs of the sensors 70 and 71 is elastically supported at a predetermined position in the washing machine outer frame 30 in a balanced manner. Accordingly, vibration of the outer tub can be suppressed and collision of the outer tub 33 with the washing machine outer frame 30 can be suppressed even when the outer tub 33 is vigorously swung.
- the position of the center of gravity of the outer tub 33 containing the washing / dehydrating tub 34 varies depending on the type and amount of the laundry 15 contained in the washing / dehydrating tub 34 and the amount of water.
- the output of the angle detection sensor 74 that detects the angle of the outer tub 33 is transmitted to the control unit 39, and the position of the slide member 50 of the suspension unit 31 is controlled by the control unit 39 to move.
- the angle detection sensor 74 may be used to detect the angle of the outer tub 33 by the state detection unit 61.
- the outer tub 33 that houses the washing / dehydrating tub 34 is a sensor that detects the angle of the outer tub 33 even if the position of the center of gravity changes depending on the type and amount of the laundry 15 and the amount of water.
- the controller 39 that has received the output is elastically supported at a predetermined angle inside the washing machine outer frame 30 without falling forward or backward. This can prevent the outer tub 33 from colliding with the washing machine outer frame 30 even when the outer tub is vigorously swung at the start of dehydration due to the eccentric load of the laundry 15.
- the slide member 50 also moves to the front A from the position B in FIG. 6 as the center of gravity 92 of the outer tub 33 moves before the vibration damping damper 32. Arranged to move to a position.
- control unit 39 removes the outer tub 33 from the washing machine by the output of the sensor of the state detection unit 61 that detects the state of the outer tub 33 according to the amount of the laundry 15 before washing. Control is performed so as to be elastically supported at a predetermined position in the frame 30 in a balanced manner. Thus, the outer tub 33 can be held at a position where the laundry 15 can be easily charged at any time.
- the slide member 50 to which one end of the suspension portion 31 is fixed is disposed at the position A in FIG. 6 ahead of the center of gravity of the outer tub 33.
- control unit 39 washes the outer tub 33 by the output of the sensor of the state detection unit 61 that detects the state of the outer tub 33 according to the amount of the laundry 15 and the amount of water during washing. Control is performed so as to be elastically supported at a predetermined position in the machine outer frame 30 in a balanced manner. This prevents the outer tub 33 from colliding with the washing machine outer frame 30 without collapsing the window packing 49 due to the forward tumbling of the outer tub even when the amount of the laundry 15 and the amount of water are large.
- the center of gravity of the outer tub 33 moves forward from the anti-vibration damper 32 and the outer tub 33 falls forward as the amount of the laundry 15 and the amount of water increase during washing. Accordingly, the slide member 50 to which one end of the suspension portion 31 is fixed is disposed at a position A in FIG. 6 ahead of the center of gravity of the outer tub 33. As the water is drained from the washing / dehydrating tub 34, the center of gravity of the outer tub 33 moves rearward, so the slide member 50 is moved from the A position to the rear B position by the control unit 39.
- control unit 39 sets the position of the suspension unit 31 after the laundry dehydration is finished or after the drying is finished by the output of the state detection unit 61 of the outer tub 33. It is good also as a structure.
