Abstract

 本発明は溶銅にリン及び該リンよりも難溶性の元素を添加しながらリン含有銅合金線を連続的に製造する方法を提供する。本発明では、溶解炉から送られた溶銅を所定の高温に保持する加熱炉内で難溶性元素を添加し、該加熱炉から送られる溶銅をタンディッシュに移送し、該タンディッシュにおいて溶銅の温度を低下させてリンを添加した後、該タンディッシュから溶銅をベルトホイール式連続鋳造機に供給し、該ベルトホイール式連続鋳造機から導出された鋳造銅材を圧延してリン含有銅合金線を連続的に製造する。
