Abstract

 基地局装置は、ユーザ装置から或る周期Trefで送信された上りリファレンス信号を受信する手段と、或る時点で送信された上りリファレンス信号の受信品質に応じて、後の時点で送信される上りリファレンス信号の送信電力Prefが変更されるべきか否かを示す送信電力制御情報を用意する手段と、上りリファレンス信号の送信電力に第1オフセット電力ΔL1L2を加えた電力で上り制御信号が送信されるように、第1オフセット電力情報を導出する手段と、Prefに第2オフセット電力Δdataを加えた電力で上りデータ信号が送信されるように、第2オフセット電力情報を導出する手段と、送信電力制御情報、ΔL1L2及びΔdataをユーザ装置に通知する手段とを有する。送信電力制御情報はTref以上長い周期でユーザ装置に通知される。
