Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé servant à extraire un composé ou une composition de matière à partir d'une matière première contenant ce composé ou cette composition en tant que partie constitutive. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à (1) mettre en contact la matière première avec un solvant d'extraction comprenant au moins un fluorocarbone sélectionné parmi les pentafluoropropènes et les cyclopropanes fluorés, de façon à extraire le composé ou la composition de la matière première dans le solvant et (2) séparer le solvant contenant le composé ou la composition extrait(e) de la matière première. L'invention concerne également un procédé de purification servant à traiter une composition brute comprenant un ou plusieurs composés non souhaités et un ou plusieurs composés souhaités de façon à produire une composition purifiée comprenant une concentration accrue dudit ou desdits composés souhaités et une concentration réduite dudit ou desdits composés non souhaités. Le procédé de purification comprend les étapes consistant à (1) mettre en contact la composition brute avec un adsorbant solide, (2) éluer l'adsorbant solide avec lequel la composition brute a été mise en contact avec un solvant comprenant au moins un fluorocarbone sélectionné parmi les (hydro)fluoropropènes et les cyclopropanes fluorés et (3) recueillir un éluat de solvant, lequel contient la composition purifiée, à partir de l'adsorbant solide. Dans un aspect particulier, le procédé de purification est un procédé de chromatographie liquide à haute performance.
