Abstract
The invention concerns a waiter's corkscrew which, while preserving the compactness of conventional waiter's corkscrews, enables complete and easy removal of the cork in one single movement, by pressure on one end of the stem from the top towards the bottom. The handle (3) constitutes a lever which pivots on its axis (4) and is supported on the lever (1) which is itself supported on the rim of the bottle neck. Pressure on its end (3 bis) brings about traction upwards on the gimlet (2) which then begins to remove the cork from the neck. When said pressure is maintained downwards, the end (3 bis) of the handle (3) is folded back towards the body of the bottle (6), thereby enabling it to describe a sufficiently long arc to exert traction on the gimlet (2) so that the cork can be completely removed. The notch (7) on the lever (1) is for removing caps from capped bottles. Said notch (7) can be located on the end (3 bis) of the handle (3), shown in dotted lines (7 bis).
Description
TIRΞ-BOUCHON LIMONADIER LIMONADIER TIRΞ-BOUCHON
The purpose of this is to protect the concept of a lemonade tree, which while retaining the same grip and advantage of little bulk as conventional lemonade trees, allows to pull the cap by 'pressing' on the handle from the top to the bottom and by folding it down on the neck side of the bottle thus describing an arc of a circle - long enough to exert a traction which will remove the cap completely and easily in a single movement.
This movement can be made all the more easily, as there is no need to hold the bottle firmly, since the latter is therefore simply placed on the table which then serves as a fulcrum. - Fig 1. gives an overview which shows that the lever (1) and (Ibis) section view is designed to be able to fold along the handle (3) and in the same direction as the spin (2) . This lever can also fold back inside the handle (3), but this will imply that this handle is larger. The handle (3) is slightly curved to facilitate the lateral bypass movement of the bottle neck (6) as shown in Fig 4.
The handle may be straight, but this will make it less easy to fold it towards the neck.
Fig 5.Fig. 2. shows that after having inserted the twist (2) in the plug (5), one can - lift the end (3bis) of the handle (3) upwards so that the lever (1) can be folded down on the edge the neck of the bottle (6) to support it. Thus, by pressing on the end (3bis) of the handle, which forms a lever by pivoting on its axis (4) and by taking support on the lever (J) we will exert an upward traction on the spin (2) which will start to extract the plug (5), Fig 3. - Continuing this downward pressure movement Fig 4, the side of the handle (3bis) will fold back towards the body of the bottle and thus complete the upward pulling movement on the spin (2) completely extracting the cap (5). This movement will be assisted by the spring (8) for holding the spin, which will thus facilitate this operation. The lever (1) may be provided with a notch (7) which will allow the capsule bottles to be uncapped. Fig 5.
The notch (7) for uncapping can also be fixed on the end (3bis) of the handle Fig 6. which will have the advantage of lengthening the handle and therefore giving more force to the pressure.
Claims
(1) qui lui-même prend appui sur le bord du goulot de la bouteille.(1) which itself rests on the edge of the neck of the bottle.
En appuyant sur son extrémité (3bis) il provoque une traction vers le haut sur la vrilleBy pressing on its end (3bis) it causes an upward pull on the spin
(2) qui commence alors à sortir le bouchon du goulot.(2) which then begins to take the cork out of the neck.
By continuing this downward pressure, the end (3bis) of the handle (3) folds - towards the body of the bottle (6) which allows it to complete an arc of a circle long enough to exert traction on the twist (2) so that it can completely remove the cork. The notch (7) on the lever (1) will allow you to uncap the capsule bottles. This notch can be found on the end (3bis) of the handle (3), dotted (7bis), which will have the advantage of lengthening it a little - and giving more force to the pressure
