Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vehikels zum Transport von molekularer Substanz in den Zellkern (ZK) einer eukaryontischen Zelle (Z), wobei mindestens ein virales Protein modifiziert wird, so daß es spezifisch für den Transport in den Zellkern (ZK) ist, und wobei das modifizierte virale Protein mit der molekularen Substanz gekoppelt oder assoziiert wird.
