Abstract
The invention concerns a wiring component (11) with which a power switch (1) can be interconnected both with an alternating current contactor (2) as well as with a direct current contactor (3), even when the connecting strips (5, 8) of the contactors (2, 3) are placed differently with respect to the connecting strips (4) of the power switch (1). Verdrahtungsbausteine mit Stanzbiegeteilen sind an sich zur Verdrahtung zweier Schaltgeräte, z.B. eines Leistungsschal- ters mit einem Schütz bekannt. In der Praxis stellt sich das Problem, daß der Leistungsschalter je nach Anwendungsfall mit einem Schütz mit Wechselstromantrieb oder mit einem Schütz mit Gleichstromantrieb zu verschalten ist. Aufgrund der für die Schützausführungen unterschiedlichen Anschlußebenen, in denen die jeweiligen Anschlußschienen liegen, war bisher die Vorhaltung von zwei verschiedenen Verdrahtungεbausteinen erforderlich, die je nach Anwendungsfall zum Einsatz kamen.Wiring modules with stamped and bent parts are per se for wiring two switching devices, e.g. of a circuit breaker with a contactor. In FIG 1 sind beispielhaft zwei Anwendungsfälle gezeigt, für die der erfindungsgemäße Verdrahtungsbaustein zum Einsatz
kommen soll. Die in der Zeichnung oben dargestellten Schalt¬ geräte sind Leistungsschalter 1 gleicher Ausführung. Je nach Anwendungsfall ist der Leistungsschalter 1 mit einem Schütz 2 mit Wechselstromantrieb zu verdrahten, wie linksseitig abge- bildet oder mit einem Schütz 3 mit einem Gleichstromantrieb wie rechtsseitig abgebildet. Im linksseitigen Anwendungsfall liegen sich die erste Anschlußschiene 4 des Leistungsschal- ters 1 und die zweite Anschlußschiene 5 des Schützes 2 mit Wechselstromantrieb direkt gegenüber, d.h. der Abstand ai zwischen der ersten Anschlußebene des Leistungsschalters 1 und der zweiten Anschlußebene 7 des Schützes 2 beträgt Null. Im rechtsseitigen Anwendungsfall ist der Abstand a2 zwischen der ersten Anschlußebene 4 des Leistungsschalters 1 und der dritten Anschlußebene 9 für die dritte Anschlußschiene 8 des Schützes 3 mit Gleichstromantrieb verschieden von Null wie in FIG 2 im einzelnen dargestellt. Die Biegungen und die Materialstärke m der Stanzbiegeteile 12 sind so aufeinander abgestimmt, daß durch Drehung um 180° die unterschiedlichen Anschlußebenen 6,7,9 ausgeglichen werden. Beim Schütz 2 bzw. 3 muß der Verdrah¬ tungsbaustein 10 immer hinter der jeweiligen Anschlußschiene 5 bzw. 8 liegen, da bei Wendestartern der Platz vor der An¬ schlußschiene für den Anbau eines Wende-Verdrahtungsbaustei¬ nes benötigt wird. Bei mehreren Lösungen wird sinnvollerweise die technisch und wirtschaftlich günstigste ausgewählt.

Verdrahtungsbaustein (10) mit Z-förmigen Stanzbiegeteilen (12) zur Verdrahtung eines ersten Gerätes (1) über erste An- schlußschienen (4) in einer ersten Anschlußebene (6) wahlwei¬ se mit einem zweiten Gerät (2) über zweite Anschlußschienen (5) in einer zweiten Anschlußebene (7) oder mit einem dritten Gerät (3) über dritte Anschlußschienen (8) in einer dritten Anschlußebene (9), wobei die ersten (4), die zweiten (5) und die dritten (8) Anschlußschienen gleiche Dicke d aufweisen und der Abstand zwischen der ersten (6) und der zweiten (7) Anschlußebene al und zwischen der ersten (β) und der dritten (9) Anschlußebene a2 beträgt und wobei die Materialdicke m der Stanzbiegeteile (12) den Abständen al,a2 sowie der Dicke d der ersten (4), der zweiten (5) und der dritten (8) An- schlußschiene nach einer der folgenden Gleichungen angepaßt ist: m = (a2 + al - 2d) /2 m = a2 + al - d m = a2 - al - d1.
