The broken lines on the bottom cap shown in FIGS. 2, 6, 8, and 12 illustrate holes in the bottom cap. The additional broken lines on the top cap shown in FIGS. 7-11 illustrate an optional fluted shape for the top of the fill port plug in the top cap.
