To all whom of may concern:

Be it known that I, GLEN S. HUMPHREY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Brooklyn, in the county of Kings, and btate of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Powder-Container or Similar Receptacle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a side elevation of a powder container or similar receptacle embodying my design.

Fig. 2 is a plan view thereof. Fig. 3 is a sectional View on the line 3--3 of big. 1.

The present design is a modification of a similar design patent granted to me on April 20th, 1920, bearing #549241. The feature which characterizes the same resides in providing the body with inclined and outwardly flared side walls from the upper end to the lower end both of which are of the same configuration and similar to that disclosed in my prior patent.

The ornamental design for a powder container or similar receptacle as shown and described.
