FIG. 2 is another perspective view of the cover in partially removed position;
FIG. 3 is a plan view of the interior of the cover in a flattened position; and
FIG. 4 is another plan view of the exterior of the cover in a flattened position.
The broken line representation of a valve and connecting pipe in FIG. 1 is for purposes of illustration only and forms no part of the claimed design.

- The ornamental design of a removable insulated valve cover, substantially as shown and described.
