Abstract

A hanging basket chair includes a base, a hanging rod, a hanging basket, and a sunshade roof. The hanging rod is mounted on the base in a matched way. The hanging basket is hung on the hanging rod. The sunshade roof covers an upper end of the hanging basket and is mounted on the base or the hanging rod in a matched way. The sunshade roof is provided and capable of providing a sunshade function for a user; and a connecting assembly is provided for mounting the sunshade roof.

BACKGROUND

Technical Field

The disclosure belongs to the field of occasional furniture and particularly relates to a hanging basket chair with a sunshade roof.

Description of Related Art

The hanging basket chair is a kind of furniture mainly used for outdoor leisure, which is composed of a base, a hanging rod and a hanging basket. The Chinese patent with the publication number CN205658642U discloses a foldable hanging basket chair, including a hanging basket assembly. The hanging basket assembly includes a soft connecting piece, two connecting bases, at least two connecting rods and at least two screw connecting pieces. The soft connecting piece is configured to connect at least two connecting rods which are placed longitudinally. The two connecting bases are arranged on upper and lower sides of the connecting rods respectively. Two ends of the connecting rods are connected to the two connecting bases through the screw connecting pieces respectively, and the connecting rods may rotate relative to the connecting bases through the screw connecting pieces. The connecting rods positioned on left and right sides of the soft connecting piece may drive all the connecting pieces by the soft connecting piece to rotate so as to fold and unfold the soft connecting piece. The foldable hanging basket of the hanging basket chair may reduce the occupied space of the hanging basket when not in use, thus facilitating transportation and storage. However, when the hanging basket chair is used outdoors, there is still a problem, that is, lack of a sunshade structure and not convenient for the user to prevent from the sun.

SUMMARY

To make up the shortage in the prior art, the disclosure provides a technical solution of a hanging basket chair with a sunshade roof.
The hanging basket chair includes a base, a hanging rod mounted on the base in a matched way, a hanging basket hung on the hanging rod, and a sunshade rood. The sunshade roof covers an upper end of the hanging basket, and is mounted on the base or the hanging rod in a matched way.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the sunshade roof and the hanging rod are detachably mounted through a connecting assembly.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the connecting assembly includes a supporting pipe for supporting and fixing the sunshade roof, and a connecting pipe mounted on the hanging rod in a matched way. The connecting pipe is configured to be detachably mounted together with the supporting pipe.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the supporting pipe and the connecting pipe are in sleeving connection with each other, and are fixed through a first fastener.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the supporting pipe is sleeved on the connecting pipe, the first fastener is a knob bolt, and the first fastener is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the supporting pipe in a matched way and abut against the connecting pipe.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the connecting pipe is sleeved on the supporting pipe, the first fastener is a knob bolt, and the first fastener is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the connecting pipe and abut against the supporting pipe.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a mounting base is arranged at an upper end of the supporting pipe, and the mounting base is configured to be mounted together with ribs of the sunshade roof in a matched way.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the connecting pipe includes a first pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the hanging rod in a matched way and be fixed through a second fastener, and a second pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the supporting pipe in matched way.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first pipe portion of the connecting pipe is capable of sliding on the hanging rod and being locked at a position through the second fastener.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second fastener is a knob bolt, and the second fastener is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the first pipe portion and abut against the hanging rod.
Compared with the prior art, the hanging basket chair with the sunshade roof has reasonable design and a simple structure. The sunshade roof is provided and capable of providing a sunshade function for a user; and a connecting assembly is provided for mounting the sunshade roof, such that the disassembling and assembling of the sunshade roof is facilitated, and the hanging basket chair with the sunshade roof is more convenient to use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In the description of the disclosure, it should be understood that an azimuth or position relationship indicated by terms “one end”, “the other end”, “outer side”, “upper”, “inner side”, “horizontal”, “coaxial”, “center”, “end part”, “length”, “outer end” and the like is an azimuth or position relationship based on the accompanying drawings, which is only for facilitating description of the disclosure and simplifying description, but not indicates or implies that the referred device or component must have a specific azimuth and perform construction and operation in the specific azimuth. Therefore, it cannot be interpreted as a limitation to the disclosure.
The disclosure will be further described below with reference to the drawings.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a hanging basket chair includes a base 1, a hanging rod 2 mounted on the base 1 in a matched way, a hanging basket 3 hung on the hanging rod 2, and a sunshade roof 4. The sunshade roof 4 covers an upper end of the hanging basket 3 and is mounted on the base 1 or the hanging rod 2 in a matched way.
Preferably, the sunshade roof 4 and the hanging rod 2 are detachably mounted through a connecting assembly.
Further, the connecting assembly includes a supporting pipe 9 for supporting and fixing the sunshade roof 4, and a connecting pipe 5 mounted on the hanging rod 2 in a matched way. The connecting pipe 5 is configured to be detachably mounted together with the supporting pipe 9.
Further, the supporting pipe 9 and the connecting pipe 5 are in sleeving connection with each other in a matched way and are fixed through a first fastener 7. Specifically, the connecting pipe 5 is sleeved on the supporting pipe 9, the first fastener 7 is a knob bolt, and the first fastener 7 is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the connecting pipe 5 and abut against the supporting pipe 9.
In the above structure, the connecting pipe 5 includes a first pipe portion 500 configured to be in sleeving connection with the hanging rod 2 in a matched way and be fixed through a second fastener 6, and a second pipe portion 501 configured to be in sleeving connection with the supporting pipe 9 in matched way. The connecting pipe 5 is a three-way pipe, the first pipe portion 500 is a main body of the connecting pipe 5, the hanging rod 2 penetrates through the first pipe portion 500, the second pipe portion 501 is a branch pipe of the connecting pipe 500, and the supporting pipe 9 is nested into the second pipe portion 501.
More specifically, the first pipe portion 500 of the connecting pipe 5 is capable of sliding on the hanging rod 2 and can be locked at a position on the hanging rod 2 through a second fastener 6. Preferably, the second fastener 6 is a knob bolt, and the second fastener 6 is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the first pipe portion 500 and abut against the hanging rod 2.
Preferably, a foot support 8 is arranged at the front end of a base portion of the hanging basket 3 to facilitate food placement.
As shown in shown in this embodiment, the hanging basket 3 has a drop-shaped structure, the main body of the hanging rod 2 has an arc rod structure, and two supporting feet are arranged at the bottom of the hanging rod 2.
According to the embodiment, the connecting pipe 5 is mounted on the hanging rod 2, the hanging rod 2 is mounted together with the supporting pipe 9 of the sunshade roof 4 in a matched way through the connecting pipe 5, and finally, the connecting pipe 5 and the hanging rod 2 are locked by the second fastener 6, and the connecting pipe 6 and the supporting pipe 9 are locked by the first fastener 7. When it is necessary to adjust the position of the sunshade roof 4, the second fastener 6 may be loosened and then the position of the connecting pipe 5 on the hanging rod 2 is adjusted, such that the position of the sunshade roof 4 is adjusted. When it is unnecessary to use the sunshade roof 4, the first fastener 7 may be loosened, and the supporting pipe 9 and the sunshade roof 4 are disassembled, which is very convenient and practical.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 3, the difference between this embodiment and the embodiment 1 is as follows. In this embodiment, the hanging basket 3 has a semi-spherical structure, the main body of the hanging rod 2 has a vertical rod structure, and four supporting feet are arranged at the bottom of the hanging rod 2.

Embodiment 3

As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, this embodiment is modified based on the embodiment 1 as follows. The supporting pipe 9 is sleeved on the connecting pipe 5, the first fastener 7 is a knob bolt, and the first fastener 7 is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the supporting pipe 9 in a matched way and abut against the connecting pipe 5. A mounting base 900 is arranged at the upper end of the supporting pipe 9, the mounting base 900 is configured to be mounted together with ribs of the sunshade roof 4 in a matched way, the mounting base 900 includes upper and lower mounting plates, and one end of each of the ribs is clamped between the two mounting plates and is fixed through a bolt.

Embodiment 4

This embodiment is modified based on the embodiment 1 as follows. The supporting pipe 9 is in screw connection with the second pipe portion 501 of the connecting pipe in a matched way.

Embodiment 5

This embodiment is modified based on the embodiment 1 as follows. The supporting pipe 9 is in interference fit with the second pipe portion 501 of the connecting pipe in a screw connection manner.

Embodiment 6

This embodiment is modified based on the embodiment 1 as follows. The supporting pipe 9 is in screw connection with the second pipe portion 501 of the connecting pipe in a matched way, and is locked by an inserted pin with the second pipe portion 501.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to describe rather than limit the technical solution of the disclosure. Although the disclosure is described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that the technical solutions recorded in the aforementioned embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently substituted, and these modifications or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solution depart from the scope of the technical solution of each embodiment of the disclosure.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A hanging basket chair, comprising:

a base;

a hanging rod, mounted on the base;

a hanging basket, hung on the hanging rod; and

a sunshade roof, covering an upper end of the hanging basket, wherein the sunshade roof is mounted on the base or the hanging rod.

2. The hanging basket chair according to claim 1, wherein the sunshade roof and the hanging rod are detachably mounted through a connecting assembly.

3. The hanging basket chair according to claim 2, wherein the connecting assembly comprises a supporting pipe supporting and fixing the sunshade roof, and a connecting pipe mounted on the hanging rod, and the connecting pipe is detachably mounted together with the supporting pipe.

4. The hanging basket chair according to claim 3, wherein the supporting pipe and the connecting pipe are in sleeving connection with each other, and are fixed through a first fastener.

5. The hanging basket chair according to claim 4, wherein the supporting pipe is sleeved on the connecting pipe, the first fastener is a knob bolt, and the first fastener is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the supporting pipe and abut against the connecting pipe.

6. The hanging basket chair according to claim 4, wherein the connecting pipe is sleeved on the supporting pipe, the first fastener is a knob bolt, and the first fastener is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the connecting pipe and abut against the supporting pipe.

7. The hanging basket chair according to claim 6, wherein a mounting base is arranged at an upper end of the supporting pipe, and the mounting base is configured to be mounted together with ribs of the sunshade roof.

8. The hanging basket chair according to claim 7, wherein the connecting pipe comprises a first pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the hanging rod and be fixed through a second fastener, and a second pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the supporting pipe.

9. The hanging basket chair according to claim 8, wherein the first pipe portion of the connecting pipe is capable of sliding on the hanging rod and being locked at a position through the second fastener.

10. The hanging basket chair according to claim 9, wherein the second fastener is a knob bolt, and the second fastener is configured to be in screw connection with a side part of the first pipe portion and abut against the hanging rod.

11. The hanging basket chair according to claim 5, wherein a mounting base is arranged at an upper end of the supporting pipe, and the mounting base is configured to be mounted together with ribs of the sunshade roof.

12. The hanging basket chair according to claim 4, wherein a mounting base is arranged at an upper end of the supporting pipe, and the mounting base is configured to be mounted together with ribs of the sunshade roof.

13. The hanging basket chair according to claim 3, wherein a mounting base is arranged at an upper end of the supporting pipe, and the mounting base is configured to be mounted together with ribs of the sunshade roof.

14. The hanging basket chair according to claim 6, wherein the connecting pipe comprises a first pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the hanging rod and be fixed through a second fastener, and a second pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the supporting pipe.

15. The hanging basket chair according to claim 5, wherein the connecting pipe comprises a first pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the hanging rod and be fixed through a second fastener, and a second pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the supporting pipe.

16. The hanging basket chair according to claim 4, wherein the connecting pipe comprises a first pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the hanging rod and be fixed through a second fastener, and a second pipe portion configured to be in sleeving connection with the supporting pipe.
