Abstract
本發明公開一種具有感測效果的無塵紙,所述具有感測效果的無塵紙包括一感測層、一第一塑膠層和一第一上墨塗層。感測層具有兩個相對的表面,所述感測層包括至少一種金屬,所述金屬是選自於由下列所構成的群組:鋁、銅、鎳、鐵和其混合物或合金。第一塑膠層設置於感測層的其中一個表面上,第一塑膠層的材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:聚烯烴、聚酯、聚醯胺和其組合物。第一上墨塗層設置於第一塑膠層上,第一上墨塗層含有無機吸墨材料。
Description
本發明涉及一種具有感測效果的無塵紙,特別是涉及一種具有金屬感測效果的無塵紙,且兼具保密安全紙(security paper)以及無塵紙(dust-proof paper)的功能。
在科技快速進步的時代,如何快速掌握發展趨勢並研發產品是各公司企業獲利的途徑之一。然而,為了避免辛苦研究的成果非預期的被洩漏,科技公司通常會嚴密管控內部機密資訊的流通區域和流通途徑,以保護商業機密。
根據統計,在眾多機密洩漏的事件中,造成機密資訊外傳的途徑大致可區分為網路傳輸(11.3%)、硬體拷貝(13.1%)、文件影印(72.6%)以及其他(2.7%);其中,又以經由文件影印所導致的商業機密外露事件所佔的比例最高。近年來,因環保意識抬頭,企業逐漸致力於降低紙張用量,並極力推廣資料電子化,但由於紙張具有可即時閱讀以及可書寫的功用,紙張仍佔有一定的使用比例,故目前仍無法達到完全無紙化的境界。
當機密資料以紙張型式記載保存時,機密資料會以完全公開的狀態呈現。一旦研究人員一時疏忽,將記載有機密資料的攜帶出規範的安全區域外,所有人都有可能成為洩密者,故較容易導致機密資料非本意地被公開。據此,大部分公司的技術研發部門會使用保密安全紙,保密安全紙上標
誌有特殊的印記或條碼,或者是內嵌有磁性物質,而可被對應的檢測設備偵測到,如此一來,便可有效控管保密安全紙所流通的區域和範圍。一般來說,科技公司會於特定區域的出入口處架設檢測設備,一旦檢測設備檢測到保密安全紙上的印記、條碼或磁性物質,檢測設備便會發出聲響警示,以提醒相關人員是否因疏忽而將商業機密攜帶出公司,而可達到防止保密安全紙被帶出安全範圍的功效。
並且,公司內部通常還會搭配使用特定的保密專用列印機,保密專用列印機內建有具辨識功能的軟體或硬體,只有符合規格的保密安全紙可通過辨識並進行列印,以全面控管使用的紙張並達到保護商業機密的效果。
其中一類的保密安全紙上貼附或嵌有電子標籤或條碼,以供檢測設備辨識。然而,電子標籤或條碼經常有被蓋住而未被檢測到的情況發生,或者,電子標籤或條碼也有可能被有心人士撕除,屆時勢必會喪失提醒和防盜的功能。
因此,另外一種保密安全紙是將可供檢測設備辨識的磁性物質(例如:金屬)夾設於兩層紙張層之間,就外觀而言,此種保密安全紙與一般紙張無異,表面無特殊標誌或印記且一樣可供影印或書寫。但由於此種保密安全紙包含了兩層紙張層,其厚度會略高於一般的紙張。
根據上述,現有技術中的保密安全紙都仍是以紙張作為材料,但紙張表面的纖維在摩擦之後容易產生粉屑,而不適用於對環境中粉塵顆粒要求較嚴格的環境,例如:無塵室。具體來說,通過空氣微粒計數器的測量,一般紙張在經摩擦後可測得粒徑大於0.3μm的微粒數量超過10000count/ft3;而本發明的無塵紙在經摩擦後粒徑大於0.3μm以上的微粒數量可控制在100count/ft3以下。
並且,紙製的保密安全紙通常不防水、機械強度也較差,導致
較短的使用壽命。因此,現有技術中的保密安全紙雖已發展成熟,但尚未有一種不易吸附微塵、防水且防撕裂,而可適用於無塵室的保密安全紙。
本發明所要解決的技術問題在於,針對現有技術的不足提供一種具有感測效果的無塵紙,其同時具有保密安全紙和無塵紙的作用,且具有防水和防撕裂的特性。
為了解決上述的技術問題,本發明所採用的其中一技術方案是,提供一種具有感測效果的無塵紙,所述具有感測效果的無塵紙包括:一感測層、一第一塑膠層和一第一上墨塗層。所述感測層具有兩個相對的表面,所述感測層包括至少一種金屬,所述金屬是選自於由下列所構成的群組:鋁、銅、鎳、鐵和其混合物或合金。所述第一塑膠層設置於所述感測層的其中一個所述表面上,所述第一塑膠層的材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:聚烯烴、聚酯、聚醯胺和其組合物。所述第一上墨塗層設置於所述第一塑膠層上,所述第一上墨塗層含有一無機吸墨材料。
於本發明的其中一實施例中,所述感測層是一金屬箔片。
於本發明的其中一實施例中,所述感測層包括至少一種金屬顆粒或至少一種金屬纖維,所述金屬顆粒或所述金屬纖維分散於所述感測層中。
於本發明的其中一實施例中,所述無機吸墨材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:氧化鋁、氫氧化鋁、二氧化矽、碳酸鈣、二氧化鈦、硫酸鋇和其組合物。
於本發明的其中一實施例中,形成所述第一塑膠層的材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:聚乙烯、雙軸延伸聚丙烯(biaxially oriented polypropylene)、流延聚丙烯(casting polypropylene,CPP)、流延聚對苯
二甲酸乙二酯(casting PET)、雙軸延伸聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate)和聚醯亞胺。
於本發明的其中一實施例中,所述第一塑膠層和所述感測層之間設置有一第一黏著層,所述第一黏著層是由水性聚氨酯和壓克力樹脂相混所形成。
於本發明的其中一實施例中,以所述第一黏著層的總重為100重量百分比,所述第一黏著層中包括1重量百分比至70重量百分比的所述水性聚氨酯以及1重量百分比至70重量百分比的所述壓克力樹脂。
於本發明的其中一實施例中,所述具有感測效果的無塵紙還進一步包括一第二塑膠層和一第二上墨塗層;其中,所述第二塑膠層設置於所述感測層的另一個所述表面上,所述第二塑膠層的材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:聚烯烴、聚酯、聚醯胺和其組合物;其中,所述第二上墨塗層設置於所述第二塑膠層上,所述第二上墨塗層含有一無機吸墨材料。
於本發明的其中一實施例中,所述第二塑膠層和所述感測層之間設置有一第二黏著層,所述第二黏著層是由水性聚氨酯和壓克力樹脂相混所形成。所述第二黏著層的材料可以與所述第一黏著層的材料相同或不同。
本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其能通過“所述具有感測效果的無塵紙包括一感測層、一第一塑膠層和一第一上墨塗層”以及“所述第一上墨塗層含有一無機吸墨材料”的技術特徵,以使本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙可取代現有的無塵紙和保密安全紙,並具有可被檢測設備辨識、表面不易因摩擦而形成細屑、防水、防撕裂、可書寫以及可列印的功能。

根據上述內容,本發明提供一種具有感測效果的無塵紙,其兼具無塵紙和保密安全紙的特性,可供研究人員在無塵室中使用。本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙的表面在摩擦之後,較不易產生細屑,可避免細屑飄落至儀器或產線,而對儀器的運作或產品的生產造成影響,且不會汙染無塵室中的環境。除此之外,當研究人員攜帶記載有研究機密的具有感測效果的無塵紙經過檢測設備時,檢測設備會因辨識到感測層,而發出警示聲響提醒研究人員,以達到保護商業機密的目的。
請參閱圖1所示,圖1為本發明第一實施例的具有感測效果的無塵紙的側視剖面示意圖。在第一實施例中,本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙主要包括一感測層1、兩個塑膠層2、2’(第一塑膠層2和第二塑膠層2’)、兩個黏著層3、3’(第一黏著層3和第二黏著層3’)和兩個上墨塗層4、4’(第一上墨塗層4和第二上墨塗層4’)。
本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙具有與一般無塵紙相同的外觀及作用,還具有保密安全紙的功能,且另具有防水和防撕裂的特性。於本發明的其中一實施例中,本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙具可彎曲性(flexibility),且具有感測效果的無塵紙的厚度為20微米至350微米,可依需求製作不同厚度。
感測層1的設置可使本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙被檢測到,而可具有保密安全紙的功能。值得注意的是,感測層1並不限於由特定的材料製成,只要可經由特定的檢測方式,以對應的檢測設備辨識出即可。於一較佳實施例中,感測層1是由一磁性材料所形成,例如金屬。進一步來說,
感測層1可以是由鋁、銅、鎳、鐵、或其混合物或合金所形成,因此,與感測層1所對應的檢測設備可以是一金屬探測器或一X射線(x-ray)感測器。
具體來說,本實施例中的感測層1可以是一金屬箔片,於一較佳實施例中,感測層1是一鋁箔片。由於金屬具有良好的延展性,金屬箔片的厚度可以薄於10微米,因此,即使本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙是一多層結構,仍不會與一般紙張相差甚遠,也不會因厚度過厚而導致使用上和運輸上的不便。在本發明的其中一實施例中,金屬箔片的厚度可以是4微米至8微米;優選的,金屬箔片的厚度為6微米。然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。
在本發明的其中一實施例,作為感測層1的金屬箔片上可形成有多個通孔,且多個通孔均勻地分佈於金屬箔片上。如此一來,本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙可使用較少的金屬原料,但還是可被檢測設備所辨識。
通過使用形成有通孔的金屬箔片作為感測層1,不僅可降低原料成本,還可降低整體具有感測效果的無塵紙的重量。並且,在形成多個通孔後,感測層1與兩個塑膠層2、2’間的接觸面積也會隨之增加,有利於提升日後感測層1和兩個塑膠層2、2’之間的結合力。例如,可在感測層1和兩個塑膠層2、2’之間塗佈黏著劑,以提升感測層1和兩個塑膠層2、2’間的結合效果,詳細內容將於後敘述。
在本發明的其中一實施例,感測層1可以包含至少一種金屬,感測層1中的金屬可以是以金屬纖維和/或金屬顆粒的型式存在,且金屬纖維和/或金屬顆粒會均勻地分散於感測層1中。然而,上述所舉的例子只是其中一可行的實施例,而並非用以限定本發明。
感測層1具有兩個相對的表面10、10’,前述兩個塑膠層2、2’
分別設置於感測層1相對的兩個表面10、10’上。也就是說,本發明的感測層1會夾設或埋設於兩個塑膠層2、2’之間。於本實施例中,感測層1會被兩個塑膠層2、2’完全包覆;如此一來,感測層1不會外露於外,就外觀上來看,本發明的無塵疊層外觀和結構與一般紙張無異,且即使有心人士欲洩漏機密資料,也無法由具有感測效果的無塵紙的外部輕易地去除感測層1,而可落實保護技術研發機密的效果。
形成本發明的兩個塑膠層2、2’的材料可以是聚乙烯、雙軸(biaxially oriented polypropylene film)、流延聚丙烯(casting polypropylene,CPP)、流延聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(casting PET)、雙軸延伸對苯二甲酸乙二酯(biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate film)和聚醯亞胺。
其中,聚乙烯可以是乙烯均聚物、乙烯共聚物或其混合物。乙烯均聚物是指僅使用乙烯作為單體所聚合而成的聚合物,乙烯均聚物的分散度為1.5至3.5;此處的分散度是指重量平均分子量和數量平均分子量的比值,簡稱為Mw/Mn。乙烯共聚物是指由乙烯和另一種或多種單體共同聚合而成的共聚物,乙烯共聚物的分散度為3.5以上。然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。
進一步來說,兩個塑膠層2的材料可以彼此相同或不同,可根據實際上的需求進行調整。本發明中兩個塑膠層2、2’的厚度為20微米至80微米,可根據需求進行調整,例如:在本實施例中,兩個塑膠層2、2’的厚度為47微米。然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。
當感測層1為金屬箔片時,感測層1和兩個塑膠層2、2’之間會因材質上的差異,而有結合力較差的問題。因此,可在設置兩個塑膠層2、2’之前,先在感測層1的兩個表面10、10’上塗佈約1微米至5微米厚度的黏著劑(primer),以便在感測層1和兩個塑膠層2、2’之間分別形成黏
著層3、3’,以提升感測層1和兩個塑膠層2、2’之間的結合力。在本實施例中,黏著層3、3’的厚度為2微米,然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。
在本發明的其中一實施例,兩個所述黏著層3、3’是由水性聚氨酯、壓克力樹脂或其組合物所形成。於一較佳實施例中,兩個所述黏著層3、3’是由水性聚胺酯和壓克力樹脂相混所形成,黏著層中水性聚氨酯的含量為1重量百分比至70重量百分比,黏著層中壓克力樹脂的含量為1重量百分比至70重量百分比。然而,形成兩個黏著層3、3’的材料並不限於上述,只要可改善感測層1和兩個塑膠層2、2’之間結合力低落的問題,皆在本發明所涵蓋的內容之內。
為了使本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙具有良好的上墨效果(有機墨料和/或無機墨料),可在兩個塑膠層2、2’上分別各形成一上墨塗層4、4’,且兩個上墨塗層4、4’的材料可以彼此相同或不同,可根據實際上的需求進行調整。舉例來說,當上墨塗層4的材料與上墨塗層4’的材料不同時,可使其中一上墨塗層4設計為特別適用於供水性或油性原子筆以及鉛筆書寫,並可設計使另外一上墨塗層4’為特別適用於吸附雷射印表機或噴墨印表機地墨料,而可作為列印用紙。以便使具有感測效果的無塵紙更適用於供水性或油性的原子筆或是鉛筆書寫,或者,更適用於供噴墨或雷射列印機使用。換句話說,相較於以往的保密安全紙所使用的紙張層,本發明所使用的上墨塗層4、4’的特性可彈性地調整,而可設計出兼具多功能的具感測效果的無塵紙。
換句話說,本發明的兩個上墨塗層4、4’可取代以往保密安全紙中包覆磁性材料的紙張層,如此一來,本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙不僅與現有的無塵紙具有相同的功能,相較於以往的紙張層,更具有防
水和防撕裂的特性。因此,本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙可同時具有可被檢測設備辨識、表面不易因摩擦低發塵、防水、防撕裂、可書寫以及可列印的特性。
具體來說,本發明的兩個上墨塗層4、4’是由一樹脂、至少一種無機吸墨材料以及一硬化劑所形成。兩個上墨塗層4、4’中的樹脂可以與前述的兩個塑膠層2、2’中所使用的材料相同或不同。換句話說,兩個上墨塗層4、4’中所使用的樹脂可以是聚烯烴、聚酯、聚醯胺或其組合物;或者,兩個上墨塗層4、4’中所使用的樹脂可以是壓克力樹脂、水性聚氨酯、聚乙烯醇或其組合物。
無機吸墨材料有助於提高兩個上墨塗層4、4’的油墨吸收能力,以提高單點的色彩濃度,進而提高印刷色彩飽和度,另外也可提供無塵紙應用所需的特性,例如提高白度和霧度。因此,通過無機吸墨材料的添加,可使本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙具有與一般紙張相同的外觀,並可呈現白色。
若以上墨塗層4、4’的總重為100重量百分比,無機吸墨材料的含量為大於0重量百分比至75重量百分比,且會因上墨塗層4、4’的厚度不同而改變。在本發明的其中一實施例中,上墨塗層4、4’的厚度為10微米至40微米,於一較佳實施例中,上墨塗層4、4’的厚度為20微米。進一步而言,無機吸墨材料可以是選自於由下列所構成的群組:氧化鋁(Al2O3)、氫氧化鋁(Al(OH)3)、二氧化矽(SiO2)、碳酸鈣(CaCO3)、二氧化鈦(TiO2)、硫酸鋇(BaSO4)和其組合物。然而,本發明不以上述所舉的例子為限。
於本發明的其他實施例中,無機吸墨材料同時包含二氧化鈦、硫酸鋇及碳酸鈣,其中,二氧化鈦佔白色添加物總重的0.01重量百分
濃度至80重量百分濃度,硫酸鋇佔白色添加物總重的0.01重量百分濃度至80重量百分濃度,碳酸鈣佔白色添加物總重的0.01重量百分濃度至80重量百分濃度。然而,上述所舉的例子只是其中一可行的實施例,而並非用以限定本發明。
在一較佳實施例中,無機吸墨材料可以顆粒的形式存在,碳酸鈣顆粒具多孔隙與高表面積等特性,添加於上墨塗層中不僅可提高遮蔽性,還可增加吸墨速度。
請參閱圖2所示,圖2為本發明第二實施例的具有感測效果的無塵紙的側視剖面示意圖。本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙亦可僅具有單面書寫的特性;也就是說,具有感測效果的無塵紙也可只包括一感測層1、一塑膠層2、一黏著層3和一上墨塗層4。並且,塑膠層2設置於感測層1的其中一表面10上,塑膠層2設置於感測層1上,黏著層3設置於感測層1和塑膠層2之間,上墨塗層4設置於塑膠層2上。第二實施例中感測層1、塑膠層2、黏著層3和上墨塗層4的結構性質與第一實施例中的感測層1、塑膠層2、黏著層3和上墨塗層4的結構性質相似,故於此不再贅述。
本發明的其中一有益效果在於,本發明所提供的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其能通過“所述具有感測效果的無塵紙包括感測層1、塑膠層2、2’和上墨塗層4、4’”以及“所述第一上墨塗層含有一無機吸墨材料”的技術特徵,以使本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙可取代現有的無塵紙和保密安全紙,並達到可被檢測設備辨識、表面不易因摩擦而形成細屑、防水、防撕裂、可書寫以及可列印的功能。
更進一步來說,本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其能通過“所述上墨塗層4、4’”的技術特徵,以提升有機墨料或無機墨料於具有感測效果的
無塵紙的附著性。
更進一步來說,本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其能通過“所述上墨塗層4、4’中包括至少一種無機物”以及“所述無機物可以是選自於由下列所構成的群組:氧化鋁、氫氧化鋁、二氧化矽、碳酸鈣、二氧化鈦、硫酸鋇和其組合物”的技術特徵,以提升油墨吸收能力,以提高單點的色彩濃度,進而提高印刷色彩飽和度。
更進一步來說,本發明的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其能通過“所述塑膠層2、2’和所述感測層1之間設置有一黏著層3、3’”以及“所述黏著層3、3’是由水性聚氨酯和壓克力樹脂相混所形成”的技術特徵,以提升不同材質的感測層1和塑膠層3、3’之間的結合力。
以上所公開的內容僅為本發明的優選可行實施例,並非因此侷限本發明的申請專利範圍,所以凡是運用本發明說明書及圖式內容所做的等效技術變化,均包含於本發明的申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種具有感測效果的無塵紙,其包括:一感測層,所述感測層具有兩個相對的表面,所述感測層包括至少一種金屬,所述金屬是選自於由下列所構成的群組:鋁、銅、鎳、鐵和其混合物或合金;一第一塑膠層,所述第一塑膠層設置於所述感測層的其中一個所述表面上;其中,所述第一塑膠層的材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:聚烯烴、聚酯、聚醯胺和其組合物;以及一第一上墨塗層,設置於所述第一塑膠層上,所述第一上墨塗層含有一無機吸墨材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,所述感測層是一金屬箔片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,所述感測層包括至少一種金屬顆粒或至少一種金屬纖維,所述金屬顆粒或所述金屬纖維分散於所述感測層中。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,所述無機吸墨材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:氧化鋁、氫氧化鋁、二氧化矽、碳酸鈣、二氧化鈦、硫酸鋇和其組合物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,形成所述第一塑膠層的材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:聚乙烯、雙軸延伸聚丙烯、流延聚丙烯、流延聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、雙軸延伸對苯二甲酸乙二酯和聚醯亞胺。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,所述第一塑膠層和所述感測層之間設置有一第一黏著層,所述第一黏著層是由水性聚氨酯和壓克力樹脂相混所形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,以所述第一黏著層的總重為100重量百分比,所述第一黏著層 中包括1重量百分比至70重量百分比的所述水性聚氨酯以及1重量百分比至70重量百分比的所述壓克力樹脂。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,所述具有感測效果的無塵紙還進一步包括一第二塑膠層和一第二上墨塗層;其中,所述第二塑膠層設置於所述感測層的另一個所述表面上,所述第二塑膠層的材料是選自於由下列所構成的群組:聚烯烴、聚酯、聚醯胺和其組合物;其中,所述第二上墨塗層設置於所述第二塑膠層上,所述第二上墨塗層含有一無機吸墨材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,所述第二塑膠層和所述感測層之間設置有一第二黏著層,所述第二黏著層是由水性聚氨酯和壓克力樹脂相混所形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有感測效果的無塵紙,其中,所述具有感測效果的無塵紙的厚度為20微米至350微米。
