Abstract
本發明係將互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複數台感應電動機(41)進行運轉的變流器等電力轉換器(10)之控制裝置,其係具備有:電流檢測手段(30),其係檢測電力轉換器(10)的輸出電流;電流控制手段(90),其係生成使其電流檢測值與電流指令值相一致的電壓指令值;電壓指令振幅運算手段(100),其係運算電壓指令值的振幅;記憶手段(110),其係按每個抽樣周期,記憶感應電動機(41)的一次頻率及該時的電壓指令值的振幅的組合;及傾斜檢測手段(120),其係根據記憶手段(110)的記憶資訊,運算將電壓指令值的振幅的增加份除以一次頻率的增加份所得的值,當該除算結果低於預定的基準值時,判定在複數台感應電動機(41)之中,對電力轉換器(10),相序被誤配線的感應電動機(41)存在至少1台,而輸出故障訊號。
Description
本發明係關於在藉由1台電力轉換器來驅動複數台感應電動機的系統中,具備有複數台感應電動機之中至少1台感應電動機的相序(phase sequence)的誤配線檢測功能的電力轉換器之控制裝置、及具備有該控制裝置的電動車。
在專利文獻1中揭示一種具備有誤配線檢測功能的三相同步電動機之控制裝置。
圖6係顯示該習知技術的全體構成的區塊圖。在圖6中,轉矩指令發生部1係由速度指令值Vc與回授速度訊號VcF的偏差,運算轉矩指令值TCMD。電流指令發生部2係根據轉矩指令值TCMD,運算q軸電流指令值IqC及d軸電流指令值IdC,該等電流指令值IqC、IdC係被輸入至電樞電流供給裝置3。
電樞電流供給裝置3係具備有變流器(inverter)等電力轉換器3e,該三相輸出電壓係被供給至同步電動機M。在同步電動機M係安裝有編碼器6,轉子位置訊號θ
m被輸入至回授速度訊號發生部7而生成前述回授速度訊號VcF。
在同步電動機M的輸入側設有電流檢測器4,藉由電流檢測器4所檢測到的U相及V相的電流訊號IU、IV被輸入至正交雙軸轉換部5。在正交雙軸轉換部5中,根據轉子位置訊號θm,使用訊號發生器9所生成的SIN訊號、COS訊號,將前述電流訊號IU、IV轉換成d軸電流回授訊號IdF、q軸電流回授訊號IqF。
在電樞電流供給裝置3中,電流控制器3a、3b係對消除電流指令值IqC、IdC與回授訊號IqF、IdF的各自的偏差的q軸電壓指令值VqC、d軸電壓指令值VdC進行運算。該等電壓指令值VqC、VdC被輸入至座標轉換器3c。
座標轉換器3c係使用前述SIN訊號、COS訊號,將電壓指令值VqC、VdC轉換成三相電壓指令值VUC、VVC、VWC,且供給至PWM控制器3d。
PWM控制器3d係藉由由電壓指令值VUC、VVC、VWC所生成的驅動訊號,對電力轉換器3e進行PWM控制,將直流電壓轉換成三相交流電壓來驅動同步電動機M。
在圖6所示之習知技術中,設有檢測相對於電力轉換器3e的輸出相的同步電動機M的相序的二相誤配線或三相誤配線的誤配線檢測部8。若有二相誤配線或三相誤配線時,q軸電流指令值IqC形成為飽和狀態,q軸電流回授訊號IqF成為預定值以上,並且q軸電流回授訊號IqF與回授速度訊號VcF成為相反極性。誤配線檢測部8係著重在
該情形而檢測誤配線,且輸出警報訊號AS。
誤配線檢測部8係如圖7所示,由:飽和狀態判定部8a、q軸電流回授訊號判定部8b、積算部8c、及判定部8d所構成。
接著,根據圖7、圖8,說明藉由誤配線檢測部8所致之相序的二相誤配線(例如相對於電力轉換器3e的輸出相U-V-W,同步電動機M的輸入相以U-W-V的相序予以連接的狀態)的檢測動作。
飽和狀態判定部8a係判定如圖8(b)所示q軸電流指令值IqC成為飽和狀態而將該判定結果輸出至積算部8c。此外,q軸電流回授訊號判定部8b係判定q軸電流回授訊號IqF為預定值以上,將該判定結果輸出至積算部8c。在積算部8c係從判定出q軸電流回授訊號IqF為正極性之時起,如圖8(a)、(c)所示,積算未追隨速度指令Vc而進行振動的回授速度訊號VcF的負極性的時間,且將其作為積算值IV來進行輸出。在判定部8d係如圖8(c)、(d)所示,在積算值IV到達累積時間RT的時點,輸出用以通知誤配線的警報訊號AS。

但是,若藉由1台電力轉換器來驅動互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複數台感應電動機時,假設1台電動機的相序被誤配線,亦被作正常配線的電動機的輸出轉矩牽引而亦驅動誤配線狀態的電動機。結果,負荷的速度係可按照指令值進行調整。因此,無法將使用速度或速度指令值的習知技術適用在複數台感應電動機。
在專利文獻1所記載之習知技術中,關於藉由電力轉換器來驅動複數台電動機時的誤配線檢測方法,未見任何記載,無法解決如上所述在複數台電動機之中包含有誤配線的電動機時的問題。原本專利文獻1係將同步電動機作為對象者,關於感應電動機的誤配線,並沒有任何提及。
因此,本發明之解決課題在提供可檢測互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複數台感應電動機之中至少1台電動機的相序為誤配線的電力轉換器之控制裝置、及具備有該控制裝置的電動車。
為解決上述課題,請求項1之電力轉換器之控制裝置係將藉由半導體切換元件的動作,將直流電壓轉換而得的三相交流電壓,供給至互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複
數台感應電動機而將該等感應電動機進行運轉,該電力轉換器之控制裝置係具備有:電流檢測手段,其係檢測前述電力轉換器的輸出電流;電流控制手段,其係生成使藉由前述電流檢測手段所得之電流檢測值與電流指令值相一致的電壓指令值;電壓指令振幅運算手段,其係運算前述電壓指令值的振幅;記憶手段,其係按每個抽樣周期,記憶前述感應電動機的一次頻率及該時的前述電壓指令值的振幅的組合;及傾斜檢測手段,其係根據前述記憶手段的記憶資訊,運算將前述電壓指令值的振幅的增加份除以前述一次頻率的增加份所得的值,當該除算結果低於預定的基準值時,判定在複數台前述感應電動機之中,對前述電力轉換器,相序被誤配線的感應電動機存在至少1台,而輸出故障訊號。
請求項2之電力轉換器之控制裝置係將藉由半導體切換元件的動作,將直流電壓轉換而得的三相交流電壓,供給至互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複數台感應電動機而將該等感應電動機進行運轉,該電力轉換器之控制裝置係具備有:電流檢測手段,其係檢測前述電力轉換器的輸出電流;電壓檢測手段,其係檢測前述電力轉換器的輸出電
壓;電流控制手段,其係生成使藉由前述電流檢測手段所得之電流檢測值與電流指令值相一致的電壓指令值;電壓檢測值振幅運算手段,其係運算藉由前述電壓檢測手段所得之電壓檢測值的振幅;記憶手段,其係按每個抽樣周期,記憶前述感應電動機的一次頻率及該時的前述電壓檢測值的振幅的組合;及傾斜檢測手段,其係根據前述記憶手段的記憶資訊,運算將前述電壓指令值的振幅的增加份除以前述一次頻率的增加份所得的值,當該除算結果低於預定的基準值時,判定在複數台前述感應電動機之中,對前述電力轉換器,相序被誤配線的感應電動機存在至少1台,而輸出故障訊號。
此外,請求項3之電動車之特徵為:如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項之控制裝置連同前述電力轉換器一起被裝載在車輛,藉由前述電力轉換器,將車輪驅動用的複數台感應電動機進行運轉。
此外,請求項4之電動車係如申請專利範圍第3項之電動車,其中,當前述車輛以最低轉矩性能的動力運轉刻痕運轉時,前述傾斜檢測手段輸出前述故障訊號。
此外,請求項5之電動車係如申請專利範圍第3項之電動車,其中,當前述車輛的速度為預定值以下時,前述傾斜檢測手段輸出前述故障訊號。
此外,請求項6之電動車係如申請專利範圍第3項之
電動車,其中,當前述車輛以最低轉矩性能的動力運轉刻痕運轉時,且前述車輛的速度為預定值以下時,前述傾斜檢測手段輸出前述故障訊號。
藉由本發明,可根據電壓指令值或電壓檢測值的振幅的增加份相對於一次頻率的增加份的比,確實地檢測在互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複數台感應電動機之中,對電力轉換器,相序被誤配線的感應電動機存在至少1台。

以下依照圖示,說明本發明之實施形態。
圖1係顯示適用本發明之實施形態之感應電動機之驅動系統,相當於請求項1之發明。在圖1中,在變流器等電力轉換器10連接有直流電源20,藉由電力轉換器10內的半導體切換元件的動作,直流電源20的直流電壓被轉換成三相交流電壓且被供給至感應電動機群40。
感應電動機群40係藉由互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複數台(例如4台)感應電動機41所構成。
在此,電力轉換器10的控制裝置係構成如下。
亦即,藉由一次頻率運算手段50,加算滑差頻率(滑角頻率)指令值ωse*與感應電動機群40的旋轉速度檢測值ωre,生成一次頻率(一次角頻率)ω1。該一次頻率ω1係藉由積分手段60被積分而被運算向量控制所需角度θ,並且亦被輸入至記憶手段110。
此外,在電力轉換器10的輸出側係設有電流檢測手段30,且三相的電流檢測值iu、iv、iw被輸入至座標轉換手段70。在座標轉換手段70,係將電流檢測值iu、iv、iw根據角度θ轉換成二相量的d軸電流檢測值id、q軸電流檢測值iq,且輸出至電流控制手段90。
電流控制手段90係將使d軸電流檢測值id與d軸電流指令值id*相一致、使q軸電流檢測值id與q軸電流指令值iq*相一致的d軸電壓指令值vd*及q軸電壓指令值
vq*進行運算且輸出。其中,d軸電流指令值id*及q軸電流指令值iq*係由未圖示的上位控制器被供予。
座標轉換手段80係將d軸電壓指令值vd*及q軸電壓指令值vq*根據角度θ轉換成三相的電壓指令值,且將該電壓指令值供予至電力轉換器10。電力轉換器10係藉由半導體切換元件的切換動作,生成按照上述電壓指令值的三相交流電壓而供給至感應電動機群40。
由電流控制手段90被輸出的d軸電壓指令值vd*及q軸電壓指令值vq*係亦被輸入至電壓指令振幅運算手段100。電壓指令振幅運算手段100係藉由數式1,將電壓指令值的振幅va*進行運算而記憶在記憶手段110。
記憶手段110係記憶有以一定間隔被抽樣的一次頻率ω1及電壓指令值的振幅va*。例如,若將在第k次抽樣周期所得的一次頻率設為ω1(k)、電壓指令值的振幅設為va*(k)時,該等ω1(k)與va*(k)的組合被記憶在記憶手段110。
傾斜檢測手段120係使用新得到的第k次資料亦即ω1(k)、va*(k)與前次資料亦即ω1(k-1)、va*(k-1),藉由數式2,求出電壓指令值的振幅的增加份相對一次頻率的增加份的比(△va*/△ω1)。

接著,傾斜檢測手段120係若上述比(△va*/△ω1)低於預定的基準值時,檢測在感應電動機群40之中至少1台感應電動機41的相序相對於電力轉換器10的輸出相為二相誤配線。感應電動機群40的相序相對於電力轉換器10的輸出相為二相誤配線係指例如相對於電力轉換器10的輸出相U-V-W,感應電動機41的輸入相以U-W-V的相序相連接的狀態。傾斜檢測手段120係若檢測至少1台感應電動機41的相序相對於電力轉換器10的輸出相為二相誤配線時,生成故障訊號,且輸出至電力轉換器10。接收到故障訊號的電力轉換器10係藉由將全部半導體切換元件進行斷開(全閘斷開(OFF)),停止對感應電動機群40供給電力。
接著,藉由圖1所示之構成,敘述可檢測感應電動機41的二相誤配線的理由。
在感應電動機的向量控制中,係使用以電力轉換器的輸出頻率(一次頻率)進行旋轉的座標系(d-q軸座標系)來進行解析。因此,假設電力轉換器的三相輸出之中二相被誤配線而輸入相的相序被更換的感應電動機係解析為轉子側等效作逆旋轉者。此時,若將感應電動機的一次頻率ω1的極性設為正,則旋轉速度ωre的極性即成為負,但是滑差頻率的極性為正。若將被誤配線的感應電動機的滑差頻率設為ωse2,ωse2、ωre、ω1的關係成為如數
式3所示,可知滑差頻率ωse2成為旋轉速度ωre的2倍程度。

圖2係感應電動機41的T形等效電路。該T形等效電路係藉由一次電阻Rs、一次側漏電感Ls、二次側漏電感Lr、激磁電感M及二次電阻Rr來表示。如圖所示,可認為d軸電壓vd、q軸電壓vq(圖中以vdq表示)由電力轉換器被施加至感應電動機41,藉由該電壓,會流入d軸電流id、q軸電流iq(圖中以idq表示)。
其中,圖3係如圖1般複數台感應電動機41互相並聯連接時的等效電路。
在此,若以複向量形式表示感應電動機41的電壓方程式時,即成為數式4。
在數式4中,為vdq:藉由電力轉換器10所得之施加電壓、φdq:二次磁通向量、idq:電流向量、ω1:一次頻率、σ Ls:漏電感(取與M/Lr(Ls+Lr)為大致相等的值)。
現在,若將因由施加電壓vdq扣掉一次電阻Rs及漏電感σ Ls中的電壓降後的二次磁通φdq所發生的感應電壓設為edq,一次側的dq軸電流idq與感應電壓edq的關係即成
為如數式5所示。其中,在數式5中係忽略微分項,考慮穩定狀態。
數式5係表示一次電流idq與感應電壓edq的關係,將兩邊藉由一次電流idq進行除算,藉此可得感應電動機的二次側的阻抗Z。
接著,在圖4中顯示一次頻率增加至2.5〔Hz〕~10〔Hz〕(感應電動機的旋轉速度相當於16〔rad/s〕~63〔rad/s〕)為止時1台被正常配線的感應電動機、及相序被誤配線的感應電動機的二次側阻抗Z的大小的計算例。其中,電動機常數係使用額定電壓200〔V〕、額定輸出7.5〔kW〕的向量控制用感應電動機的常數。
在相序被誤配線的感應電動機中,如前述數式3所示,旋轉速度與一次頻率的合計值成為滑差頻率。亦即,在滑差頻率為一定的基礎下,隨著旋轉速度上升,一次頻率會降低,因此由數式5求出的二次側的阻抗Z係如圖4所示,即使旋轉速度上升,亦止於較低的值。
此外,作為感應電動機全體的合成阻抗的大小係隨著一次頻率上升,二次側阻抗成為具支配性。圖5係顯示作並聯連接的複數台(例如4台)感應電動機全部以正確的相序被正常配線時、及複數台感應電動機之中1台相序被二相誤配線時的合成阻抗的計算結果。
藉由圖5,與全部感應電動機被正常配線的情形相比,在包含誤配線的感應電動機的情形下,可知對旋轉速度的合成阻抗的傾斜減少。
另一方面,電力轉換器10的控制裝置由於進行電流控制,因此如圖3所示,對複數台感應電動機41作為電流源來進行動作。因此,若在各感應電動機41流通根據同一電流指令值的電流時,與對應圖5所示之各個情形的合成阻抗的大小成正比的振幅的電壓即呈現在電力轉換器10的輸出端。
因此,如圖1所示,使一次頻率ω1及電壓指令的振幅va*記憶在記憶手段110。傾斜檢測手段120進行數式2的運算,檢測電壓指令的振幅va*的增加份相對一次頻率ω1的增加份(旋轉速度的增加份)的比(△va*/△ω1)。可根據該比低於預定的基準值,換言之,根據合成阻抗相對旋轉速度的變化份低於預定的基準值,來檢測至少1台感應電動機41的相序的誤配線。
若如此檢測到感應電動機41的誤配線時,使故障訊號由傾斜檢測手段120輸出來執行電力轉換器10的運轉停止等處理即可。
在上述實施形態中,係在誤配線的檢測使用電壓指令值的振幅,但是亦可使用電壓檢測值的振幅。亦即,雖未圖示,如請求項2之記載,藉由電壓檢測手段,檢測電力轉換器10的輸出電壓,藉由取代圖1的電壓指令振幅運算手段100的電壓檢測值振幅運算手段,來運算該電壓檢
測值的振幅。與此同時,使該電壓檢測值的振幅與一次頻率的組合記憶在記憶手段110。
接著,在傾斜檢測手段120中,係運算電壓檢測值的振幅的增加份相對一次頻率的增加份的比,當該比低於預定的基準值時,即檢測感應電動機41的相序的誤配線者。
其中,本發明亦可實現作為藉由被裝載在車輛的1台可變電壓可變頻率變流器(VVVF變流器)等電力轉換器,將車輪驅動用的複數台感應電動機進行運轉的電動車。
在電動車中,係有在車輛組裝或配備、檢查時,進行電力機器及機器間配線的卸下及安裝的情形。接著,在車輛或電力機器組裝後,係實施以動力運轉1刻痕(notch)起動電動車,由低速度逐漸加速等行駛試驗。藉由如上所示之行駛試驗,可確認各電力機器正常進行動作。動力運轉1刻痕係被分配最低轉矩性能的動力運轉刻痕。
因此,若將本發明適用在電動車時,車輛以動力運轉1刻痕被運轉時,以檢測感應電動機41的誤配線為佳。此外,亦可當車輛為預定的速度(例如可以動力運轉1刻痕進行加速的最高速度)以下時,檢測感應電動機41的誤配線。此外,亦可當車輛以動力運轉1刻痕被運轉時,而且車輛為預定的速度以下時,檢測感應電動機41的誤配線。
如此一來,可在車輛或電力機器組裝後的較早階段,檢測感應電動機41的誤配線。
Claims (6)
- 一種電力轉換器之控制裝置,其係將藉由半導體切換元件的動作,將直流電壓轉換而得的三相交流電壓,供給至互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複數台感應電動機而將該等感應電動機進行運轉,該電力轉換器之控制裝置之特徵為:具備有:電流檢測手段,其係檢測前述電力轉換器的輸出電流;電流控制手段,其係生成使藉由前述電流檢測手段所得之電流檢測值與電流指令值相一致的電壓指令值;電壓指令振幅運算手段,其係運算前述電壓指令值的振幅;記憶手段,其係按每個抽樣周期,記憶前述感應電動機的一次頻率及藉由前述電壓指令振幅運算手段所運算出的前述電壓指令值的振幅的組合;及傾斜檢測手段,其係根據前述記憶手段的記憶資訊,運算將前述電壓指令值的振幅的增加份除以前述一次頻率的增加份所得的值,當該除算結果低於預定的基準值時,判定在複數台前述感應電動機之中,對前述電力轉換器,相序被誤配線的感應電動機存在至少1台,而輸出故障訊號。
- 一種電力轉換器之控制裝置,其係將藉由半導體切換元件的動作,將直流電壓轉換而得的三相交流電壓,供給至互相並聯連接且作機械式耦合的複數台感應電動機而將該等感應電動機進行運轉,該電力轉換器之控制裝置之特徵為:具備有:電流檢測手段,其係檢測前述電力轉換器的輸出電流;電壓檢測手段,其係檢測前述電力轉換器的輸出電壓;電流控制手段,其係生成使藉由前述電流檢測手段所得之電流檢測值與電流指令值相一致的電壓指令值;電壓檢測值振幅運算手段,其係運算藉由前述電壓檢測手段所得之電壓檢測值的振幅;記憶手段,其係按每個抽樣周期,記憶前述感應電動機的一次頻率及藉由前述電壓檢測值振幅運算手段所運算出的前述電壓檢測值的振幅的組合;及傾斜檢測手段,其係根據前述記憶手段的記憶資訊,運算將前述電壓檢測值的振幅的增加份除以前述一次頻率的增加份所得的值,當該除算結果低於預定的基準值時,判定在複數台前述感應電動機之中,對前述電力轉換器,相序被誤配線的感應電動機存在至少1台,而輸出故障訊號。
- 一種電動車,其特徵為:如申請專利範圍第1項或第2項之電力轉換器之控制裝置連同前述電力轉換器一起被裝載在車輛,藉由前述電力轉換器,將車輪驅動用的複數台感應電動機進行運轉。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之電動車,其中,當前述車輛以最低轉矩性能的動力運轉刻痕運轉時,前述傾斜檢測手段輸出前述故障訊號。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之電動車,其中,當前述車輛的速度為預定值以下時,前述傾斜檢測手段輸出前述故障訊號。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之電動車,其中,當前述車輛以最低轉矩性能的動力運轉刻痕運轉時,且前述車輛的速度為預定值以下時,前述傾斜檢測手段輸出前述故障訊號。
